Ms.Shirley is definetely one of the nicest person I have ever met in Lynchburg.I’m thankful that she was my driving instructor. I finally know how to drive now and got my license last weekend.I’m glad that we choose this driving school for me and will make sure our kids will go here too.Thanks Ms.Shirley!!!!
Highly professional and educational! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They all are exceptional, especially Drew. He makes a boring subject fun and interesting. I would definitely recommend them for any of your driver training needs.

Would not recommend to anyone!! The worst ever they took my $$ had the nerve to email me at 10:30Pm, to let me know they received my payment, what’s a good schedule for the rest of the month and I replied, haven’t herd back from anyone in about 4 days get a email last night stating that they were unable to help .. a refund was no provided to me, they are a horrible business I would not recommend to anyone!!!!! They will take your $$ and not even reply til days later! Very bad business but after seeing review I should’ve never tried them out but I always see things for myself and it was the same!
To the “owner” I see that your commenting on reviews but hasn’t email me back about my Refund since June 5th when I provided you with my card statement showing you that the money was taking off of my card back in April, and the emails that I have received from drive this way. Feel free to email me back to fix the mistake on your end or we can in person if that’ll help.REVIEW:I signed up for the class on April 17th, 2021 I did everything AND paid in full. I also gave them all my “limitations” for my schedule to be made which were absolutely none so my schedule could’ve have been anytime or any day. I called after 4 weeks of waiting and still no form of communication, a man answered and told me it could take up to 3 weeks even though it’s already been 4. It has now going on 8 weeks so I asked for my refund and they are saying they don’t have record of my payment but when I emailed my card statement and the emails I did get; whether one of them is a confirmation email or not showing them that the money was a complete transaction meaning I PAID FOR THIS CLASS no one has emailed back.I paid right then and there when I filled out the form. It’s now June 8, 2021 and I haven’t received anymore emails regarding my refund.
The instructor was very knowledgeable and friendly. Easily worth the time and money, helped me out a lot. Definitely recommended to my family and friends.
When I gave my availability, no one informed me it would not work and provided me a schedule that did not work for me. When I asked for my money back they informed me they couldn’t refund me, so I said that was fine and asked them to reschedule (which they offered to do). After several attempts to contact them to reschedule they never replied, so they essentially stole my deposit without providing any service to me and were incredibly unprofessional in not replying.

Drew Owens was very knowledgeable. Went into the class thinking I knew everything there was to know about driving. Drew proved that I was wrong and made sure I understood why I was wrong and the correct methods for everything that I was unsure about. Definitely a good place to go for driver improvement or just to brush up on your driving skills. 100% would recommend.

A must take class for people of any age regardless of your driving history. I was expecting 8 hours of boring stuff I already knew, but I couldnt of been more wrong. The staff at Drive This Way are very friendly and approachable. The instructor who gave the class today, Mickey, is very knowledgeable and an excellent instructor. The class was fun and not once got boring. Ive been driving for 23 years and a tractor trailer for 10 and left the class today with a ton of new and very useful information!! Everyone needs this class regardless of their driving history!!! Great job!!!!!!

I paid in full on July 11th, it is now September 1st. I haven’t had any classes or been communicated with regarding the issue, I asked for a refund 2x and I get no response.They reached out 2x to tell me they were sorry for the hold up. When I asked to cancel, they offered to start me after the 13th of September. I never received a phone call or voicemail.No thanks refund please
I asked for a refund. It has been 24 business days and still no response from them. I called three times and was told three different timeframes as to when something would be scheduled. I suggest you spend your money with a more professional organization.
This is a great informative driving class. I would recommend this location to anyone that wants to learn more about Driving or court ordered to take the class. The instructor is a great teacher
Very good instructors, nice facility, and a very easy to find. The class was well taught and I learned everything I needed to know in order to pass all tests I had to take to get my license. I would recommend this driving school to anyone who wants to get there license or get points removed; they are a very friendly group at Drive This Way.
The teacher is really nice and make the test impossible to fail.And the class isn’t really that boring.
The instructor drew was excellent and I learned more in one day then I had at another dip class
I appreciative the DTW, Inc. program. My teen took the summer classes.The instructors were kind, thorough, and quickly responded to any questions or e-mails. I would recommend it to friends.

So, I had to take DIP class, and thats never fun, but Drive This Way actually was pretty fun. The teacher seemed to enjoy himself and the class taught me somethings that I didnt know going in. I would definitely recommend it to others.
