I came in because my phone screen went black. It didnt have any type of damage. I had the phone less than 2 months. I have insurance and was told to take it to batteries plus because it could be the battery or screen. Went to batteries plus the employee didnt know what I was talking about especially we no insurance name or claim number. I had to go to another TMobile store where the phone itself was defective. So thanks for not taking the time out to give me the correct information and giving me the run around! I should have stuck with Boost Mobile!

I am giving one star because once I got customer service the tech was quick and knowledgeable. However I waited for over an hr just to get my sim card replaced in my phone so I could get service again. I was a sprint customer bought out by T-Mobile. There were 2 techs and there was a person at each desk. As well as 3 people in line ahead of me. First of all the manager was on the phone for 45 mins talking to a customer that seemed to be a bit out of sorts. However in my mind customer service means you take care of the customers in tge store before you do the ones on the phone. He made the customer he was waiting on at the time wait 45 mins while he was talking to the phone customer. It appeared the other tech was transferring data to people who bought new phones. I dont understand why he couldnt wait on other customers in the periods while he was not watching the data transfer. The customer service really needs to be streamlined for that store. People were very irate at having to wait that long. The gentleman in front of me only needed to pay his bill so he waited an hr and a half. That is absolutely ridiculous. Poor customer service streamlining.

Well Im not crazy about the fact that I am losing my boost Mobile plan. But the gentleman at T-Mobile was very helpful and is trying to make it as painless as possible to switch over. I may add more to this review after everything is done and my new phone is up and running

I would like to express my appreciation for Edward Williams, who took care of the situation I explained few weeks ago. Even got the time to make up for me in monetary terms and took responsibility for something he was totally innocent. I hope some day I get the chance to come back to T-Mobile. Out of many phones.Told would be 6 weeks to get Samsung Galaxy.So this is a phone store?Very friendly customer service.Lots of Parking. Grocery next door which is not out of food.

Am leaving behind after 2 and 1/2 years T-Mobile because of this store and thanks to Ryan who acting as a manager is not responsible for his acts. I really regret having walked into that store and I regret more the fact I turned down Verizon 1500 dollars switch promotion. They told me we are going to give you 5 new phones even though the condintions of your current devices Then they told today when I arrived: we thought you were a new customer and because of that we cant no longer fulfill our word. no nothing more. after 25 minutes of arguing I had to demand an apology and walked out without anything. I also waited for almost an hour to finally got the sense of it was me the one who was wrong. T-Mobile today is losing 5 lines. Ryan I will not see you again

They only had 1 employe that knew what to do, 1 training. Waiting for 2 hours I noticed everyone there had some type of problem either with device, billing, or activation. Made me nervous about making the switch so I left.

My husband and I were upgrading our phones and plan to something new and much better. I was helped by Kevin whom endeavored to make the transition as seamless as possible. I personally ran into trouble getting data on my phone and he tried every single method in his power. Despite not being able to get everything done himself, he still maintained an extremely friendly and professional attitude. Ask for Kevin should you ever have any issues with your phone. I also want to make a snall shout out to Teddy being quite friendly as well. Would recommend this place to everyone. 😊

The clerk was not very helpful, took my phone in for a problem. He acted like he could not be bothered. After about 30 min. He just pushed a few buttons and said it was fixed...it was still messed up. So aggravated, paying this much for a phone you would expect great service and a product that worked. Will not deal whith T mobil again.....

Went to this store three days ago and dealt with the Manager Ryan. I explained that I wanted to switch phone services and we realized that my phone was still locked. He suggested that I go to my current carrier and get my phone unlocked and come back. I went back to today and the Manager Ryan was rude, he was even rude to the customers that he was speaking to on the phone I will never go back to this location again.
