My brother and I were greeted so nice & respectfully by two staff members as we entered the store. We didnt have to wait long before we were serviced. Jasmine, was very informative and knowledgeable. She informed me of so many things while my brother was being helped by another great and knowledgeable staff member (Im sorry, I dont know her name). I recommend coming to this AT&T store because the staff are professional, kind & understanding. Thanks ladies for your professionalism.

Have to give Jasmine 5 stars. She made time for me almost immediately despite having multiple other customers. She found what I was looking for immediately, helped me get a new phone after I broke mine, transferred all the data, and helped us get another new phone and line that required a lot of finagling to transfer everything. There were technological things she knew to do for each phone which demonstrated her knowledge with the products. She was very helpful and patient, all while working to help other customers while my phones were updating. I can’t imagine it’s easy to work with customers with various tech needs all at once, but she did it all! 5/5 stars, and thank you!

Receipt for new iPhone purchase and revised monthly fees was almost double amount given by service agent. I was told that this is because the system can’t include applicable discounts and that correct amount would be reflected on my next statement. Really? Now I have to worry if my statement will be correct. Agent gave me his personal phone number and that of his manager when I wanted to rescind the sale. It’s like dealing with a film flam operation. Pathetic.
My sales rep, Isaac is amazing. He was so friendly and made the absolutely painful, dreaded experience a pleasure! Fun, easy to laugh and remain professional, it is so easy to see why hes employee of the month. Ive been a happy ATT customer for 20+ years for phone, home and security and Isaac in Roanoke, VA location embodies the associate for the company. If you need new or upgraded service, do yourself a favor and ask for David Christenson or Tony Le. David has helped me twice; hes pleasant, friendly and truly a customer advocate (while being fair to the company). Tony Le kept performing maintenance on my account even after I left the store. Tony is personable, and helps you make easy sense of all the packages and deals. Both of these gents enable you to get the most for your money without taking advantage of you or the store.I had a different experience with the store manager, Isaiah. First, Isaiah coaches his employees in front of customers. You know youre not supposed to accept that return. Isaiahs tone is condescending even when nice to him, hes challenging to those that ask for compromise. Secondly, Isaiah speaks AT his employees and not with them what are you doing over there (fixing something) - go help that customer - while Isaiah himself will walk around the store and not help the customer thats waiting. Isaiah is early in his management career and has a lot to learn about building trust within customers and his employees - the value of partnerships in the buying experience and demonstrating leadership instead of being a ruler. But he too, will get there.Tony and David. Theyre your guys. Thank you gentlemen for the wonderful service and for makin this ladys experience.
Isaiah is the store manager and working solo much of the time that I was there. He was very efficient, working several stations at a time. He’s super knowledgeable and gave excellent customer service despite the long wait times which was just a function of staffing. Great job Isaiah! And thank you.

I switched from Sprint to AT&T Firstnet today and had a great experience. Jasmine was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me out and get me set up. I couldn’t believe her when she told me that she was a new employee. I will be recommending firstnet to coworkers and telling them to ask for Jasmine!
I went in today to get a new phone and was assisted by Isaiah. Isaiah is a wonderful salesperson. He is so good that I bought a watch and a few accessories also. I appreciate the fact that he wasnt pushy or annoying while showing me my options and discussing the products. While I was waiting for my transfer to finish up I talked with another salesperson Hammy. Both Isaiah and Hammy were professional, genuinely nice and provided excellent customer service to me and other clients. The whole sales team working did a great job while I was there. This the third time Ive had to come to this store. They do not acknowledge you until they feel like it. All I needed was a phone case and they couldnt even sell it to me because they take so long. I ended up walking out after 25 minutes.

Had a sign-in list not followed....did not acknowledged me coming in the store, or while skipping over me on the list Owner/manager(pic) in southwest Virginia, should of known better, when Im not one of the good-ole boys. After 35 minutes wait, no acknowledgement. I did not stay

This store is where its at, the location you need to go to. Dont trust authorized retailers. The people who work here are efficient and friendly, I just worked with someone nabbed Issac he was nice and helpful. Have me all the information I needed, and got me on my way quick. Trust me you want to come here over another location.
Scam artists, do not trust this place- as soon as I got in there was a family next to me having issues with cost of plan and I should have taken that red flag as a sign. Later I found out it was the manager talking with them (handled super poorly) then came time for my own phone which the sales man explicitly told me would cost 50$ out of pocket after all is said and done turns out it was 400$ and I have to wait 3 months to even see if the other 350$ charge will be deducted (800$ total, not 50$).. they never asked me what size phone I wanted and they activated it without ever warning me so now I had to use new phone with low storage and no contacts or Info or anything to even get myself out of there via google maps (not familiar with Roanoke yet) and still haven’t been able to copy all my contacts etc to new phone... the last parts are just nuisance But do not trust what the employees say, read the fine lines and you best audio record what is said because no one will believe you (you legally may have to warn them they are being recorded I am not a lawyer this is not legal advice)
David Christianson was a great and gave outstanding help! I have been here before and not received the most clear and concise assistance, but David was fantastic. He was great at breaking things down to understandable level. He also ensured any issues we had previously were resolved. 10/10 recommend to see him if you come here.
Short staffed, rude, cynical, long wait and dismissive. After 40 minutes we explained we needed 2 phones and Id been sent there to get a better phone after having issues with reception. She had no idea which phones they had or did not have, misinformed me twice. .We had hoped to discontinue our prepaid and start new svc. Answered none of my questions. When. I told her I felt as tho I was being rushed out (after. A 40 min. Wait) ...her reply..yea, sorry bout that looking over our shoulders at the other customers waiting.I asked for help with my reception issues, she left the table, came back, completely dismissed my question to tell me they did not have the phones shed just told us they had. Never addressed my reception issue and RUDELY suggested we go to target.Do yourself a favor, dont waste your time here.us cellular is just doors down with friendy INFORMED reps. Pretty sure she wrongly assumed we had minimal money to spend given the fact that wed been prepay for years. First, that should make no difference and had that been the case we deserve the same respect the customer prior to us received (btw there was zero confidentiality..heard all of his personal info, etc). 2nd, she was wrong. I would have NEVER left at&t prior to this visit...no way would I ever subject myself to this treatment again.What ever happened to just being kind? Very rude.Encouraging my family to rethink their options as well.
New technology vs. Old technology the same everywhere about bring your own phone is not always the answer it has to be able to go 4g or 5g

Biggest crooks...Never get your phone thru Shane He put another plan I didnt authorize and its been a nightmare and Ive only been with them less then 60 day...GO TO ANY OTHER Cell service or Straight talk
Came in one day to get the note20 ultra and moved my phone to my own line. Loved the energy of that new girl Hammy! She helped me get so much out of my bill! Im so excited!
We went in yesterday trying to get our AT&T Prepaid lines migrated to Postpaid and they couldnt figure out how to do it, saying you have to get new phone numbers. We left and went to Verizon and have our Phones working with the same number right away. Sad they dont know how to move their own customers. Wont go back. Sad there is no corporate owned stores around here for AT&T, these authorized resellers lack the proper training to do the job.

Be careful! This store is allll about those upgrades - it feels like that’s their only incentive. I was told that my line would get a certain price for a phone, but when I looked up my receipts and double checked it was all a scam. I paid full price for the phone but kept getting told that the discounts would come off in 2-3 months. Not true, however when I verified my account with 611 ATT customer service. The manager made the dishonest transaction, 3 people in the store later told me that I must have misunderstood and things can get cleared up.Scary part - someone was in the store with the same issue when I went back that day! He was “waiting for the discounts to drop his bill to what he was promised” and he wasn’t getting satisfactory service.If I had waited those 3 months I would have traded in a phone for $0 and gotten stuck with a gigantic bill or an automatic upgrade that I didn’t want. Poor service recovery and even poorer transparency during the initial transaction. I know we don’t have a lot of options and every phone store is a different story but Do Your Research and get everything in writing! (Can call 611 to verify what you were told is actually true. It can be an expensive mistake)

Sam sat at her computer yelling across the way at another worker and was very rude to the employee in front of numerous customers. And then proceeded to sit at her phone/ desk when every one else was with other customers and did not take care of the people waiting.David (the one who did the transaction) did not interact with us or give us more information on any of the tech we were buying.This was very unsatisfying and will definitely drive the extra miles to go to an AT&T store that cares and appreciates customer service.

I visited this place on Sunday and there were people working a lady who claimed that she was the manager and 2 other employees when I got in store there Were only 2 customers and they were both getting helped i waited for 1 and half hours nobody even asked if they could help me and some other customers who came after me were waiting just like me in a long lane but the manager and the 2 employees were just sticked to those 2 customers finally I had to leave the store and 3 more customers left the store with me even the lady I mean the manager didn’t say that they are sorry that couldn’t get to the customers I don’t recommend this place to anyone who values his or her time!!!!!!

My family and I came into the store yesterday to get new phones and apply for a different data plan. The representative we had yesterday, David, was awesome! He had great customer service, he answered questions to his best knowledge, had a positive attitude, and he was patient with us. Unfortunately, they didnt have the phone model I wanted in stock, so I came back today and was told they didnt have any in inventory, which was fine. But the representative I spoke to, Ken, was rude, impatient, and had a negative attitude.

Reps are on their toes here. We have been to the store twice and greeted within seconds of entering. Im leaving a review because of Andrew. He was super courteous and we always felt like he was genuinely interested to help us figure out what we were looking for. I especially want to make note that getting us set up with a plan, phones and out the door took well over an hour BUT he never once made us feel like we were a burden - especially when our previous accounts werent transferring over smoothly. Erika was very helpful. Right when we walked in, she greeted us with a smile. We were therevto get a nee SIM Card, but she suggested that she could cut the older one to the right size, saving us $5. She checked if AT&T was offering internet service in my area, as the last time I had checked was a year ago. Super helpful, great customer service!

Unless AT&T thinks you are buying something or opening an account they will never give you the time of day. Getting help with minor phone/billing issues is always challenging. Visited the store with an iPhone issue. Ralph was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He replaced the sim card and had me on my way quickly. Good store.
I went and bought a new phone. I was told there was a promotion where I would get 50% off my phone and get accessories for free. LIAR!!! I noticed my bill has an installment agreement for the accessories and my 50% off on my phone has not hit my account. I went into the store to resolve and the manager was extremely rude. She told me the 50% off would hit my bill in 2-3 billing cycles and she couldnt take the accessories back. I NEVER AGREED TO MAKE INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS!! I am now stuck making payments on things I did not want. I have been a customer with AT&T since they were Cingular Wireless and this is the first time Ive had bad customer service. Maybe its time to change cell phone provides. Warning to others, dont accept anything free from them and their promotions are false.
