Visited Christmas Eve for a few assorted goodies to finish a dollhouse for my granddaughter. Staff on the floor were more than helpful and friendly. She knew exactly where to find what I needed. The little white table near the bathroom door fits perfectly.

Timothy, in the floral department has helped me tremendously in preparing flowers for my daughters wedding. This store has the best value & price on wedding items!

My favorite place to get yarn and cool socks. Their yarn sales and coupons are just amazing I rack up when I can to make blankets. Its just amazing really.

This place is amazing! The store was clean, well organized, and staffed with the friendliest people. Theyre knowledgeable and eager to help. Some of the isles are a little crowded but maneuverable. Checkout was a breeze.

Excellent craft/hobby store, right on par with Michaels. They send out excellent coupons in their emails & always print off a 50% off any regular priced item coupon at checkout if you complete their survey. Pretty nifty!

Love this place, great place to get anything you need for your crafts. The only thing I would want to see is better organization, and less clutter in the aisles. I think it would be great to Als have more staff at the cashier spots. Other than it is an awesome place to go for the artsy, crafty, and creative person.

I have never shopped at A.C. Moore before, but somehow I got a coupon for 65% off the cost of custom framing. I had a poster to frame, and I had done other posters just like this before at a local custom framing place, but thought I would give them a try.The day I went in they were having all kinds of problems with their computer register systems and it took about 10 tries and about 30 minutes to ring me up. I was so frustrated by that time I really had ignored the price (my fault), but when I got home I looked at the price. With the 65% discount, the frame was still $141. This is the same type of frame I had three others framed at a local custom frame shop for about $150 so I really did not see any savings, certainly not 65%.When I went to pick up the frame, which took several weeks, the framing seem to be good so no complaints there. When I ask the clerk about the price, he stated that the retail price of that frame is $391. I was a little blown away as I had it done locally for $150 and even checked on line for the exact same frame and could have gotten it for $130 so how could they say it was $391??? The clerk told me that they are always running sales so the retail prices mean nothing.I am not a fan of this sort of selling as if you are going to run a sale, run a sale. Dont artificially mark up your prices, only to reduce them. I dont like this practice as I think it is very misleading so I will not use them again, besides at 65% off, I can use a custom frame shop and get better, faster service and help support a local business.

Never been to this location before. Only complaint is that the middle isles are SO full! Not sure how shopping carts or strollers even make it through the store. Great selection of arts and crafts though!

Great arts and crafts store. I dont buy much without using the coupon from the website, though. They have a slightly different selection of things than Michaels. So if I cant find what Im looking for at one, then I try the other and usually find what I need. Customer service is on par.

Though it is almost 2 hrs. away, I was able to find frames I needed at less than 1/2 the price they were at Hobby Lobby also an hour away and many more items I needed! I can see there will be more trips there as the distance is more worth it! And cant wait until they have online purchasing available!

Get ready to get lost in a sea of crafts! This place is wonderful to the hobbyist, cake baker, floral arranger, painter, jewelry maker, etc. I cannot get out of this place in less than 2 hours as they have so much that sparks my creativity. They always have a percentage off coupon available on their app, too!

If you are a crafty person like myself, and are almost always looking for a new project youll find one here for sure. I for one used to make jewelry but sadly have not for a few years now, was so tempted to pick it up again. They have such a wide selection for beads as well as pendants and little charms to add. I also discovered they have a section for wood projects such as burning and engraving into wood that took my fiancees interest immediately.

Always love going to AC Moore! They have so many options for various arts & craft projects and have a huge selection of materials. Im a baker and their Wilton supplies are pretty great. The sales floor can get a little disorganized at times. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are very affordable and they always have sales going on. Great place for any crafter!

Excellent selection of craft supplies. Employees kept busy stocking during normal business hours, so it was hard to find one for help, but they were very friendly and eager to assist after I finally found one.

I was amazed at the pricing of some of the stuff!Just one Example: A book of scrapbook/calender stickers....$20 at A.C. Moore....$3-$5 at Walmart! There were a few deals and the crafting specific items was a very nice selection.

I can see why they are going out of business. I popped in for some invitations that were still expensive at half off.

They never have enough registers open. Ever. And the check out process is so long. But they do carry some items the other craft stores dont have IF you can navigate the mess in the store to find them.

They have everything you need for home projects to school projects. One of my favorite stores.

Number 1 place to go for non-fabric art supplies. Ive gotten everything from beeds to hard resin here and made some petty awesome things. All you need to shop here is a little imagination and some money.The frame department is spot on and the person working the counter is super detailed and patient, helping me choose the perfect mothers day frame.The wood section is my go to and is super stocked with everything from wood slabs, to hidden book boxes to bird houses.Just dont go to AC moore to find a sewing machine or barely any fabrics. Joanne, or Wal-Mart would be a better bet for that.Over all this is the best choose for most crafty projects no matter what your hoping to make Im sure youll find something interesting here.

I have shopped here numerous times. I continue to go back ONLY because they have what I need for projects I am working on. The service here is UNACCEPTABLE. I have yet to be helped in a genuine, professional, courteous manner. I have worked in retail MOST of my adult life, and mostly in supervisor/management positions, and if this were my group of employees, I would figure out what they want to do because customer service does not seem to be something they enjoy.

Went to Tanglewood mall location..... cashier might have well been a programmed robot.....would ask her a question but get no answer.....put 4 glass jar candles in a reusable bag i had purchased with no barrier of any type between them..... when she asked if i would like to join the rewards program i was asking how i could sign up she said it would take too much time ( thereWas no one behind me and other registers open ) totalled my order and threw the handles of my bag with the candles at me as i was inserting my debit card........The store and prices are great..... customer srrvice was off
