Susan Walters was my sales associate. She was very professional, knowledgable and personable. I was in sales, hiring the sales personnel using personality reviews to find top sales agents as well as training and writing scripts for them to learn rebuttals. This is all to say I know a great sales rep when I see one. Susan is one. Keep her as long as you can. I was there 30 minutes to close a sale I had decided on and she closed another and waited on a 3rd. I dont know the result on that one but it was all done with a smile and great service near the end of the day with only 2 reps for the whole warehouse. I was impressed. That girl is making you money!

Man I love this place you can go in there and pretty much were in there and pretty much fun everything you need at a great and you need at a great price its always fun to see its always fun to see what they have in stock and in stock and what kind of deal you can get very hot very high quality furniture at reasonable prices definitely or prices definitely would recommend stopping and taking a look in taking a look but make sure you have plenty of time because it is a lot to look at Tom because it is a lot to look at Hollywood recommend highly recommend checking these guys out if you need some good if you need some good furniture for your home or office 5 stars

Bought a brand new still wrapped in plastic sofa on July 4th weekend. 1 week later the main wooden support under sofa snapped. I called to see what my options were. I was told since I did not buy a warranty on it (was never offered warranty coverage.) That there was nothing that could be done. I attempted to repair it myself but its constructed so poorly that its just falling apart worse. We will never shop there again. I recommend if you do to make sure you ask about warranty coverage because the piece were stuck with is junk.UPDATE: We were contacted by Stacy at Grand & she offered for us to bring this sofa back for in store credit. So we just got home with a new sofa & just paid the difference. This time we were offered the warranty & we took advantage of it. Stacy & the lady in the office were very kind & helpful. I very much appreciate the effort to reach out to us & make this right when they didnt have to. So thank you Stacy.

This is one of my favorite places to get furniture. They have a great selection of reasonably priced furniture. Jenifer R helped me all four times I went in and she is outstanding. She helped me pinpoint exactly what I wanted/needed. She was very understanding of my situation, wasnt pushy, let me take my time, and gave great advice. Very pleased with the store and with Jenifer. 10/10 will buy more stuff from there in the future.

Got a really good deal on two stools. Although it took a while for us to be helped initially, Susan came by and was super helpful. Even thought it was a bit busy and we had to wait a little to get checked out, it was a positive experience overall.

They will use the bank or something else as their excuse, but regardless its on THEM, This is not how to treat a long time customer. We have visited Grand Home Outlet a few times over the past few weeks. My wife and I are remodeling our basement and needed a specific sized piece. We found exactly what we were looking for. On top of that, the service was phenomenal. Not too pushy and not far away if we had a question. We are remodeling the rest of our home and will definitely be back.

Payment process was quick and easy, and the team that loaded up my purchases did a great job of protecting it all and loading it safely. Ill certainly return when I need more furniture.

Nice big outlet store. Everything is as is and no returns so look it over very well. If its a power recliner be sure to test it out. The floor model is what you get alot of the time.

The sales associate was amazing. He gave us space to pick exactly what we needed while also giving us specific details about the piece. The problem is when our sectional arrived it was dirty.I wish I knew how to paste the picture. I complained about the small stains but I’m afraid the large grease like stain on the ottoman will not come out. I would have given the experience a 5 had this not happened.

Lots of selection, pricing is not much more than the cheaper outlets and well worth every penny . We found a couch and chair that we love that particular weekend, couch is sold as a couch/ loveseat combo, chair sold separate. No problem, salesman said we can buy just the couch and chair instead ... We left to think it over, Was invited back by manager the next weekend viewed two more sets and purchased the better set of the two premium sets, service was, and has always been above and beyond . 100 years of my family doing business with grand, heres to many more, if you ever have a concern or issue you can guarantee they will do their best to make you happy .

Its a warehouse of furniture. Wasnt pressured to buy. Sales lady was very helpful when we needed. Bought a recliner. Delivery seemed to be high compared to other furniture stores we went to, so we had someone with truck pick it up.

Lots of choices of all types of furniture and some good prices. Warehouse is a little dark.

I’ve now bought a new power rocker/ recliner, a bookshelf and when my family got a power recliner love seat, they were told they get one for free today, so I got a FREE one! The staff was very accommodating and checked on us multiple times. They answered all our questions and were very speedy with the buying process.

Shopping with a friend in her car, I bought a chair and the loaders assured me it would fit into her car fine. They tore her carpet which I have to replace the cargo mat at $149.99!! They complained the entire time and spoke of the customers as if they should all drive a truck to load their merchandise. They were very rude, however the salesperson and Chris were very helpful and kind! And please do not delete this review like the last one!

I live in Centra Ohio, visited all sorts of furniture stores, big box stores to nicer stores but never found the style or quality I was looking for. I’m from Roanoke, home for a visit, told my mom that I was looking for a TV console, she’s retired HR from Hooker Furniture and suggested the Grand Piano outlet. Visited Friday, talked to John Thompson, helpful, explained I needed to measure the vehicle and would return - John was helpful and not pushy. I got exactly what I was looking for at a good price but let me explain, price was not my main requirement but style and quality. Columbus, Ohio’s a great city but doesn’t have anything on Roanoke or Grand Piano! Look for John with the really nice manly legs and he’ll be happy to assist you with your furniture purchase.

Excellent selection, very good to great prices, very accommodating employees without being too pushy. If you dont mind shopping in a warehouse, then its a great experience!

Went during a sales event so needless to say it was very crowded (to be expected). I would recommend splitting the lines up based on what you are buying. Line for bedroom furniture, line for couches, line for kitchen furniture. That way there isn’t just one HUGE check out line. Also, improve the pick up process. Have some one scanning papers as the cars come in the line that way it is ready when the vehicle gets to the front of the store. Other than the VERY LONG waiting, I would have rated 5 stars.

I just purchased a much needed sofa, I havent had one in more than six year. I am deeply appreciative to the staff and certainly the manager at the Roanoke Grands Outlet. Staff here are super helpful - inventory is constantly changing. Don’t expect the savings to be too incredibly drastic - if you are patient enough and spend enough time, you can find deals just as good at the “non-outlet” Grand retail locations

This is the type of furniture store where the inventory changes constantly, so check back often if you didn’t find what you were looking for. It is a huge warehouse. They are closed for a few days during the week, so make sure you check that before driving there. Bob Cook was my sales associate and he was awesome. I definitely recommend this place for furniture shopping.
