It may not be their fault but they are way understaffed. Be prepared to wait in long lines

I consider this my local foodlion even though I dont live in Rocky Mount. Its a very convenient stop on the way home. They always have what you need for the most part and always have some sort of sale. The customer service is on point as well!

Clean store very organized safe and secure. Manager was present prices are medium and high. Understanding COVID-19 supply and demand. Parking lot was fair a few shopping carts needed to be cleared. Sanitizer and clean shopping carts were present. Observed a employee cleaning them with sanitizer

I waited for the cashier who told me she would be right with me. After 15 minutes I left the store and did not make the purchase I had intended to make that day.

The store was severely understocked. Quite frankly, it was the worst I have ever visited.

Fairly well stocked store and clean, but not enough cashiers resulting in longer checkout time.

Store is clean and organized. The prices are pretty outrageous. Most items youre better off buying at Walmart because theyre a lot and I mean a lot cheaper. Not all the staff are very friendly. Some hardly say a word to you. Its pretty well staffed though so theyre not really lacking in open cash registers or stockers or sales associates. I give 3 stars because sometimes the customer service isnt fantastic and all the items are pretty pricey even for the value of the item itself.

Good store to shop always stopping buy but never enough cashiers to get you out.

Not good at all. A man was in the fresh produce area with a very large Labrador Retriever walking about. Claimed it was a service animal. This man was obviously not vision impaired. The store is dirty and unkempt as it is without bringing in pets. Very disappointed.

Ive never say down and had a meal inside but I have purchased food before. On this particular day I purchased my mother a fish sandwich. The curly fries were hot out of the grease. The fish sandwich was absolutely horrendous. So disappointed

Found exactly what I needed (except toilet paper, but thats not their fault) Signed up for MVP and saved $15 which was about 25 percent off of the original total. Staff was really helpful as well.

Never again! Everything on sale wasnt in stock. Cashier didnt even greet me. Used to be a faithful shopper there but today was my last time ever!

Will never go in that food lion again . When went to check out line, I was told to go through a line at other end of store . Then other customers walk into same line . I was the wrong color I guess

Nice clean, scooters for handicapped readily available. Staff friendly. Usually not crowded.

Clean store, friendly people, good selection, but to often a cashier wont have their light on and customers will make a long line at registers with their lights on, then the cashier with the light off will call a customer at the end of another line to come over, not nice or fair to the rest of the customers.

This Food Lion is always so nice and clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

My experience there is great everytime, but groceries cost a little more there. So sometimes the cost surprises me
