Great place to get keys made. Never had an issue with keys not fitting. Definitely worth the minor increase in cost than big box store key copiers.

Very good lock shop. They handle simple household sets to complex patented systems. Ive had fast service, sometimes the same day. The owners and employees are some of the nicest people you could meet. They run a great shop and put the customer first.

Needed a last minute update to all my exterior doors. Called and had a next day appointment first thing in the morning. David showed up and I could not be happier with his business etiquette and ability to answer all my questions. David did an amazing job adding smart locks and door locks on three doors. The work he did was very professional and he left the place looking better than it did when he arrived.

Had called Big Lick Locksmith prior because they were the only place listed as 24 hours. Terrible service from them. So called Security Lock and Key, I wish I had called them first.

Had a technician here by late morning, 2 problem cylinders put back in good working order, and entire commercial building assessment done to come up with a plan to rekey the facility in the future. David was excellent to work with, as was Andi by phone. I have full confidence in having Security Lock and Key handle our locks systems going forward! Needed key copies, the employee who helped me was friendly and efficient. All the copies worked and the prices were reasonable. I try to get all of my key copies made here although Ive never utilized them for anything else.

Security Lock & Key service was requested to rekey several of our entry doors for one-fits-all. The technician arrived in advance of the appointment time, and was very meticulous and thorough with the removal and reinstall of my locks and duplication of keys. In my opinion, SLKs services are an excellent value.

Called at 3pm on a Friday to ask their hours for the day, and was told they close at 5:30pm. Showed up at 5pm and they were already closed. Waste of time
