Personal was very professional. On day of install they arrived on time. There was a crew of fur men. They removed my old windows and installed 13 new windows in 3 1/2 hours. Very clean . Beat Lowe’s price !!!

The estimated time for installation was off by one month. The installers were incompetent and left a mess of my windows and siding. They sent another person out to fix all of the mistakes that were made. He blamed me for their poor craftsmanship. This company was very nice the day of the sale and have been nothing but disrespectful, rude and belligerent since. I do not recommend this company!

We had the original storm windows in our double wide which were not energy efficient at all!We had Window World come out and give us an estimate to replace all the windows and a sliding door.We also got other estimates and Window World came in with the best price for the best Windows!There was a three month waiting list, so our Windows got installed in December but luckily the temperature was 50 degrees that day.Kyle and his crew did a wonderful job!We no longer feel a draft and I know our heating bills and cooling bills will drop.I love that the windows tilt in for cleaning and that the screens can slide up and down so you can decide if you want the top or bottom of the window open.All the slider doors that we looked at in both Home Depot and Lowes or not as nice nor did they slide as nice or have such a nice screen door in them so why I am very happy that we went with Window World!If you are in the market for new windows or doors you should definitely check them out because their estimates are free you have nothing to lose and you will learn a lot and have a lower electric bill!

We chose Window World because of a referral (not this site, of course). Guy came out for a quote and then another time for measurements. He was nice, even if inadequate at his job... Waited 3 months for an install date. Rearranged house and found boarding for my dogs on Sunday. Rained out Monday. Workers showed up after lunch time on Tuesday to learn everything was measured incorrectly! How much longer? At least another 6 weeks or so... hardly any discount for all this stress, time, and trouble. $150 on several thousand dollars... okay... Getting a refund on our money because that’s pathetic business management. Window World is a complete waste of time, money, and sanity.Ah yes. Reason for small discount? Measurements are wrong A LOT. Sounds promising for a business... am I right?

Window World was such an easy process and very responsive to our needs. Although a bit expensive, it was worth the stress free hassle! Our window installation was quick and painless. It was allotted to take two days and only took 4 hours to complete our whole house! Would highly recommend!

Window World did not take correct measurements for any of the windows on my house preventing the job from being completed after waiting several weeks for them to come in. To re-order the windows it would have taken 5-6 weeks.When I asked for a discount for the trouble, Matt the manager, only offered $150 off the whole job. His defense was theyve messed up measuring peoples windows before so he didnt see what the big deal was. Absolutely no empathy and terrible service. I will not be using them in the front.

Everything about our experience was great. The sales rep was very friendly and helpful. The windows were in and ready for install much sooner than we were originally told which was amazing. The installers were here on time and all very friendly. I work from home and they were very courteous about our home, cleaned up any mess and worked very efficiently. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and professional. Were so happy with our new windows and will absolutely return to Window World for future needs.

Used Window World to replace 16 windows in our home. They were referred to us by a friend whon had just had all of windows replaced. The crew did a fantastic job! The were courteous, friendly and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and took the time to review how to work the windows and reviewed the warranty with us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

The installation crew was very professional, efficient and did an excellent overall job. The crew deserves 5 stars! The only reason I chose 4 stars was because the main office waited until the morning of installation to notify me that they did not have enough of the trim I originally selected so I had to make a change at the last minute. I felt like that was something that should have been mentioned prior to day of installation. Other than that, we had a great experience and I would certainly recommend this company to others!

We had Window World replace all the windows in our house when we bought it 2013. It has been a very good company to work with and has very professional workers.

Window World arrived to install 3 new doors I purchased back in July of last year (2020). There was a long waiting period due to issues getting the hardware supposedly caused by the pandemic. Brandon & Alex were the contractors handling the installation and I cannot say enough good things about them! Punctual, professional, knowledgeable & very eager to help when problems with the supplies they were issued arose. During the install it became clear that the administrative side of Window World had dropped the ball and sent their installation team out into the field not only with the incorrect/ incomplete hardware sets, but they also neglected to supply them with ALL 3 doors needed to complete the job! I am now waiting for the paperwork pushers in the Window World office to locate my 3rd door & all the correct hardware before going into round #2 to finally get all my new doors installed. I made it clear that whenever they managed to find all the correct materials for the over $7,000 worth of additional business I gave them, that it was mandatory that they schedule Brandon & Alex as the installers! So basically the lackluster 2 star rating is all due to the shoddy office/administrative side of Window World,but Brandon & Alex deserve a solid 5 star rating!

Window World sells an excellent window of high quality which pleased us very much. We thought our original windows were good, but I believe that our furnace comes on fewer times now than with the old wooden windows. The install was very professional and the installers even responded to some suggestions that we made. All in all, we think that it was money spent well for a quality product.

Had an amazing experience, with service man Billy!!! He actually came early (called to make sure that was OK), showed me several things I didn’t know about the windows, and had the service manager come out to my house a week later to look at a window I had concerns about. Service manager, Chris, was also great to work with, He identified the issue, which was not a Window World issue, and gave me great advice about how to handle it. Excellent products, and outstanding service!!! Wouldn’t use anyone else!!! Have them coming back to close in the ends of my large front porch, with windows and screens, so the winter winds don’t create any more issues!!

Wow, what a great team they are, working together. We had 11 windows replaced, including 2 basement cement windows, where they had to lay on their bellies to complete, and no mess at all inside or out.From the precise measurements that Derek called out to his son, and Kyle cut to fit perfectly, were astonishing to say the least, and nothing short of amazing.Ive never seen anything like it. These guys did an exceptional job! Everything looks perfect! My home was left clean, and in order like they had never been there, both inside and out. Everything was clean and picked up. We really do seriously like our new Window World windows! The process was smooth. We could hardly believe they completed the removal of about 20 old 1950s windows and installed the new, with very attractive framing, all in about 8 hours. It was a rather fascinating team to watch. It was a lot of manual labor in the heat of June. Yes, we had a couple of concerns about a couple of areas, but they sent someone back to assess and then they returned and took care of our concern areas. We have had such a hot summer we may not have been able to realize the electric costs savings yet, but we can feel the soundness and quality of these windows. The quiet is impressive. And the lack of heat from near the windows even when the sun is shining on them is amazing. Great insulation! We would highly recommend Window World of Roanoke. Ben & Debbie.

Got new windows last week. The installers actually showed up earlier than I was told they would Tuesday morning. The crew was super nice and took pride in their work. One screen was messed up and they reported it right away. I got a call day after install to get it fixed. The crew cleaned up their mess completely. Loving the new look to the house. Only reason 4 stars, is because it took close to 3 months to get windows. Also was told it would take one day. It took two so I had to miss a day of work.

I was once a Window World fan, not any more. Our first house went great with no complaints. Our second house I was not pleased at all. Took longer for the install than was told it would take, which I can deal with that. The person they had contracted to install our windows replaced our flashing while doing the windows. Several months later the flashing started to get loose and the wind blew it up and bent it all up. I called Window World about this issue and they stated that they didn’t install the flashing so they wasn’t standing behind it. It took a couple of calls of arguing with them to get them to understand that they installed it. They then proceeded to tell me it was a deal I worked out with the contractor that installed the windows for them. I told them I didn’t work out anything and did not pay a penny more than what the contract was for. They told me they did not care and that they were not standing behind their work. The guy I talked to was rude and I will tell you I would never recommend Window World to anyone any more. If they can’t stand behind a little bit of flashing that they installed I am sure they won’t stand behind their windows!!

Our windows and siding turned our great! Worked with WW Rep, Marc, on what our wants were, options, costs, and they executed as planned. Work and employees were very professional and easy to work with. They scheduled the work and came when they said and delivered what we agreed on. This is a large investment for our home and it was worth our result. Nice work Window World!

Once the install team showed up they did a great job installing. There was more scraps left behind than I would have expected.

When we werent satisfied with the installation of the wrap and return on our 26 windows, customer service arranged for them to be removed and to be done again to our liking - at no cost to us. The original contractors came back and did the work - they were quite agreeable with satisfying our needs.The windows are superb. We are entirely pleased with their quality. WW did a great job installing my storm doors. The installer was here on time and installed both doors in 2.5 hours. My only complaint was that there was a 5 month lead time getting to the job, so I guess that means they are busy which is good for business.

We cannot say enough about how pleased we are with our windows which were installed by Window World. We received the product we ordered, and the windows were installed efficiently and quickly by a well qualified installer. The salesman was polite, knew his subject well, and pointed out window features which would meet our need. The installer, as well as the salesman, were punctual and met with our pleasure every item and need which we discussed in the contract. We can say nothing but Hats off to Window World--a joy through the whole process!

Window World was very professional and reasonably priced. Additionally, they were willing to customize a door and a window for me that other companies wouldnt touch. The communication between signing the contract and the actual work was often slow; I frequently had to call the sales guy or the office to get updates, but thats my only criticism. The workers and field supervisors were easy to work with and did a nice job. Ultimately, I wouldnt hesitate to do business with them in the future.

The installation of our new windows and patio doors went great - no complaints there! But if you are thinking of hiring Window World of Roanoke to replace your siding, I highly suggest going elsewhere. The crew who replaced our siding damaged our property and did not take the time to do things right. They ripped out our porch ceilings without our consent, they broke two of our vents and a porch light, they trampled two of our shrubs killing at least one of them, they damaged several gutters, and they left nails all over our driveway and yard. After their first day on the job, I called Window World of Roanoke immediately to report the issues. The installation manager came out to our house and assured us we would not be charged for the porch ceilings as they were not on the work order. Eventually, the vents and porch light were replaced at no charge along with the damaged gutters. However, we were told about a month ago (maybe more) that someone would come out and put the gutters on right as this was not done. Still waiting for that to happen! My husband picked up all of the nails and is still finding shards of siding around our yard. The job was completed in early April. The siding looks nice, but the whole process was aggravating and disappointing.

I would highly recommend window world for replacement windows. I would have given them 5 stars but have to say it seems like it took forever for them to actually get around to installing them. The installer was great. I absolutely love the windows as well. It did take several phone calls to get them to actually show up though. It is a large investment and they do great work if you have the time to wait.

Just this morning had our replacement windows installed by Window World of Roanoke with the installation team led by David.Great fast efficient installation, after install area was cleaned up, any questions answered and a demonstration on how the windows work. An explanation of any warranty work that may be required in the future.A super great experience.I will mention that they did tear a corner of my car covering and it was not noticed till the install crew had departed, but I believe this was an oversight, but I am ordering a new car cover for my car that was damaged unfortunately...... but overall I am very pleased, except for the car cover replacement.

I decided to hire Window World to install windows on my house for a few reasons, they are thousands of dollars less expensive than Lowes or Home Depot, they offer a lifetime warranty for the owner who purchased the windows that can be transferable one time by the original purchaser to the successor owner, which is such a great selling point if you ever move. Now there were a few small issues that came up with lack of communication and installation issues, however, Matt Taylor went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. Thank you Matt for listening to me and taking care of the small issues. The new windows look amazing! They have significantly down the street noise, there is no more breeze coming through, and they open and close with ease which makes cleaning windows so much quicker! Thank you again!

We were most pleased with the work of the gentlemen who installed the siding on our 2nd floor. It was a very hot day and the men worked very hard both in hanging the siding as well as clean-up. They were pleasant and polite. We would highly recommend them. Its nice to find folks who tackle a job and get it done right, down to wiping away any smudges.Our one concern was the delivery of the product. My husband had to ask the delivery person not to place the boxes behind his truck. So he placed them on the side of our driveway in 2 tall and slender stacks. He was asked if they would be top heavy and we were assured they were OK. Well, they were not! They fell over into a flower garden and rolled down the yard. They crushed some perennials and some decorative ferns. We were rather annoyed. We then stacked them ourselves into 4 piles which wouldnt fall over, the way they should have been in the first place. Oh well, hope the flowers recover this year or next, so far only about half have shown any recovery. We were trying to make our home as attractive as possible for the company who came last week. This lack of garden didnt help much.

Brandon and Alex arrived on time, actually earlier than my appt., and worked hard and diligently installing my two patio doors.
