I needed 2 tshirts for my granddaughters, but unable to go into store even wth mask. Owner was gracious to drop shirts off at my home. Amazing customer service

Sales lady on phone too busy to talk to me and my stepson but when another customer came in, got off phone and begin talking to her immediately and continued to ignore us. We wont be visiting her store again, hope she is not a representative of the way Roanokers who work in downtown are to their customers

We went two weekends in a row to ask about some gift ideas althought the first weekend the sales lady stayed on the phone the entire time we and several other customer were in the store. Second weekend both sales ladies were helping the same customer then one turned and asked if she could help another gentleman who walked in after us and after my Dad had been standing at the counter for at least ten minutes.
