Because I find everything I needed quickly

So I witnessed an absolutely amazing cashier named Rebecca today handle the most Karenest Karen I have ever encountered. (Wed June 9th, 2021 @ 8:20pm) Karen was yelling and insulting Rebecca over a simple refund thing. It was a simple fix but something was needed to complete the process. Karen demanded her not to take anybody else in line until she came back into the store. When she came back in the store she decided to carry on with the verbal abuse to Rebecca in front of everybody some more by asking her about her intelligence and pointing to her head like she didnt have any smarts. Rebecca kept her composure like it was nothing. She kept a smile on her face and held a polite tone and manner with Karen. Karen eventually ranted and raved her way out of the store right out into the parking lot. There was really no need for her to get so upset and since she said she would be contacting her manager, I just wanted to make sure that it was known that Rebecca was a rock star throughout the entire situation. We need more Rebeccas like the one that handled business today. Thank you for hiring such awesome people! 👌

I can’t believe your cashiers talk to customers the way Amanda talked to me. I will be coming in to speak with a manager. I have no choice do to the errors on my receipt. Please teach them to have manners to the customers. I’ve been going here for years. Also when I shop they follow me around like going to steal. What happened to the older cashiers that always greeted us when we entered the door and were happy to be there. This girl was just wow. She must not need that job. Their pharmacy is also an absolute joke. I filled my prescriptions there for over 5 years just for them to tell me I couldnt fill my controls there anymore and would not give a reason. This place will lose a lot of business if they don’t fore some good people to run the place, because I know many people who have had bad experiences the last 6 months. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Went into the building at 9:53 and was rudely reminded that I had 7 minutes left to shop apon arrival wasnt given a normal greeting or anything. I went into the shop for something specific so when I found out they didnt have it I was heading towards the door. Me being the polite CUSTOMER SERVICE worker that I am told this woman who was already rude to me when I had arrived to have a good night! to which I received no reply and a dirty look. It was a woman with short hair who wasnt wearing regular Walgreens employee clothes so it makes me wonder a person with such a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE could have a higher up position at walgreens when she cant even do basic customer service tasks like tell her customers to have a good night or not make them feel unwelcome regardless of how long they have to shop.

Been going there since it opened. The last few yrs its gone down hill. Ever since Mr Jenkins n Manny left its not the same. They never have it stocked. The younger manager follows you, makes me feel like he thinks I am stealing. I go there twice a week. The pharmacy. well they have gotten better, but they were terrible in past. They would not call other Walgreens for customers s, us they were out of drug. I sen a old man who was confused just turn away without checking other store, he was so worried because his wife needed the medication. However the one gal who was didnt help him isnt working there anymore so its much better now. Walgreens needs secret shoppers to see what has become of this store. I will say the cashiers are always great, friendly and helpful. Just stock up

The ONLY reason why I am leaving 1 star is cause of the pharmacy costumer service. Specially Mary Ann. I’ve been to many pharmacies and usually all of them are really friendly. This lady told me the medicine wasn’t covered by my insurance (lie) told me she was out of it(lie) because I went back 10 mins after talked to someone different and guess what everything was covered. And let snot mention she was trying to make me buy the regular allergies pills that aren’t covered by insurance $15-$20 when the ones covered I would pay $5. I don’t see the point of her doing it but it’s ridiculous cause I love Walgreens

New pharmacy tech is rude! Ive always had good service when the guy is working but now there is a new lady and she flat out told me I have other things to do when i was asking a question about my script. I will no longer drive out of my way. Been going here for 7 yrs...just lost a customer!

Overall I would give Walgreens a 4 star rating. I recently moved and this Walgreens was closer to the one that I used to go to. Its weird how much difference there is between the two. The staff at this one isnt as friendly and even the prices on their everyday stuff is way more expensive. But as anyone in this area knows its basically either CVS or Walgreens, and I would choose Walgreens easily

IF ANYBODY PLANS TO USE THIS PHARMACY YOU NEED TO KNOW THAT THE PHARMACIST HAS COMMITTED FRAUD TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY NOT, ONCE TWICE, THREE TIMES ALONG WITH CHARGING ME 1.73 $ per tablet more then what the 00.34 cent per tablet costs. Jaime is his first name and the man is a terrible human being TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THOSE WHO COME FOR HEALTH CARE NEEDS. when asked for him to right his wrong he threatened me.

My wife has been unable to leave our house due to her medical condition. So head pharmacist Jami came to our house to give her a pneumonia shot. Now thats great service!

Pharmacy staff is always nice and helpful! Jayme is the best pharmacist, always willing to help and explain things to you! This has been my pharmacy for a long time and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

The staff was rude and the pharmacy would not fill my prescription even after admitting they had it. They said they were sure that plenty of other places would have it and didnt care when I told them Id been to 5 other pharmacies that day. The female pharmacist was the worst.

If I could give the pharmacy a 0 star I would, which sucks because the rest of the store and employees are great. Every time I call in a prescription and set a time for pick-up, it is almost never ready. Last time I needed a prescription I called in a refill in the morning and set it for pickup at around 4pm. I showed up there at 4 and the girl with the bright red hair told me that it wasnt filled yet, but she would fill it and I would have to wait a few minutes if I wanted to wait. I was annoyed but said okay.This few minutes turned into two hours. Turns out this girl filled the prescription and decided to fill it and never inform me that it was ready. I missed my doctors appointment and had to reschedule.Sad thing is, this isnt even the first bad thing that has happened, this is just the most recent. Spend your money at CVS or Walmart or somewhere where the employees actually care. Ive had enough.

Im a writer and have to travel a lot. I was in the Downriver area during the cruise when my prescription was running low. It is a special medicine that must be compounded. The pharmacist, Mariam, was so kind and understanding. I later got a call that not all the ingredients were available at that location! I had poor reception at a location I was at for a couple hours and by the time I could call Walgreens back, Mariam had left the store. I was a little worried by then, but I found out that Mariam had gone out of her way to locate the missing ingredient! That is going above and beyond customer service. I could see that she truly cared. Thank you, to the Riverview Pharmacy team and Mariam.

They were rude and refused to fill my prescription. Stating that there were plenty of other pharmacy closer to the address listed on my drivers license. They wouldnt listen when I told them I had just moved. With service like that I dont care if my life depended on it I wouldnt go back there.

The pharmacy staff here is phenomenal, and keeps me coming back to this Walgreens even though the short hours on weekends often tempts me to find a new one with a 24-hour pharmacy.

I have always had good service with this walgreens. It is not even the closest store to my house however I drive the couple extra miles to go to this store. The Pharmisists are knowledgeable and courteous. I have had some issues arise in the past with questions about medication and Jamie has been able to answer them and spent time even though they were very busy. The whole staff is great however he has been the one there when I required answers. Im sure the other Pharmisist is just as kind.

Brain-dead policy to card everyone buying age restricted items. Cashier insisted on carding the 90 year old woman ahead of me who happened to leave her ID back at her place (which she walked from to get to the store). Cashier held up the line to do this. I wont be back

Got my flu shot yesterday, didnt get a receipt until I asked for it. When I got home, I noticed I got the fluzone quad when I am supposed to get the high dose as I am over 65. I called the pharmacy to ask why I didnt get the recommended formula and was told Some people dont want the high dose. I was never asked for my preference and didnt realize I needed to request it. I have gotten my flu vaccines from other Walgreens and always got the high dose, even when initially I wasnt aware there were 2 types. They just gave it to me. If they are this careless with just a flu shot it makes me wonder about the rest of the pharmacy. This was my first visit to this store and is also my last.

I love this pharmacy. My insurance was giving me problems and walgreens gave me a discount on my meds so I wasnt payin so much

The pharmacy is terrible. Never stock anything, alwaysvhave to wait days for refills.
