We bought our sleep number in April of 2020.It took about three months to get adjusted to it. They didn’t have any problems selling it or delivering to us. And the warranty that it came with was promising. Because my wife has severe back problems, I had no problem justifying the cost of over 3500.00.However, one and a half years later, we noticed that the left side of the bed would deflate almost all the way in an hour or two. When we contacted them, they sent us some “Plugs” to cap off the mattress to diagnose for them the problem. While we were doing the plug test we noticed that the inside side corner foam was ripped and destroyed. Once we had this information, the customer service department informed us that they can send out the parts right away for us to fix it “ ourselves” or they can send out a repairman for 100.00 dollars. When we told them that we weren’t paying for a repairman, they informed us that the parts would cost us $392.00.What is the point in paying over $3500.00 for a bed that doesn’t have a warranty that means anything. Only a year and a half old. I would not advise buying a sleep number bed at all to anyone that is looking for a good bed that will last.

My husband and I went into the Sleep Number store to inquire about a bed and the salesperson Brad was very helpful. He made us feel very comfortable and at ease when asking questions and did not make us feel pressured into buying. We ended up buying a Sleep Number bed and can’t wait to start getting a great nights sleep.

I recently went into the local store to get new sheets and bedware. The salesman (Tom, I believe) gave me his full attention, explained the stores linen products, and was able to answer all my questions well. The only reason this is not five star is that the cost is a bit more than what is probably reasonable--but the rest of the experience, including the product itself, was five star.

Visited the Roanoke, Virginia store. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I was sold as soon as I walked in with all the friendliness they treated us like family. The beds are awesome 👌.Thanks for all your help and hard work.

Purchase was made very easily, no haggling and worked with us on pricing, overall a great experience! My daughter loves her new mattress!

Tom was very informative and a joy to have show us how the system worked and the difference between each bed was. Cant wait to get our bed!

The store is ok, but I left unconvinced after trying several beds.

I believe our salesperson was Amber? She was beyond helpful and exactly what we needed. My husband and I went in there three years ago and was shown all the beds and all the bells and whistles and honestly got overwhelmed by all of it and the final price tag! Amber did not do that to us. She ask me a few questions on our needs and took us to two beds which were perfect options. She mentioned the adjustable frames, etc, and we told her perhaps later that it really adds on way too much costs and she agreed. She’s FABULOUS!

Great bed and Professional Delivery service!Its nice to be able to change the comfort level of your bed. I recently broke my kneecap, and having the option to make my bed less firm allowed me to enjoy a good night sleep.

The salesman I had (forgot his name) was awesome. Even though they didn’t have the pillow I wanted due to being out of stock. He help me find one back home in MN from when I return back home ( he also gave me the option to ship me one as well which I turned down due to one close to home.) but very helpful and willing to do what it takes to make sure I sleep well.

My experience a the Sleep Number store was amazing. Your sale represented Devin in the Roanoke store was very knowledgeable adopt the produce he sold to us. Ever question we had for him he was on point. His personality really connect with his knowledge. When come in the the store you could really tell Devin loves his job.. Salesman was terrific and Im sure Im gonna love the bed but HORRIBLE encounter with shipping. I raised an eyebrow at a 5-9pm delivery time today especially since we ordered ALMOST A MONTH ago....the other two delivery days we werent available. My husband was told they were running behind that it would be closer to 9pm....granted Ive been up since 5:30, it takes 2 hours to set up the bed and I have to get up at 5am tomorrow I was a little annoyed but no biggie. 10:15pm I give up and make the 1/2 hour drive back to the old place. And of course there is no way to contact ANYONE......highly unacceptable!!!!!!!!

Brad did an amazing job asking about my sleep issues, the types of mattresses Ive had, and what features I want. Tina was also so friendly and helpful and the whole experience was terrific.

Yes I could have installed this bed my self just like I did my other bed thanks for ripping me off. I will not buy another bed from you again nor will I promote sleep number beds to anyone else. The sales man at the store did a great job of giving us the run around and avoiding the subject when we asked any questions. We spent over 4000.00 dollars and did not get what he made us feel like we were supposed to be getting

Delivery guys ruined my mattress set they were moving to another room. Main company has refused to replace damaged set or reimburse me. Have tried on numerous occasions to contact insurance Co but they refuse to give me or my insurance Co the name and contact number.
