AMY Light, I was considering buying a new phone, but had not found a sales person that I could relate too. Amy helped me pick out a phone that met my needs. I have had to take it back a few times, to Understand what was happening to my phone, or how to do something. She has been there always when I had a need. Very easy to communicate with. She is knowledgeable, easy to talk with, and helpful whenever I needed assistance. She is very professional and explained every thing in an easy to understand manner. A wonderful person to deal with, and I found someone who I am pleased to have helping me whenever I have a need. 5 stars arent near enough for her.

I purchased an iPhone 13 Pro Max online through corporate and felt it was too big. What followed was a complicated process of returning the phone and buying an iPhone 13 Pro from Cellular Sales. Will Beauchamp supported me through every step of the process and made sure my order was processed appropriately. I cant say enough good things about my experience at this location. Will Beauchamp is excellent to work with and provides the level of service I associate with high end luxury service providers.

I went in to upgrade two phones. I was greeted by Chris Muse. I highly recommend speaking with Chris. He was extremely helpful and answered my questions in a manner that I would best understand. I was in and out in a very quick time frame. I had my two year old and three year old who were bored. Chris took the time and interacted with my children to make them feel comfortable and make the experience easier on us. I will continue to be a Verizon customer as long as more employees are like Mr Muse.

Feel like it was a little bit sleazy and I was told one thing and then after purchasing the phone told another. Decided to go with the newer phone after being told I could use my upgrade. After signing and not given the paperwork until I left I was given a different amount and told no you can’t use the upgrade because you aren’t in the right plan. Interesting that he had me sign on computer screen before giving me any paperwork. I only upgrade my phone every 3 years or so and don’t have to have the latest. Left with a nice phone but feeling kind of taken. Will make sure I never go back to that store unless it is to return this phone.

I have AT&T as my carrier. My phone was dead I called 611 for help with my husbands phone. The person who helped me said that I needed a new phone. I had a business card from Amy Light she is at Electric Road in Roanoke VA. She patiently told me exactly what to do to restore my phone. Amy and the sales team at this location are amazing! Amy took her time to explain what to expect as we were transferring our service to Verizon. We ran into some issues with getting our plan straightened out because the offerings changed during the period of time between when we pre-ordered our phones and when they actually arrived and we activated our lines (and they finally started to catch up to us after some promotional periods ended). Ironically, Amy called to check in on us and our satisfaction with the new phones. I explained our recent experience with Verizon support. She and her team took it completely out of our hands, got us moved to a better plan AND saved us money on our monthly bill!! They are awesome for saving us the frustration and making us some EXTREMELY happy customers. We will be going back to them when its time for an upgrade.

Decent customer service at the Verizon on Electric but could use improvement. I was helping a friend look at service plans and understand everything. When her and I spoke with the employee, they said they disagree with us at least three times. Ok, listen, getting friendly with your customers has its limits. This isn’t a chat among buddies, it is a professional conversation and you should treat it as such. They forgot they are there to serve the customer with an attitude that shows they care. How about empathizing with customers by using an expression like “I hear what you’re saying”? Move the conversation towards something agreeable.

I have been coming here for years, and they always go above and beyond to help us with the process of getting a new phone. A couple days ago, as I went in to get my XR, Malissa Rhodes was so helpful the whole hour I was there. She made sure I knew all of the details regarding my purchase of my screen protector and case and how to register them. She gave me so many helpful pointers and was overall one of the nicest sales reps that I have ever worked with. Even told me if I needed anything, to call her on a day that she might not be there if I had any questions regarding the purchase.

Ross served as the Main Salesperson as he asked if he could provide some training to Matt during the transaction. DON’T SHOP HERE!!!I was working with a salesman named Matt there awhile back and I upgraded my phone and got an Apple Watch at that time he told me I could get an iPad for only $150 with a promotion they had. I told him I didnt really want to pay for data for an iPad and he said that I could pay it off and cancel the data and still get the iPad for $150. After talking with him again I am paying $250 not $150 for the iPad unless if I pay it off early than I lose all the credits and pay full price for it which is $450 I have upgraded all my phones through this store over the past 8 years and feel like Ive been mislead and ripped off. I feel like this is something that should be made right. Matt the salesman gave me his manager Scott Thomas phone number and he hasn’t responded back.

Helped me get a new phone becausemy old phone was dangerously bulgingopen from the battery. He transferred all my important things from my old phone to the new phone. He took care of everything and connected the new phone to my cars Bluetooth. Matt Holden did a great job!

I went to center in a panic at 6: 35 pm ; I needed to replace my old phone and had less than 24 hours to get this done . Amy, Brent, and Shawn went the extra mile to get 2 new phones switched over and all data installed to new phones . I wanted to upgrade my wifes iphone a few days ago, so I went to the Cellular Sales store that I have visited before in Cave Springs on Electric Road. Luckily, I only had a brief wait before being assisted by Brandon. I knew which phone I wanted which made it much easier for him because he had it in stock at the store. Brandon started the phone setup, transfer of data from the old iphone to the new one and in a brief amount of time he was finished. The worst experience in retail by me in many years. The salesman was arrogant! He informed me that they had no salesman and all were technicians. He proceeded to tell me all of his accomplishments and how great he was in his field. All the while basically laying down in his chair! Trust me he should never be in a position of meeting the public.

I was so amazed! In a time when it’s hard to find good customer service, I found Tabbatha! She is exceptional!!! She was patient and took time to not only help me with my problem with downloading pictures from iCloud on to a flashdrive, but to teach me about my new iphone 11. My faith is restored and I’ll recommend this store and Tabbatha to my friends.

Technology works great except when it doesnt. Luckily for me the sales rep, James, helped me out big time. My phone became an expensive paperweight overnight.... but James helped me sail through the Warranty process and everything else I had to do to get there. Lots of hoops to jump through, bur overall not a bad customer experience at all!

Had to purchase a phone out right. Want told much about the one recommended to me. Want told about a free Galaxy tablet when I bought it. Want told the shatterproof screen would snatch more easily than normal screens and no suggestions to purchase screen saver. Only recommended a car charger. Found out about all of the above sheet 700.00 phone became severely scratched within a week and went back for protection

We ran into a few hiccups of transferring data from my moms old phone to her new phone, but he was so incredibly patient and very thoughtful throughout the entire process!He’s also not your typical sales guy. Most sales reps I’ve experienced from Verizon have been all about trying to get you to spend more money at their benefit. Ross on the other hand obviously (to me) had my mother’s best interest in mind and found ways to save her money on her Verizon Wireless account while upgrading her phone to something more reliable “and then some”!Ross, is a rockstar.
