DO NOT GO HERE! OWNER IS CROOKED! I BOUGHT A PHONE THERE & IT WOULDNT WORK. I TOOK IT BACK & THE OWNER TOLD ME TO LEAVE IT & IT WOULD BE FIXED ON WEDNESDAY. HE GAVE ME A LOANER PHONE TO USE WORTH HALF THE VALUE OF THE ONE I PURCHASED TO USE. HE HAS NOT BEEN BACK TO THE STORE SINCE ACCORDING TO EMILIOS PIZZA NEXT DOOR HE HAS SHUT THE BUSINESS DOWN & THE STORE IN THE MIDDLE SAID THE OWNER HAS BEEN ACCUSED OF SHADY BUSINESS DEALS BEFORE & IM NOT THE FIRST PERSON TO COME IN THERE COMPLAINING. I GO TO THE VINTON BOOST & THEY CONFIRM THAT THEY HAVE HEARD THIS SAME STORY BEFORE BUT THEY CANNOT HELP TO CALL AN 800 # & THEY INSTRUCT ME TO FILE A POLICE REPORT & THEN CALL BACK AFTERDOING SO & THEN THEY WILL TAKE ACTION. The OWNER OF THIS STORE IS A CRIMINAL! SPARE YOURSELF THE GRIEF & DONT GO THERE IF THEY OPEN BACK UP!!I did call that number. They told me to file a police report which I did. It has been brought to my attention that this owner has another store on Williamson, which no surprise I left that store after the clerk tried charging me $60 more than list price on a phone. I will be calling about that store today. This is not an acceptable or legal way to conduct business.

Staff are knowledgeable and work for their customers to resolve a problem. I live in an area where the tower doesnt reach to make calls (expanded area service) so had to go back to regular service. Took DJ awhile to exchange the sims card, now i have calling and receiving calls

Dont go there. Overcharges ads on insurance to shady all the way around personally cannot say anything good

Might not be as Glamorous and upscale as bigger boost stores but this Guy and his store provides a valued service to the area. He will go out of the way to help you get a deal and explain whats what. Boost service is good and this boost location is great for the area. Be patient and polite and everything will work great for you when buying a new phone. Hes got deals!!! FiveYellow!!!

The owner was very nice. There was a decent selection of phones and the owner even offered to order me one that they dont normally have. The service is pretty good, not much different from what i had and so much cheaper. I like not having a contract. I also appreciate the pay daily option for those times when paydays dont fall close to the due date.

I stopped at the Jamison Avenue store this morning and was assisted by the only woman on duty at that time. I had requested assistant from three other Boost Mobile employees and locations to correct one problem. The three gentleman were all stumped and I left without satisfaction, The woman, however, corrected the problem in one shot and was very friendly. I feel that she should be recognized for her knowledge as well as her customer service.

The guy working in this store has no idea what he is doing. Got a $35 plan that ended up costing $58. $20 to set up a phone I already had. Dude was taking so long I just took the phone and left. Got home and the phone has no service, the guy didnt add the money to my account. I wouldnt recommend anyone going here.

Upgrades shouod be free if youve been a customer more than 2 years.

The customer service is terrible. They also attempted to charge me $35 Sales tax for a free phone. That is not the proper sales tax in VA Dont be fooled. When I asked them the VA salrs tax they had no idea and could only say the sales tax is $35. Even when I googled VA sales Tax they still would not comply with the legal tax law. I filed a complaint with the BBB. If you have purchased a phone here please contact the BBB and State department of taxation if you were over charged taxes by this business. Also I went in with a sales add that offered a Free phone for switching to Boost, the lady showed me a list of phones that I could get free. Sooo I picked the most expensive phone and then the Rep says, Oh No we ran out of that one, but you can pick any other phone except that one, sooo I picked the second most expensive phone and again the Rep says Oh No we ran out of that one too. Sooo after picking a 3rd phone the Rep told me The first months bill is $50 plus a $25 connect fee, I agreed to that, but then thats when she says and you must pay sales tax on the free phone and thats $35. And thats where the problem began. I left that store and went to Boost on Electric road I chose that same free phone The cost was $50 first months bill and $25 Activation and 0 Sales tax. Please Please if you have been taken advantage of by this Jamison Boost store Please Please Report ASAP. I feel these people have been taking advantage of people in that neighborhood who may be unaware or uniformed. Please please please if this has happened to you or anyone you know Please report to BBB they will pass this complaint on to Sprint, and also if you were wrongly charged, You are due a refund of any over charges.

Customer service bad. Store smells of cigarette smoke. Does not honor their exchange policy. Recommend not buying anything from this store. This Boost Mobile Store is the worse.I give it no STARS even though it shows five.
