Fashion Floors is a great business to work with. Josh and Kristin helped me every step of the way with my whole house project.They listened to what I wanted and recommended a great hardwood floor. Fashion floors has goodbyes this month just picked out new carpet

We had 2 bathroom floors replaced. We were very pleased with how we were treated by our sales person, Kristen Saul, who made the purchase part very easy. Josh Saul came out and took all the measurements and the order was placed. Installation was scheduled and the workmanship was excellent. We were very happy with our decision to go to Fashion Floors and would definitely be repeat customers.

From the first time I walked in to look at samples until the job was completed, I was more than pleased with everyone I dealt with at Fashion Floors. I was on a time restriction to get the floors done in the short window between the painters and the movers and they went out their way to accommodate me. Bought Luxury vinyl flooring 3 years ago and had installed. Long process- no follow up after measuring....I had to call and call and visit to give them my business. This year- same thing, kept telling me I would get a call with final quote, but no call? Not sure why Rick keeps advertising on TV if he has staff that can’t follow up with customers who would give him their business??? Not impressed with this lack of motivation to get my business- went elsewhere.
