One of my favorite store for gadgets. I love gadgets! However, I only left 4 stars caues they dont always have the stuff in the store that I see online.

Same Bed, Bath and Beyond you know and love. Things are even in the same place. The only thing I couldnt find was a proper butter dish. Theres a bit of cluttering as well which didnt make fit the same aesthetic as other stores. Things still get strange in the beyond section...

Had exactly what I needed at a good price.

Employees are friendly enough, they just didnt have what I was looking for. The site said they had the item but I talked to what looked to be a manager and he said they didnt have the item in the store.

Terrible customer service, young lady acted like we were bothering her to help find something or a price..Showed her what I was looking for on line showed in Roanoke Va store, she looked at my phone and said we dont have those, maybe on line, I said its showing here in store.

Sometimes I want to indulge myself in some really good body lotion lets not outrageously priced shall I go to Bed Bath & Beyond. Their products smell heavenly and the prices are really decent. The staff is always friendly and smiling and in this time that is very important.

Recently went here in Roanoke Va to get a Christmas gift.It was too heavy for me to lift.The person at the checkout came and put it in my cart and someone came with me to put it in my vehicle.So kind and helpfulThank you

There never seems to be anyone around to help. And the product I wanted online was on sale for 57.99. It was not on sale in store. I paid the full 69.99.

At least half of the stuff I was interested in wasnt tagged with a price. The staff was running around yelling across the store trying to get some stocking done. I decided to order offline.

Didnt get free meal for a veteran as advertised. They said they only had 500 meal to give away which wasnt mentioned on the web. Too bad. Food was good

Was able to find a few items for my bathroom I hadnt been able to find at the mass merchandise stores.

I always try to find an alternative to Amazon, but the fine folks who work here reminded me why brick and mortar stores are failing. This place sucks.

Just needed a new paring knife. Had to ask 3 times for someone to open the knife cabinet. Im more embarrassed I killed 20+ minutes on my phone waiting . Absolutely useless other than the one poor cashier that tried to get someone to unlock it. Eventually just gave up and left.

After browsing the stacks of bedding we solicited assistance and the Manager was eager to please. Thankful for his patience, we were able to find what we needed without ordering and waiting for a delivery! GREAT JOB, BB&B!

The store is almost always clean and well stocked but it seems they corporate had either cut hours or staff entirely. Its sometimes hard to find an associate to help. Nice products with a matching price tag (nothing comes cheap).

I need something that I knew they sold, so I call. They do have it and she politely says they will close at 6 when I ask. I do give she was nice. Since I did not want to be late for them, I hop in the car and am there by 5:54. The door is already locked. I call. The guy said they were closed and I sensed I was bothering him by calling. If that is there business model, Id prefer to go elsewhere. I got what I needed online instead.

Did not have all the stock out. When I inquired, the first employee was insulting. Then there was another lady that Did go Chase down the item and restock. Another customer standing next to me commented on the insult and said that if the employee had spoken to her like that she would have left. Might have given them a one based on the insulting first lady, but the second one was nice enough so... They get a three.

Love the service at this place. I had 3 associates looking to see if the reusable filters would fit a certain Keurig. They were all helpful with everything I needed and looked in the back for something that wasnt out front. They were all very courteous. Will shop again.

Interesting store. It was my first time there and I didnt have a lot of time to look around like I wanted. It was clean and well stocked, which are two important factors when I enter a store. Ill be going back for a closer look.

Upscale hard to find items for kitchen and bath. Coupons are nice and often if you get on their emails.

We were in your store on Feb. 23, 2018, looking for an attachment for our new Phillips Air-fryer. I approached an employee (Im sorry I dont know her name) and she said we would have to order the part - the store didnt stock them. However she took us to a computer and proceeded to help us place the order. She was very helpful and we appreciated her stopping what she was doing to help us.

It has some deals sometimes. Pricey other times. Wide variety of scents for just about every taste. Product quality definitely meets expectations.

Give veterans 25% off for Veterans Day Holiday. They get a A plus on that. It is a small store for them. The aisles are narrow and hard to navigate when you get over six or more customers with buggies shopping at the same time. You get the feeling of being claustrophobic which I dont usually have that problem.

Everything was organized and orderly. Had great sales for black friday.

They have really nice things for house hold kitchen appliances and more priced affordable 👌

This store has so much stuff for all kinds of needs. It always takes me a while to find what I need. Staff always seem helpful and friendly!

Upon trying to make a return at this store because of a duplicate wedding registry purchase, I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the manager on duty. Unfortunately, I left feeling like I had been misunderstood and mistreated as a customer. I would otherwise recommend this store and it’s products, but not the customer service.

There is no customer service at all in this store. I was looking for a very specific item, but could not find it even though the website said they had it. While I walked around the entire store using a cane, not a single person asked if I needed help. Ive been to this store several times and no help is ever given. Several issues no customer service, not handicapped friendly or elderly friendly. If a customer got hurt in there, no one would know because no one that works in there walks around to ask customers if they need help. One star is too generous.

Nice, have large variety of items, friendly staff,clean store I found everything I was looking for, I would like to see a larger selection of hookless shower curtains and replaceable liners to go with them they were out of them, should have larger selection of non skid bath rugs to match,I couldnt find a rubber back rug to match, on a scale of 5to 10 I would give a 7 in being satisfied Ill have to shop somewhere else to find a rug.

Lots to choose from, though their options for sheets are practically all the same weave lately.

Honestly, I am supposing the condition of the store was due to week before Christmas blast... But what a mess! More than half the items were not priced, and I did not buy many things because of that. Plus, there were no clerks on the floor to ask for help. It has been years since I have been there, and it will probably be that many more before I go again

If youve been in a BB&B before, this is exactly like those. Expensive overall, unless you get a 10-20% off coupon from a mailer or magazine, but even then, its still hard to find something that isnt priced lower somewhere else for the exact same item.
