Great experience! Its always tempting to go cheaper and get paint somewhere like Home Depot. However, the perfect color/sheen match, instant customer service, and a much better than big box store Covid experience made this my new go to.

Good store. Sam the manager is great to work with! Additionally, Steve really takes care of his customers well. The one pain point for me is their lack of inventory when it comes to different bases, products, etc but this is most likely driven by corporate and out of their control.

Sherwin Williams truly does have the best paint so I definitely recommend them for home projects. This location is often staffed by an incredibly friendly man (I think his name is Steve), but last time I went in the manager was someone different who was far less accommodating and spent the whole time talking about movies with his mask hanging off his face. Not a great look.

Nice local paint shop. The only place we go to get paint for our renovations.

Very unprofessional

We stopped by during curbside pickup only. Mitch was wonderfully helpful as he was multitasking helping three customers and answering the phone. He heard what we were looking for before we even knew it and showed up with the options right away.

The employees are great but they need more phone lines and employees in order to operate a curbside pickup business. It took 43 calls to get through. 42 busy signals.

Excellent service and paint. I’ve been coming to this store for awhile and have used all different paints of there’s. By far they beat out the Home Depot, Hirshfield’s, and Lowe’s. The quality for price you get is great. Plus they always have sales going on. Definitely recommend visiting this store for all your painting needs!

The paint quality is superb! So perfect and so many varieties and it just goes on so well, even if you are a terrible painter or make mistakes, it still shows perfectly. Quality definitely matches the price and the people who work in the store know what theyre doing, they are honest and very straightforward.

Knowledgeable people and great paint. Its spendy stuff so come with a coupon. I did wait over an hour to but five gallons but the one employee was working hard to mix up the 50+ gallons that another person had last purchased.

Customer service was poor. The 3 visits we made to this store had conflicting advice from all of the store associates we spoke to. Recommendations of each were completely different. After placing the order, speaking to the sales associate the next day to check on the order, the associate advised changing the entire order. Will go somewhere that someone knows what the hell they are talking about.

Very friendly and typically knowledgeable associates. Excellent quality paint as well. Hands down better than Menards, Home Depot, Lowes (where they typically ignore me when Im shopping and looking around for someone to help me). We will continue to use Sherwin Williams for our painting needs.
