Needed impact gun sockets, got them for 1/3 the cost of Lowes. Granted, Lowes has Craftsman, still Ive had HF sockets for 15+ years and they have yet to fail

They have some decently cheap tools and have been upping their game with some nicer lines of tools.

I love this place! As a lifelong handyman, mechanic and electrical worker I have many dollars in the high-end tools for my profession. But there are many things missed for the price if you dont browse @harborfreight first.

When this store 1st opened I gave it a great review. However in the few months since it has been open I have to say the quality has gone downhill. The manager Michael if horrid. This particular store is 25 minutes from my home, but I have to admit Id would rather drive an hour and a half to Norfolk to a decent Harbor freight than go to this one. Have been a customer for 10 years, was so happy when this opened near me. Would be even happier if it had decent management. Tony, the area supervisor should really keep a closer eye on whats going on. Will NEVER shop here again unless management is fixed. Save yourself time. Go to a better location

Great Looking store. Stocked really well! Great prices! Female sales person or cashier (?) walking around too casual, I said Ive Never been in the store before then asked about an item. Instead of taking me to see it she points where it should be, after 15mins. I go Back and say I cant find it She calls for someone to help me? The store was EMPTY when I walked in! I guess she was too busy! Unprofessional

I have used harbor freight across the country and this one is the only one I had problems with. Their sale items that are discounted are really not. I wouldnt of bought what I did if I knew they were going to charge me full price and not their advertised sale price. They wouldnt do anything about it either. If I didnt need the stuff right then I would of returned it. Dont go to this one.

I like going in there and I dont like going in there. Theyve got everything you want for just about any trade, so I like that part. I cant justify buying everything I want, I dont like that part. I am glad they opened this store here, it makes its very convenient for me.

I would like to thank Mr. Damon Jones for his excellent customer service. I purchased an item from another location. A critical part was missing . The item I purchased was out of stock and I explained to him that I really needed it today. Bought the Preditor 3500 inverter generator, its quiet and works great. Bought for RV. Runs my 15000btu ac perfect, you have to shut off ac to run microwave but thats normal for most generators. Great product, and super quiet.

Good prices for the quality of tools, some things are a little pricey, even for Chinese junk. I use the tools there in a bind, but theyre definitely not of lasting quality. At this particular location, the staff was useless/non existing. No one knew where anything was, and the cashier was preoccupied with text messaging under the counter, and acted like we disturbed her when we went to check out.

The store manager Mr. Don is very rude and disrespectful. He raises his voice at customers in front of his employees and other customers. He fails to being professional at all times. How can he leads his sheep if he cant even lead his ownself .He shouldnt be no store manager to begin with.
