Bought my first car here 7 years ago. They have really updated the interior and is very nice inside! They have a large upstairs lounge which is very spacious. Seems like there has been some turn over but it has been 7 years... The maintenance service is great, Steve is my man. The show room is nice and big.

My 2011 Q5 with 106k miles had a timing chain tensioner slip. I towed the car to Roshester Hills Audi service. While I was describing the problem to the service rep. Jim Ross approached and asked if I was prepared to pay for diagnosing the problem? I told him I was there to rely on the expertise and experience of the service dept.Jim Ross was service manager. $720 and one week later, (4 1/2 hrs into diagnosis that is a known problem for this motor)I was told it would be $11,000 to replace a cracked head. I towed the car to a knowledgeable Audi mechanic, a couple of valves and timing chain replaced for $1400!, along with an assurance that Audi is a reliable car if maintained. This place is a total ripoff!Bunch of dummies who don’t know what they are doing,, taking advantage of people, and demeaning the Audi name.

Brought my car in for service at Audi for the very first time and was treated extremely poorly by the service manager. He word for word told me “we help repeat customers not some random guy who walked in the door like you” after I asked if there was anything they could do to help my situation. I have never been disrespected and belittled as a customer and don’t plan on ever returning. Not only did they not even service my vehicle at all they decided to take my black ceramic coated car through their car wash and damage my paint.

Bought a 2021 Audi Q8 in December and two days after it went into service for over a week. Up to date, I have been to service over 7 times and took my car in last week for another engine problem. Got my car yesterday and less than 24 hours my engine light came back on. Wouldn’t recommend this dealership at all, the GM Eli and car salesman Gerti are unprofessional. The Q8 is an 80k+ car and he wanted me to buy him Tequila as a thank you?

The Audi Rochester Hills Service Dept. is the BEST when it comes to how they handle and were swift to fix the issue concerning my Audi, Steve Fabrizio was very quick, professional, and courteous, I was very pleased.

We bought a used (1 year old CPO) Q7 from out of state. The process was very hit or miss with some employees being great and some less so. The car was shipped very quickly, but needed to be cleaned by us when it arrived. While it looked like it had been vacuumed, we found sticky substances, a decent amount of pet hair, and what looked like old food dripped behind the steering wheel, among other things.Our biggest issue was poor communication, which ultimately lead to the temporary registration expiring, so we couldnt drive the car for a few days until we urgently handled it on our own (which they had originally told us we werent allowed to do).Finally, the online advertisement on their website listed an option, albeit a minor one, that was not installed on the vehicle. We contacted them and were told it would be remedied but it never was. We have followed up several times since then but they have been completely unresponsive.In conclusion, we would not likely buy a car from them from out of state again.Update: Im sure that no one reads these reviews after theyve been posted for a while, but I just thought Id mention that, after a couple of months, we still havent been contacted despite the dealers response to this review. Its not a big deal but its a little disappointing.

This visit was hilarious. I was working on my compadre car and needed the tool to pull the caps off of the lugs. He is of Indian descent. We walk in and despite a greeter desk no one acknowledged us and there a dozen people there. We walked past the desk and stopped and employee and asked how to get to the parts department. He told us they dont open on the weekend, so my compadre proceeded to ask him about the tool. Being a nice individual he gave it to us for free. Upon us thanking him and beginning our exodus a male of a different ethnic background walked in and the greeter was so excited to greet him. We chuckled and continued on our way. After having bad experiences at two other Audi dealerships I thought the third time was the charm. I was wrong! Let me start and say the people were medium. Walked around the lot for about an hour and not one sales person came up to me. Actually almost got hit by one Salesperson moving cars around the lot.I went in for a simple oil change got a great price for it but overheard someone say they found a coupon online. Went online and found a coupon and it was attempted to talk me out of the coupon because “I already gave you a good deal”. However did get the discount coupon applied.They did wash my car and parked it out front. Started driving away, got about 2.5 miles away and I looked at the oil level on my media center, the oil sensor (that was at Max and working fine before service) suddenly says it is about 15% above the min level mark. Turned around and asked to have the oil verified for in front of me. Oil level was approx 65% under full. I literally just got an oil change. Mechanic comes out with a dirty oil jug with oil in it..don’t know if it was my original oil or new oil and filled to the proper level. I was told Audi allows an allowable window for fill age. Is less than 25% filled for an oil change reasonable and acceptable? There is oil in my car, not sure where it came from, and still paid 100 dollars for the oil change. Good thing I didn’t process the paperwork on the Q8 that I wanted that was on the lot. Wouldnt let them make a cup of coffee for me. Worst part was making me feel like it wasn’t that big of deal. Customer service said good thing you caught that....yeah too bad you didn’t. Off to the Maserati dealership. Sorry I burdened you with my 2014 car....

I was wowed this morning (normally tough to do to me). I called for a service appointment on wednesday for 30K check-up and a tire light on and was scheduled for 7:45 friday, told it takes just over an hour. Greeted with my first name at 7:35 and all written-up by 7:40, work completed by 8:20, fully explained what was performed and what should be done on my next check-up. Thank You for the great service, I did not buy this vehicle from this dealership, BUT I will refer my friends and make sure to be a customer in the future.

We told him we are driving from an hour away, he said no prob it’ll be ready. We get there and he said the car sold 30 min ago. BUT he has another car we can look at . Diff model trim etc . I tested many vehicles with Chris Furman, then he talked me into trying an electric vehicle. I never imagined that I would consider an electric vehicle, and had many concerns which Chris put to rest. Audi service is absolutely frustrating to deal with. I had a busted coolant line on my Audi s3(that issue itself was not their fault)I had to call 24 hour Audi service. They had my vehicle towed to this dealer.I almost had a heart attack when I called the dealer about 2 hours later to ask about my vehicle and they stated they didn’t have my vehicle. I was told to check back.Throughout the day I contacted them maybe another 5-6 times and they continued stating they did not have my vehicle.After contacting both the 24 Audi service as well as some words with the towing company.We had come to the conclusion that they indeed had my vehicle but the keys had been given to the front and had never made their way back to service.This wasted the whole day my vehicle could have been fixed; so I was without my car for 5 days. I asked them about a rental car as well and they said due to high volumes they could not provide me with one.I’m not sure if this next issue was due to my car being under warranty and they did not want to do the extra work; however they had stated that my coolant line needed to be replaced because my condenser was hitting it(I did replace my condenser with another mechanic so this was initially my fault) to just adjust my condenser into place they quoted me around $2,000.00.Once I said I’d take it elsewhere; they just replaced my line, put zip ties around to make sure it didn’t hit and said not to drive it.They also stated that my hood release was damaged and they needed to replace it; when I picked up the vehicle they stated they had replaced it and everything was all set. I should have checked it as this was incorrect.I have my vehicle at a reliable mechanic I have known for years (which was not the same one I had replace my condenser; he was unavailable for that time frame I needed him) He has stated all he had to do is pop my condenser into place which took him no more than 5 mins. However; what did take him time was to even get inside my hood, as the release my Audi dealer had said to fix; as soon as he had pulled my hood release it broke off into his hands. He had to break off my hinges to access the inside of my hood to even check the issue.I know a bunch of people whom have had a bad experience with this dealer but this is beyond me. The people are kind, however the service is my issue.

I took my car here for a recall repair. Every single staff member I interacted with was so nice! A staff member showed me a couple options for where I could wait on my car - both equipped with refreshments. My car was finished earlier than expected, they topped off all car fluids and offered to wash my car before I left. Additionally, I was picking up a new key fob I had previously ordered. Instead of directing me to wait for the staff person in that dept, they got my item for me and left it in the car so I wouldn’t have to do anything but relax. I’ve been to many dealerships over the years, but the customer service here certainly stood out. I’m happy to be an Audi owner knowing the staff is happy to have you as a customer - even for a free recall fix!

Ive had my A5 Sportback for about 1 week now and love it! My experience at the Rochester Hills dealership was absolutely great. Over the last year I have test driven 5-10 cars and never felt any pressure from salespeople.Susan helped me find the certified Audi that was perfect for me. She was amazing with the details ( I am a very particular dental specialist) and always got back to me in a timely fashion. Will definitely be back to shop when ready for my (or my wifes) next car.

The best dealership experience I have ever had. I have put off getting a new car in the past because I hated going into a dealership so much. This was much different and there are no pushy salespeople and everybody is great. Jennifer (with an assist by Max)helped me with leasing a new S3 and it was incredibly easy. Love my new car and will be back in 3 years, maybe an RS3 next time.

I had an awesome experience with this dealership. I had a strong gas smell in the cabin of my vehicle and I took it in for inspection. Steve in the service department was very helpful and attentive. He spoke to his manager and managed to have it replaced free of charge. I will be bringing my vehicle back for any additional repairs!

Just leased a brand new 2020 Audi E Tron Sportback. I came out of a Tesla model S and truly appreciate the great build quality, fit and finish of the Audi product. Materials are top notch. I was experiencing quite a bit of leg pain in the Tesla and it’s gone. I do have the Edition One with all the bells and whistles and I can attest to the fact that they didn’t forget one single thing. The media interface is richer than in the Tesla and therefore it’s more complex. But once you master it there’s a lot to love about it. The sound system is just wonderful. And the stated range is accurate, and no offense to Tesla, more consistent and true than in the Tesla.I’d like to give a special shout out to Chris Furman who specializes in the media and technology aspects of the vehicles. He was most knowledgeable, gracious and helpful. In fact, he came to my home and spent a couple hours with me to troubleshoot and maximize my enjoyment and utilization of the system.The icing on the cake is the concierge service offered by Audi of Rochester Hills, pick up and delivery of vehicles requiring service or repair.GREAT EXPERIENCE. Highly recommended!

Great place for sales and service

I took my Audi of Rochester Hills for repairs Charles Jenkins arranged to me to use a Courtesy Car while my car was in for repairs. Stephen Fabrizzo Service Advisor and I went over the problems I was having . He updated me on the repair status that evening and the repairs were completed the following morning. The purchase process was great. While we ran into an issue with the brakes after several months, Audi Rochester Hills was able to resolve the issue at a discounted rate.

Poor service un hones ppl I deal with Brian at the Audi Rochester I bought a Lexus from them he helped me I trusted him he told me the car is in good condition I didn’t drive it I bought it right away after I drove it I found out has problem I contacted the dealer they were closed then after a week I got in touch with them .. they gave me a small amour of check to get it fix.. the car caused me a lot more than they gave me I contacted Brian about this problem and I even went to the dealer again they refused to help. Very bad dealership

I was totally impressed the second I walked in to Audi of Rochester Hills. The spacious Showroom reminded me of a modern museum staffed with very courteous and helpful personnel. My sales associate, Ron was absolutely amazing. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He guided me every step of the way, from undecided on a few models all the way to owning my dream car, all the while giving me great advice without any sales pressure. I was also given a mini tour of the service center, where Ill be taking my new vehicle for my complimentary service maintenance for the duration of my warranty, What a perk! I recommend Audi of Rochester Hills to all my friends and everyone looking to drive a fine car or SUV. Six strs in my book!

Max and Allen went above and beyond to create a very well experience at this dealership. We had our 6 year old son and they kept him entertained and made him part of the car buying experience. He was floored by the experience and still talks about it. Very nice dealership and recommend this dealership to anyone.

Mixed service experience so far, but on the upswing. Loaner car was given to me with 5 miles on it (Sept 2019) and on the promised pickup day it wasn’t ready and I had to wait an extra hour. I left a message last week (Jan 2020) to schedule a service appointment and no return call. Got a call from my sales rep (Kevin, good guy) and they picked up my for a software update and recall part replacement. Dropped off a loaner too.

I was referred to Susan from a friend who just bought the A6... I first looked at a used A8 with low miles, but ultimately after discussing the features and benefits with Susan, and my wife, I decided on the new 2019 A8.I consider myself to be very thorough, which others could perceive as a pain in the butt, but Susan was unbelievably responsive and helpful through the numerous calls, emails, and texts with questions and changes that I had throughout the process.Although I live geographically closer to both Birmingham and Farmington Hills Audi dealerships, I would absolutely recommend and go back to Susan in Rochester Hills.
