Recently bought a used car from them. Web site had remote start listed they said it was not their job to make sure what was on the website to be accurate. They said the car was no equipped with remote start, it was. We had to purchase the key fobs for them to program it. They became unhappy with the fact that they were called out in a review. They said if you take down the review we will program the car. I did and they did however, the review is now back up because it is their job to know what is on their website and if they want to portrayed as a upstanding business then accountability is part of that

Very poor customer service and communications especially if you are out of town. Their finance team are very confusing and dont understand the process when trading in a vehicle and doing financing on your own. Overall made me waste my time after jumping threw hoops to get a certified check from my bank only to call me and say the vehicle sold and there was no way to make a deposit prior.

What a great operation this place is running! I recently ran into a bit of trouble traveling on the road in my RV with my 2 wives and 3 kids. The toilet became in operational and we couldn’t figure out what to do. I contacted Jeff Perry Chevrolet and talked to Javier Padilla who was nice enough to take a look at my plumbing problem. Javier, with his special tool unclogged all of our pipes aboard the S.S. Shaggin Wagon. Thanks to Javier’s kindness and relentless efforts to free up our pipes, we were able to successfully coordinate bowel movements without any stoppage on the road. I bought a 2015 chevy Cruze from this dealership and have had Nothing but issues with it since! I recently moved from Illinois to Florida and drove my car which I bought only 6 months prior and it Barely made it there! I have had the battery replaced, and now I am told the catalytic converter will have to be replaced! I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!

I was coming to purchase a vehicle that I had test drove the day prior, and they told me the vehicle would still be able to buy. Then when I was on my way they called and said they had a buyer, and I would no longer be able to purchase. They basically told me they could hold vehicle for me but said they can’t hold vehicles. But they sold the car and when I can they were doing paper work with the buyer. Unprofessional in it’s entirety. You can’t promisingly un-promise a vehicle, and sell it. I had all the stuff I needed to do, I just needed to pay for the vehicle.
