I took my daughter to lunch here today and it was great. The girl who took our order at the counter was excellent and nice, and the food was super delicious. The tables were also super clean. This Iceberg location is great! I highly recommend it.

This is a great place to get your burgers and shakes. The staff is friendly and the food is great. The only negative is that the service takes a while. Most likely due to food being prepared fresh, but the wait can be frustrating if you are in a hurry.

This place is totally hit and miss. But lately horrible. Kids always screwing off. Speaker don’t work. Talked to The owner about my order being messed up he told me he would put gift cards in the mail never did happen but then he did follow up and send half of what he said he was going to. So I went and used his gift cards and got a footlong with a rock hard bun and two half cooked soggy corn dogs. Fries were good this night lol. I’m done there

The owner of Iceberg helped with Teacher Appreciation Week at our elementary school and did a phenomenal job. They made shakes and brought them to the school for us to pass out to the teachers and staff. They were so kind and helpful. We are lucky to have them in our community.

Iceberg is the ultimate Utah classic. There is no better place for a burger, fries, and a shake. This location in Herriman is especially nice if you dont want to wait in the long line on a busy street for the original. With iceberg its always a win.

Save your appetite for Iceberg! The pastrami burger was delicious, not to mention the fries!Which are probably the best in town, in my opinion. The triple berry shake is an instant favorite of mine now. Friendly and accommodating staff was plus too! 👌

I just wanted to give Todd (the owner) and his staff a shout out. They work so hard to serve our small community. I recently provided them with feed back about a visit my daughter had. I went the a couple of days later and everything I had spoke with Todd about was fixed. This is a wonderful establishment, with delicious food, and great prices. If your hungry and looking for a great place to eat I highly recommend this restaurant.

When I first pulled up I automatically thought to my self I am gonna be waiting for an hour cause the line was almost out the door, but it actually only took like maybe 2 mins. So it was way faster than I thought Awesome fast service.🤙🤘

Staff was friendly, shakes and lime Rickys are very good and burgers are tasty. Their onion rings are the best Ive ever had, period. Expect a bit of a wait if using the drive through, but its worth it. Ill definitely be spending more time at Iceberg!

Todd is an exceptional owner and truly cares about all of his customers. One of the customers had a mozzarella stick that was empty because the cheese leaked out while frying. Todd was quick to get a new batch made for the customers for free. He also is making training videos for all of his employees and for all ice bergs in the U.S. truly impressed by the customer service and just how welcomed I felt going into the place. They make you feel right at home. Tables and floor were very clean and the decor in the place is beautiful. And not to mention the food is amazing. Definitely recommend coming here.

Riverton Iceberg is a favorite stop for twist cones and shakes. This visit was great. The ice cream was extra creamy, portions as expected, new spoons are better than before, come itself seemed new and was good.Our previous two visits werent up to par. I contacted Iceberg directly. Happy to say that stopping by this visit we were delighted. I hadnt heard back (not that I expected to) on my feedback, but it seems it may have been received.

Iceberg always has the greatest shakes, and magnificent onion rings. However, sometimes theyre overloaded in the drive-thru. Thats not necessarily their fault though, because its very popular. Also, sometimes the people in the Drive-Thru can be a little pushy. So thats my only improvement suggestion. Overall, I love the place!

The last two times I have gone to this Iceburg location they completely screwed up my very simple. I ordered two shakes each time. The first time one.of them was something completely wrong. Like they gave me someone elses order. This time they gave me.twp of the same shakes instead of the two correct flavors we ordered. The onion rings are awesome but at this point we will not be returning. They are too expensive to keep screwing up such a simple order.

Great local spot for burgers and shakes. The mini shake is massive. If you take this sucker down in one sitting, props to you. The burgers and fries are always really fresh and flavorful. The fry sauce is delicious.

Classic, comfort, craving satisfaction, birthday joy, American burger joint icon. You want a thick shake? This is the place. Just know a small really isnt. To try and honor my calorie counting, Im a grown man who orders the kids size and its just right. I love the fruit flavors, but my current favorite is chocolate fudge Reeses brownie. Mmmm. The fries are delicious and great for shake dipping, but Ive been skipping those for the fantastic Rodeo Burger. Just the right balance of burger, cheese, onion ring, and bbq sauce. Ok I gotta stop this, my diet is doomed.

Iceberg is such a great place to eat! I love their burgers, fries, and shakes so much! Their shake sizes are a bit deceiving because there mini shakes are about 10 inches tall. They have so many yummy flavors to choose from as well! My family always gets shakes on the forth of July to watch during the fireworks and it is heavenly. Dont forget to sign up for their text club because they are always putting out good deals! I love Iceberg!!

I love nostalgic places. Iceberg is one of them. While I was not among the generation that saw them open on 39th & 9th, nor in Draper, I did frequent the Salt Lake location as early as the 80s. The food is drive-thru good and the shakes are still 30% above any other! (German Chocolate is my favorite!) Todays hot fudge shake had some extras in it . . . Coconut, chunks of chocolate something, even a little piece of rubber or something Gotta love extras!

Service was speedy. Icecream servings were large and creamy. Fries were great.

I was craving a pumpkin shake so I ordered a regular size pumpkin chocolate chip, cheesecake shake. It was so good, almost put me into a diabetic coma and not inexpensive but totally worth it! It was around $7.50 as I remember and could probably satisfy a family of 5. Its not an every night purchase but when you decide to spoil yourself. This is a perfect fall treat so go out and spoil yourself.

I am adding a request. Mexican Chocolate shakes are my absolute favorite. All that needs to get done to make one is to add some cinnamon to the chocolate shakes. Yum yum. Let me know if you can do that and Ill rush right over!! ❤

The food is delicious and you get larger quantities than at any normal fast food place. The fries are amazing and the cajun tots are so addictive. We are always happy with our meal.

Great fries, mozzarella sticks and zucchini, yes it was a comfort food night. The shakes are usually outstanding, but this time my raspberry cheesecake got polluted with coconut. Either they didnt wash the mixer in between, or they added coconut. Also, the shake wasnt mixed thoroughly, with lots of white soft serve and clumps of toppings throughout. Your drive thru signs say be patient, its worth the wait - well if youre going to make me wait, make it worth my time.

Typical Iceberg is great! And still one of the best places for fries and a milkshake. However, busy hours (evenings, especially weekends, 7-10pm) has its risks... This is my second time on a weekend evening my order was wrong and I didnt get all I paid for. My strawberry banana milkshake was good per usual, but the added marshmallows I didnt order werent my favorite mix-in. Also asked for extra fry sauce and didnt get it though I paid for it (why you always check the bag before you get home!). Overall still a go to dessert spot though!

I have been a fan of iceberg long before this store opened. I like the fact that you can customize your milkshake order. You get a generous sized milkshake for your money. The store has been clean each time I have been here. The staff are friendly and quick to get orders out even with quite a few people in the restaurant area as well as a long line of drive up vehicles

Normally we have really great service here, but never go on a Monday night I guess. We waited over 15 minutes in line And it didn’t move so eventually we just left.

Went to get dinner with my sister, ordered a cheeseburher and a hamburger and a French fry, went through the drive thru Sat there for dang near a half hour got back to my sisters house and they gave us 2 cheese burgers my sister dont eat cheese, called talked to the manager, he kept saying heade our order it was right, that we ordered a kids meal, no we did not, it was just a complete joke, said I will take it if you want to come back, we were right in the middle of a project so my sister told them no we wont be back to your establishment

The shakes we had were good, but spending 20 mins in a drive through for 2 milkshakes makes me not want to rush back.Edit: I appreciate the response from the owner. Its good to see someone engaged with the public on their reviews! Good luck to you and your team!

Great big shakes! The mini-shake is twice the size of a normal shake at the same price! Plus, all the burger classics and real tasty fries (eat em hot). Usually a little wait, but usually worth it.

Hi, Im visiting from out of town and just had a wonderful dinner at this location. Excellent, friendly, fast service. In addition, the food was fantastic, check out the zucchini sticks. The ice cream is yummy and theres not much they cant do with their choice of toppings. Definitely bring the family!

My middle-school aged son, and 30 of his classmates, met at the Riverton Iceberg Wednesday night after their play. The manager greeted us with the greatest enthusiasm I’ve ever encountered. He thanked them all for coming to his store, and gave helpful instructions in order to receive their food in the quickest possible fashion. All of the additional employees were also incredibly friendly and helpful. And it almost goes without saying that the shakes were delicious, and the French fries were 👌. I was so impressed with the entire experience, I would recommend this Iceberg to anyone!

Wow!!!! Had I known I would waste 40 minutes in line for a shake with 3 cars in front of me I never would have come. Not only did I have 2 toddlers in the car and my puppy thinking the line was short this should be quick. By the time I got my food, my puppy was whining cause he had to go potty, kids were anxious and not happy. No one apologized and just blamed it on a large crowd that came inside. No way it would take 40 minutes for a customer. Poor time management poor customer service, melted ice cream (usually not the case when we come).

The french fries here are amazing. And you can get a shake with so much icecream youll consider sharing. Management is friendly and stays on top of cleanliness. Staff is friendly.

The Riverton/Herriman Iceberg is amazing! The atmosphere has a fun retro feeling and is very clean as well! The menu has a good variety of burgers and other similar meals and the shakes are huge! Such a fun family atmosphere or lunch meeting or date night! The owners go out of their way to support ALL the nearby high schools and have been very generous in their donations to their activities and events! Thank you owners and employees!

I went to this location to get my favorite...a thick chocolate shake with snickers. It was amazing! The staff was great, friendly and very attentive. The onion rings are to die for! I just found out they hand bread the onion rings right there. Not frozen! It makes a difference. When it is busy, yes there is a little wait, but its not McDonalds. Everything is made to order. We love it!
