This is my go to pharmacy for the last 6 years. The staff is always very helpful and kind even when they are busy. They are very good about notifying you if a medication is out and they have to order it. It usually doesnt take long for it to be in. I like that they added the pay thru mobile for the automatic refills. Its so convenient to pay in advance and pick up through their drive thru.
This pharmacy is by far the worst I’ve been tho the women in here are so rude it’s like they always have attitudes, and my prescription is never ready although I’m on automatic refill
Are these people sure they are reviewing the correct Rite Aid? I have moved further away from this location and still specifically go to it specifically because I love the Pharmacy staff!
Extremely happy with the pharmacist(s)/pharmacy. They are very knowledgeable and always answer my questions on medications and insurance issues that arise. Very confident in the employees and the service. I love the drive thur and I never have to wait long for prescriptions here. They get it right the first time and that’s what is important to me.
The store is cleaner now with the change, easier to move around.I love the sarcasm I get from some of the staff. Sarcasm helps me breath and someone who wields it like they do is a breath of fresh air.I think some people think they are rude because they answer questions without sugar coating it.
Absolutely abysmal place to go for anything from prescriptions to toiletries. Forget about getting any modicum of customer service. The manager of the store is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. I cant even believe I have to write a negative review (I wont even send food back at a restaurant) but I was so utterly disgusted with this place (a place I have shopped at and filled prescriptions for many years) that I had to take the time to warn others. I wont get into the ugly details, but the pharmacist said something really insensitive to my wife out loud about prescription medications she was taking and I called the manager to let her know that it should be addressed. Not the end of the world but it shouldnt happen again as its inappropriate. No big deal right? The manager would not walk to the back of the store citing that she was up front and they were all the way in the back back and subsequently ended up hanging up on me when I asked her name. Went into the store personally to talk to her and she first lied and smiled and said we got disconnected. I told her she said bye before hanging up and she started stammering. She actually gave me a fake name after telling me she didnt have to give me her name at all. What she didnt realize is that the person working up front called her to the front using the PA which said her real name. FACEPALM. The whole experience was embarassingly bad. I left in complete disbelief that such a small place could be so utterly incompetent from top to bottom. Despite being much farther away, if I was on fire, Id rather drive to CVS to buy the water to put myself out.
Most of the women in the pharmacy are miserable. There is (1) that is nice. I truly dread picking up prescriptions.
Pharmacy is good and service typically above average ;)
Pharmacy staff are the worst, nasty, mean spirited bunch of employees Ive ever run into at a pharmacy. My advise is for all of them to find a job in a back room somewhere where you dont have to work with people!
Pharmacy is very friendly and helpful
Extremely mean and nasty people work here, around the corner from my house but more then willing to go further somewhere else so my day isnt ruined by their nasty attitudes. Avoid this place.
Apparently when they no longer except your insurance they dont care to call and let you know... What a joke of a pharmacy. DO NOT GO HERE FOR THE PHARMACY
Pharmacy has terrible attitudes will not be returning.
Found the store to be unclean and parking difficult.
The women who work the pharmacy are pugnacious and smarmy.
I love it
