Zero stars. My Dr. specifically wrote on my prescription that I can refill a prescription early due to the nature of my condition. For whatever reason Walgreens STILL wont fill early even with the Dr. specifying it on the prescription. Why would that be specified if they dont mean it? Along with that, they want ME to call my Dr. (who is tough to reach) and tell them to call Walgreens to give the green light. Why doesnt Walgreens do their jobs and reach out to the Dr. themselves? Pretty inefficient way to run a pharmacy in my opinion.
All the employees I interacted with were great, the wait wasnt too long, and whoever they had doing vaccinations when I was there 5/14 in the evening (Im sad I didnt catch her name so I could give her a shout out here) deserves a raise and an award. She was incredibly nice and understanding
After giving it just one more try about 20 times, Ive decided the convenience is no longer worth the hassle and chaos. The pharmacy is a hot mess, and I think shipping prescriptions will have the same level of convenience while also allowing me to not deal with Walgreens anymore.
Its the good ol Walgreens experience.
Closed 4 hours early on Saturday, I needed my medication :(
Ive been going to this location since 3/20 and Ive had nothing but problems. Almost every single month I ran out of one of my medications 1-2 days early whereas the other two are just fine. Id have a 30 day supply on one or two whereas the others would only have 28-29, leaving me with side effects until I could refill. I wasnt being given the proper amounts consistently and I was being charged for all 30.Normally when I come in saying Im short on my medications and that I need an emergency dose, theyll put it together, Ill pay for it and then be on my merry way (after they already shorted me my pills). Well today I ran out of my drugs (Again, one dose short while the others were the full 30 days) and I went to the drive thru, explaining that I needed just one days dose so I can get through today as I spoke with my NP about my medications earlier this evening. I was told that I couldnt receive the emergency supply (when they were the ones who didnt give me the correct dose in the first place) because They had to call my doctor and only if they couldnt get a hold of them, THEN they would supply my emergency dose for medication that I need to keep my Bipolar in check. Its a delicate disorder in which missing one dose can cause a manic or depressive episode. Ive been having nasty side effects because of the lack of necessary medication to preserve my already shaky quality of life and Im worried this will send me into another episode.Anyway, I got my refill order and after my appointment, I called into the pharmacy to ask some questions about the company policy regarding emergency dosages. I spoke with Tori and I was told that that has always been the policy which, if this is the case, one or more employees have been breaking this policy for the past year. I was attempted to get bummed off onto the pharmacist to speak further about the issue. Ive transferred and refilled my prescription with CVS, I counted all the pills I was given and they got all 30 doses of all (now) four prescriptions correct. On the first try. This pharmacy is an absolute disaster and they swindled me out of my money because of miscounts, either purposeful or not.
The pharmacy isn’t great. Waiting time is ridiculous. There was no one here and I waited over 20 mins to get my vaccine. Wouldn’t use this pharmacy for anything.
I have always loved Walgreens!
The worst Walgreens ever!! 75 minutes waiting in the drive thru and then tell you they are out of stock !!!
Scheduled a covid test Thursday in their site (which is not a great experience) for today, Sunday. Drove 1 hour to the appointment, with confirmations numbers, for them to tell us we couldn’t get the tests. Spent 1 ½ hours on the phone being transferred all over to be told nothing anybody can do.
Terrible customer service, the manager is rude and offensive. They didnt honor the return policy. Im not going back to that walgreens.
Moved to this location to pu meds from draper location, people always very nice, easy access
I normally dont have a bad experience...but i bought a pack of icepops... Didnt even open the box but it damaged my 5 subject notebook in the bag. My notebook is now damaged with blue icepop juice. Definitely not happy that my brand new products.
Great costumer service !! The store manager Joe Is exceptional! He treats you w respect and always is willing to help ! He always has a nice demeanor and smile ! Also Collin is a great workers, alway willing to help as well !!Loving going to this store
Really love this Walgreens!!
I come here MINIMUM once a week and monthly for my prescriptions. I love all of the staff members and theyre really good about doing returns without a receipt if you put your rewards number (your phone number) in when you purchased the item(s). As long as you dont go in around 5-7pm, the pharmacy works very quickly, even with 5 of my medications being scheduled drugs/narcotics.Ive only met one pharmacists that was rude, excluding him, all of the staff is very nice and helpful!! I go there so often that almost all of them know my name!
Simple, fast, and super convenient, been getting my prescriptions here for several years. Always willing to answer my questions and offer help.
If it would let me give a zero, I would. I called and spoke with an employee who said they do store credit without receipt. I drive all the way there just to do the return. The shift manager wouldn’t do it saying I was misinformed even though the same policy the employee told me is the policy on their website. He said “our policies have changed you must have a receipt”. I asked why nothing has been updated on their website, the back of their receipts, or with employee training and he said he didn’t know. It seemed to me he just didn’t want to do it. It was $15 and unopened. I’ve never done a return at Walgreens before but now I won’t be shopping there and I will be switching my monthly prescriptions elsewhere. The manager was mocking me saying “I wasn’t the one who told you that so I won’t do it”, and anytime I tried to explain anything or speak, he put his hands up in my face. I am beyond frustrated. What kind of manager handles situations like that? Never again.
Pharmacy Review - Ive lived by this pharmacy for 8 years. Ive given them so many chances. I submitted a prescription for refill. I go to pick it up and it was put on hold status. They asked me, Do you want it filled? I said Yes, thats why I submitted it for a refill. Or they digitally submit the refill to the doctor when the refill requires a signature. So the doctor has to decline and request a fax submission - delaying for multiple days. Yesterday I submitted for a refill, which in my error was too early, so it was rejected. I told the tech, I submitted it early because sometimes it takes them a while on my refills and they have been messed them up multiple times. Without even knowing the errors, she told me Its the doctors error, not ours. If you dont like how we fill prescriptions, I recommend you take your prescription to another pharmacy. Thank you Pharm Tech. I will do that.
If you’re going have a Western Union ensure you have the cash and not tell them after the fact that you don’t.
A few months ago I would have given this place 1 Star. However, they have really gotten better, cleaner, and more efficient. Im not at 4 stars yet, but the staff is a joy and the pharmacy no longer moves at the pace of a snail on a sloths back.
I freaking love this place. They are quick and cheap with my re-fills, and have a large selection of products. I also got my passport photo here. It was cheap and easy!
Nicest photo center I have used and when my test prints didnt turn out right they only charged me for one. The employees were very helpful and nice people
Not sure why this has a 1 star rating. Ive picked up my prescriptions here for a few years and never had a single problem. Wish they were 24 hours like the one on 7th East, but these guys do a fine job.
Pharmacy tech unwilling to communicate properly with insurance company. Minimal effort to trouble shoot problems. I recommend management deal with this issue. As a health care provider I will be recommending against using this pharmacy in the future.
Love this Walgreens. Aways friendly, and ready to help. Got my passport picture for cheap!
Different prices from online and wont price match their own prices.
I love this Walgreens! The staff is so friendly, almost all of them know me (and vice versa) on s first name basis in the regular retail portion of the store; same with the Pharmacy. Sarah always gives me great makeup tips like which brand has better highlight and contour, strobing highlighters which are super en vogue right now. They almost always have really good clearance items or at the very least some good buy 1 get 1 50% off sales, especially if youre a makeup addict like me! :) Sarah, Morgan, Kaleb, Alex, (sorry I know Im forgetting some people!!) are super helpful! The only people with whom Ive had super slight issues with are Angela and occasionally Kim, and its always super small stuff like issues with returns, getting my points, and little stuff like that. Otherwise theyre all great employees!Im currently on my way over now to grab some meds, return some wrong-shade makeup, and go clearance & makeup shopping now!P.S. Heres some great daytime lewks Ive done with makeup there and some random sales that theyve had there!Happy shopping and bargain/clearance hunting! :D
Absolutely awful. I had been released from the emergency room late at night and had a short time to get the medication which I was directed to start immediately. The entire pharmacy staff was lazy and short. They were more interested in closing then helping me. There was absolutely zero effort put in to helping me. They literally spent more time complaint than they did filling my prescription. I will never return.
HORRIBLE! Said they would transfer my prescriptions - took 2 in person attempts and one phone call. Went to pick up at New location and was told Walgreens shows I already picked up from them, which never happened. I called and talked to a nasty b**** who said she was the pharmacist. I tried to explain what was going on and she wouldnt stop interrupting me asking me questions and answering them HERSELF before I could. I asked her to stop talking and listen to me PLEASE. After I explained the situation, she said Are you done talking now? Are you going to stop talking and listen to me now? Hear what I have to say. Youve talked enough. She proceeded to put me on hold and by the time she came back - about 5 minutes - the new location spoke to someone else there and got it taken care of. I confirmed she was the wench I was just speaking to and told her she should NEVER that kind of tone and speak to customer the way she spoke to me. She then had the nerve to tell me I shouldnt speak to her the way I did. EXCUSE ME? I then told her what I thought of her and hung up. NOT THE FIRST TIME IVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE PHARMACY STAFF THAT HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER.
Terrible management.
Terrible customer service. I called to have my prescription filled and they told me it would be 45 min to an hour which seemed long but I waited the full hour. I showed up and they hadnt even started filling the prescription. So I had to wait in the store with a crying baby while they filled the prescription which takes longer then I expected. It was the slowest and most unhelpful experience Ive had with a pharmacy. I usually go to smiths but thought Id try this one because of the location but it wasnt worth it. Smiths pharmacy is a million times more helpful, convenient and friendly. Will never use this pharmacy again.
Horrible. I stood at the pharmacy pickup for who knows how long, and when I finally got their attention, they asked for the last name and proceeded to wander around for the next five minutes, while quietly telling staff that they didn’t see the prescription I came to pickup.
Ive used this location any time I needed medition or to refill a prescription. They super nice and it never takes too long.
We had our doctor send the prescription into Walgreens for our mother who is visiting from another country and has no insurance. The Pharmacist told us it would cost $700.00 for a thirty day supply and with the Walgreens discount we could get it for $500.00. Since we couldnt afford this, we wired money to Columbia so the life saving medicine could be sent express mail back to the states. Our mom started to show signs that the lack of medicine was starting to affect her so we called around to other pharmacies to see if we could just pay for a 10 day supply until the meds come in. Turns out that the real cost of the refill is only $27.00!!!! When we confronted the original pharmacist about this instead of a simple apology, all we got were excuses and his justification for being inept at his job, and trying to blame the doctors prescription. Never once would he responsibilty for his horrible customer service. We are sending in this review to hopefully prevent this lack of professionalism from affecting someone elses health.
The new pharmacist is incredibly rude. Definitely changing pharmacies.
Friendly staff
The staff have always been friendly except for the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is ually friendly but theres been some bad service in the past.
Terrible customer service and do not know how to use their own pharmacy database.
Great customer service
I use Walgreens for all my prescriptions. The new pharmacist is incredibly rude for no reason. He didnt ask for my ID either. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.
If they say 20 minutes, expect 90
