Got 4 tires put on my 19 wrx. The guys doing the job were both good and nice people very knowledgeable. They did a good job and they did it right.

While traveling we called to see of we could get in for an alignment. They fit us right into the schedule. Upon arrival they took in our vehicle made the necessary adjustments, and we were back on the road in record time... Thank you for the great service.

Had a flat whilst on a 14 hour drive and had AAA tow me here. They were able to track down my odd sized tire and get it installed correctly. Very professional staff and clean facility.

Not very good on second visit but extremely good on first visit for oil change. Second visit, appt made day in advance and was waiting over two hours even with appt. I ended up leaving without service. This was for a tire they recommended I needed. I would have continued waiting as I saw they were very busy, but the person in charge was very rude when I asked how much longer. The person the day before was not same and no way compared to the rudeness of this other person.

It was a busy day the day I took my vehicle in for services so I had to wait. Even then my wait time was acceptable and I am not a patient person. The reason I gave them five stars is because of their honesty. I noticed they offer transmission fluid changes and when I asked about that service the gentleman I spoke with told me he would prefer I took it to a transmission expert since I had bought the vehicle used and did not not if one had ever been done on it before. He also explained why in a very understandable manner.

Omg I went there cause my car needed a run flat tire. I know its not a normally stocked tire the guy pretending to type my name and number to let me know when the tire was coming. Thank god I went to Raleigh to the dealership to get it because they never got back with me

James not only stayed later then what normally would have been closing hours on a holiday weekend. Knowing that we were stuck on side of street for over an hour and needed tire in order to continue our drive. This is a holiday weekend and no place was going to be open tomorrow. Then after replacing one tire and came in to finish sale. We discussed concern of still feeling shimmying when having spare tire on. He was willing to re-put up in order to check other tires and we have another tire bulging. Thank-you James and Firestone, We appreciate your help so much

Terrible service, zero accountability. Store says it opens at 8AM and nobody showed up until 9AM on a Sunday. I arrived 5mins before the store opened and drove 1.5hrs to get there because they were the only shop open. No online adjustment, no note on the door, nothing. Managers excuse We have reduced hours due to COVID Ok whatever, every other store on the strip was open. Sorry excuses.

Fantastic. Price was as quoted, got me back on the road quick after having an object on the highway puncture my tire. All the employees were pleasant and professional. Lobby was clean and COVID ready. Great experience!

This was my first time visiting here. I went here for a complete set of tires. I was given a great deal and the service was quick. I enjoyed talking to the personnel. Also, I love that they are open 7 days a week and after 5pm. Very convenient for people with busy lives. Ill definitely return.

Had a flat a few years ago in the parking lot of the hotel nextdoor and they came over and fixed it. I bought them pizza for lunch the next day as a thank you.

Payed to have tires rotated but the technician were so busy trying to up sale us on services that we didn’t ask for that they neglect to do the services that you paid for. Their main concern was trying to convince us that we needed new tires versus rotating them like we asked. Poor job performance. Give people what they ask for and don’t force other services down anyone’s throat!

I have used several Firestone locations but this one is the best. The store manager has a solid knowledge of vehicles and is very helpful. The techs out back are faster than any location I have been to. Ultimately everyone wants their car to be finished with repairs instantly, but that is unrealistic. I have been to other Firestone locations where an oil change has taken over 2 hours. At this location I got 4 new tires on my car and an oil change in an hour and some change. Thats awesome! I highly recommend this Firestone location in Roanoke Rapids, NC.

Took the car for an oil change they didnt even change it and I paid for full synthetic too. Gotta check your oil as your leaving I guess kinda crazy when I just bought a full set of tires there and waited over an hour. Situation resolved they changed it for me this time. I will still be changing my own oil in the future though

We needed a battery for our truck. It was ten minutes to closing when we called to see if they had one in stock and we live 15 to 20 minutes out of town. The gentleman we spoke with waited at the store after closing time for us to get there. That is exactly the reason we deal with businesses like Firestone. We will continue to do business there because of his willingness to stay a few more minutes to help out complete strangers.

Liked the price of oil change.. $25.66 although Ive paid less there before. The place is clean and theres a few stores to check out while you wait but NOT for an hour and half!

We picked up an Allenwrench somehow and it sliced my tire like a can opener. Tow truck would have taken 3 hours then the cost. Firestone around corner. Called. They came and took my tire off; took the rim to shop; new tire; came back to my truck; and put tire on. What awesome service. Friendly and Courteous.

Outstanding help! Friendly, speedy service. Kind, helpful employees who showed us first, then explained what was wrong. Super prices. We were worried when our engine malfunction light came on while traveling out of state on I-95, that we would be taken add advantage of. Instead, these folks brewed us a fresh pot of coffee, immediately looked at our vehicle on a busy Saturday morning, and even wrote a note for the mechanic who changed our oil back home, before our trip, and who put the oil filter on wrong, causing the issue. If I lived near this Firestone it would be the only place I every took my vehicles to for work. THANK YOU!

Had to replace a tire while on an RV trip near Roanoke Rapids. I called ahead to see if they had a match for my other tires, they did, got a complete installed price. We arrived the next morning, service was excellent, service manager was extremely helpful.

Arrived 20 mintues prior to appointment. Truck was immediately put in bay. 42 minutes later they rold me they didnt know hiw to get spare tire down. So they hadnt even begjn truck in 42 minutes. Then when I was going to have tires rotated they told me it was more to have tpms assigned to proper location. This is a standard feature now adays and takes approximately 8 minutes. I will absolutely NEVER return to this location. I always get tires at firestone. Changing that. I have been a loyal customer 4 years but hey I guess that 20 extra bucks was worth it. And essentially lying about when they would work on it.And they broke key fob. Brought it back in pieces. When i asked the guy at counter said it was in bag like that well its not how i handed it to the Technician

Ive had numerous issues with my vehicle and the staff at Firestone of Roanoke Rapids NC has done an excellent job of repairing my car. They explain in detail what needs to be done and I didnt have an appointment but was seen with no problem. Keep up the great work Guys!!!

Alternator went on our van. Pulled in with no appointment, back on I-95 in 3 hours. The manager was very happy to help us. Chuck the technician was awesome doing a great job.

I called this business a day ahead of time and told them I needed a tire replaced, they told me the tire was IN STOCK, so I made an appointment for 2pm the following day. Once I arrived, I was told the tire was NOT IN STOCK and I would need to choose a different tire or wait a week until it could be ordered. I chose a different tire, then I was told it would be at least an hour before anyone could get to it. I left the car and came back 2.5 hours later to pick it up, and nobody had even started working on it, so, I sat and waited another half hour. Once they were done....3 hours AFTER (after my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT), they pulled my car out of the Bay and parked it, I sat another 15 minutes waiting for them to tell me my car was ready, Not only did I not get the tire I was promissed, and I was not waited on at my scheduled appointment time...I had to tell these people my car was sitting outside and I was ready to check-out....which took yet another 15 minutes. I would highly advise to use EXTREME CAUTION if you decide to use this business for your tire or car care needs. I WILL NEVER, NEVER give Firestone in Roanoke Rapids, NC my business EVER again. BAD SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE PLANNING.

We got stuck on 95n traveling back home to NY. All we needed was studs, lug nuts and for them to mount the spare. We towed it there because they were open on the weekend. It was there all day before they finally quoted us $350 for studs, lug nuts and a mount but then stated theyd need to do a check and if it needed rotors we would be required to replace them and anything else that they deem is wrong with the car. They tried to rip us off. Totally not professional at all. My husband went auto parts store, got lug nuts and studs for $26 and replaced in parking lot. A waste of a whole day. I would never recommend this place.

Got a alignment done in march in my family mini van, we may have drove it max 3 times since the work been done to it. Had a friend say it looks like its going side ways when i drive down the road so i took it back. Im suppose to have a year warranty on it but now i have to pay 160 dollars bc it cant be ajust anymore (why wasnti told then?). They are ridiculous they lost my business. Im sure someone else can help me with my van and put new tires on my edge that i was going to get from them.

Had a blowout on my travel trailer on 95 about 5 miles from them - limped to them, and the had me back on the road with 4 new tires in an hour and some change. Lifesavers these guys...

Im on the fence about this place, I brought my car in for a couple of things, $800 later and one of the things I wanted fixed wasnt.

My first experience with this firestone for tires..was highly disappointed..had made an appointment a week in advance..got to the appointment and not only did they not have my order in the system..they didnt even have the tires that was ordered for my truck..and when asked for a price confirmation was giving a different price than was quoted to me at the time of order..I was so upset I left my boyfriend standing at the counter and I left the building..I wish I could give a zero star but since a one rating is the lowest I can go I will give a one minus rating..bad business to a first time customer

Awesome staff I had installed new control arm bushings, ball joints and shocks, had them align truck, when I drove off it pulled a little to right so I took it back they didnt have a problem checking alignment again and it was spot on found out had bad bearing in front differential which was making truck pull right so I highly recommend Firestone
