When we went it wasnt horribly busy. They took the time to explain the Oculus controls because we hadnt used it before. Was a huge hit with the kiddo and she cant wait to return. My friend wants to go again to try some of the games they have on PC.

Vr racing game was glitchy. Wanted manual transmission but they couldnt get it to work so had to go automatic. View was set up wrong and only limited view area. Did not offer anything off

Its a mind blowing experience

Last week my grandsons ps4 broke. I called our local gamestop, and they recommended these guys.They diagnosed my problem for free..I was given a time frame of a week or so, and had it back sooner. They kept me updated, and were upfront on the cost, which was reasonable. Def go see them before you invest in a new system, my problem was solved for 1/4 the cost of a new one.

This place had everything I’m looking for and more. I didn’t know that I would find all of these amazing virtual reality experiences in one store. Management was friendly and made sure that this experience was one of the best ones that I could’ve had in virtual reality. I look forward to returning soon.

I dont normally make reviews, but I needed to make an account just for this!We came by a few weeks ago and the store was very busy. There were only 2 guys working, and they had their hands full. Running back and forth, trying to help everyone, when unexpectedly one came to ask if we needed help. Unfortunately the one game we wanted to play was unavailable because the other people were using that system, but this person went out of his way to help us. He showed us a climbing game and a swinging game. He made my birthday feel very special. I dont remember his name but I want to thank the tall guy dressed in an orange shirt for the wonderful experience that day. We look forward to coming back.

The overall experience I have had at the VR center was decent to start off with. They have great games and systems to choose from. But as far as price goes, it is plain ridiculous. Way too expensive for the experience you are paying for. And aside from that their customer service is very poor. The employees here have a one track mind, and ignore half the people that come into this business while helping others. And as for their console repair abilities, they are terrible. I took my PS4 to have it repaired here and they had it for close to 3 weeks. And every time that I got it back they would have fixed one thing but would have broken another. Would never recommend that anyone take a console to get it repaired here. And their manager Todd Flood has barely any managerial skills that I can see. His personal skills are poorly lacking and nonexistent, and he is not very friendly at all.

I brought my son here for his birthday. We got the 2 pack family deal for 65.00. It looked like a really awesome place and it would have been great if the customer service wasnt so poor. The employees were not helpful, didnt explain any of our options my daughter spent 45 minutes playing minecraft because she didnt know her options and my son played 3 different games however did not have any guidance so it took him first 10 minutes to figure it out. At the end my son decided he would also like to play the PC. When I asked if I could pay for it and allow him to play the guy that is another 30 minutes. I said that is fine and paid he said well is he going to sit down and play. My son had issues in the waiting area of the game so wasted another 15 minutes but because the guy was so rude we didnt even bother asking for help. I think it could be a great enjoyable place for familys if the employees werent so rude and acted like we inconvenienced them.

My son loves this place! We recently purchased a VR System from them and were amazed at the quality and level of service that came with the package. They came to our home to complete the set up and taught us how to operate the system. Great deal and great service. Very pleased!

Our son had been saving his money to buy a gaming system and recently discovered the you sold VR Systems. We had done our research and were pleased with the cost and quality of the package offered. We were equally amazed at the level of service that came with purchasing the VR System. Todd came to our home to complete the set up and taught us how to use the system. He was both personable and professional, demonstrating great patience as we had many questions about the system. Good place for a quick entertainment session

Absolutely love going here, its always a good time while in this place. I love taking my friends that never been there before and show them the experience of whats to show. Staff is super friendly and owner is absolutely awesome. Would recommend to anyone for the fun aspect of it.

My kids absolutely LOVED every minute of the birthday party! Thank you sooooo very much for your attention while we were there. The games were incredible! They truly have something for everyone. We had kids from 2 -12 and the adults had a blast too! Todd and his staff provided us with an experience we will never forget! I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family :).

The experience is next level. The selection of games is unbeatable and the staff is super friendly. I might have a higher opinnion because i am staff but as a customer the service this center provides, was fun and affordable. Plus they have a vending machine where everything is a 1.25, whats not to love about that!

Great lineup of games, demos, VR rides (roller coasters, similar amusements) and lots of options, even for those not comfortable with Virtual Reality. Gaming computers, Xbox Ones, and PlayStation 4s set up for much cheaper, for those who dont have their sealegs for VR but still want a good time.

Amazing! We used the VR Center for a Christmas party, they brought their machines to our venue and set them up. The owner and other staff member with him had lots of fun helping everyone out with the machines and enjoyed watching us in the ride. The ride is a little disorienting, it really feels like youre being flipped upside down and moved around! Fortunately you can just take off the glasses if youre feeling a little ill. :) Highly recommend for parties or if you want to give VR a try.

Great customer service. Very family oriented and fun for the whole family. Wouldve given it 5 stars if the racing simulators motion actuators wouldve been working still fun for the whole family.

Had fun here watching the grandkids experience VR for the first time. They enjoyed several different experiences. Many to choose from. Only negatives were price and the amount of time it took the operators to set up the different experiences. Would still recommend trying it out.

This was incredible! Todd was great!!! I did Eye of Terror which was the scariest 6 minutes of my life! So cool! I also did Survival rd. where I got to mow down zombies with a mini gun in the back of a pick up truck! What an awesome experience!! I now am on a mission to do every single one!

Hey All - Just wanted to send out a review for Todd at the VR center. I happened upon this place in the mall while in Roanoke for the night. I will say that it was awesome. I am a professional pilot and decided to fly the F15 and it was Awesome! Todd (the owner) was super generous when they had trouble getting the sim going and took care of the inconvenience for me. I also thought that the prices were very fair, so If youre considering it, just head on in and Do It! Youll have a blast! Definitely 5 stars!!

My son and I have been several times we love it. The pod rides are great.the staff is very friendly.

Interesting, albeit pricey place to see a glimpse into the blooming VR/AR world. Much of the hardware and titles exhibited are out of most familys budgets, but a good place to start if you and your family are interested in investing in VR gear and titles.

Interesting to see all the types of VR games. At least 8 available styles of games at different costs. Some quite expensive. Nice clean environment.

Rented out the center for my sons b-day party. Took 6 insane 13 year olds who all had a great time and they were still talking about it 2 days later.The rate was outstanding for everything they got to do, and the wife and i even played our share in the pods as well.The staff and owner were excellent to deal with, and were extremely accommodating. We will definitely be back for our other sons next bday if not sooner.Thanks so much to everyone there!

I was really upset the I pay $60.00 for six kids and they didnt even got to experience the vr game system the guy the helps out did not explain the they can play any of the system there but there was a waiting time no he just ramdomly put each of the kids in a game he chose for them so I waste 60 dollars for them to play some vr game experience the they did not got I will never be coming back to this place ever they should have more helpful people the are able to explain what they are doing
