Today my wife, father, and I drove an hour to this dealership and had the intention to finance 2 new vehicles we were very serious about. When we got there everything was going smoothly, we were looking at one of the cars we were interested in, but then we noticed that the price on the paper attached to the car window did not match the price on the dealerships website at all. It wasnt off by just a couple hundred dollars or even just $1000. It was a difference of around $4000. We immediately brought this to our salesmans attention. He seemed confused and thought maybe it was just a different car on the lot. But he took a look at both stock numbers for the car we were sitting in and the car on their website, and both stock numbers matched. He told us he is going to bring this to his manager right away and find out what is going on. After test driving the car, we returned to the salesman, and he told us that his manager said it is a mistake that was made by whoever puts those numbers on their site, that the actual price is indeed the higher price, that his manager is furious that this mistake was made, that theyre going to have it fixed right away on the website, but that theyre still selling it for the higher price and not honoring their website price or a price even close to that one. We drove an hour to this dealership ONLY because of this low price listed on their site. Its not our problem that they put the wrong price online. This is false advertisement. The salesman just continued to apologize and say theres nothing they can do. He even told us that incidents like this very one have happened multiple times before, this isnt the first time its happened. Sounds like a very professional business.That doesnt make this situation acceptable in any way. This entire time, the manager didnt even come out of his office to speak with us, didnt apologize himself, didnt try to offer anything to get us to purchase the vehicle. My father also asked the salesman for his managers name and when they walked towards the managers office to get his card, the manager paid my father no attention and continued eating his food. This isnt the type of dealership you want to give your business. A dealership that uses false advertisement, chooses not to honor prices on their own site, and doesnt seem to have good customer service that high on their priority list.
I have had several very good experiences at their parts department. Have used their sales department once a long time ago. Maybe its gotten better but I dont plan to go back. Have used their service department a few times One of the experiences was distinctly better than the others. I dont play to go back there Either. But I will probably use their parts depart again. They seem knowledgeable and they try hard. Thank you to the guys in the parts department.
I had my 2011 GTI serviced by Joe Swafford and his team at Fox Volkswagen. The car required a rather extensive procedure (timing chain replacement along with all corresponding components IE: tensioner, guides, etc.) Joe went above and beyond in every aspect of the repair. He set proper expectations, arranged for a loaner (Earle helped with this and is a rockstar as well) and made sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. Joe and the team at Fox VW have definitely earned my loyalty and I will be coming back to this location for all of my service needs.

I’m sitting here, stuck in the waiting room for SIX HOURS (i was told 4 hours) because apparently you have to reserve a loaner car when you make your appointment, and I was magically supposed to know that? If someones getting all day work on their vehicle, they probably need a ride, woulda been nice if the person on the phone had mentioned it or asked or offered when I was making the appointment, but I mean, screw providing any remotely decent customer service to a disabled veteran who bought the car from here, right? I can barely afford the servicing, i sure cant afford an uber to get me to mount clemens and back. I’ll be finding somewhere else to take my car after this.
I got a new leased car (2019 Jetta) from this dealership 3 weeks ago. The next day I saw inside the windshields and windows was frozen, I took it to service center that week. They said they cannot recreate the issue(since the temperature was at 40s when they tried to recreate ).From the next week, every day morning the inside windshield and door is frozen. I have tried contacting the service center for one entire week via phone, dropped voice mail, emailed them. I did not get any response from them and I am trying to contact them for this entire week.Very poor customer service. They have given me a defective car.Be careful when you buy or lease from this dealership

I scheduled a pretty intensive service for my Tiguan at 3:30 on a Friday. When I arrived, the gentleman initially said it would take longer than expected, they didnt have a mechanic, and to return Monday. I spoke with Mike, the service manager, and explained the situation. He put me up in a rental for the weekend. He took a situation that yes, was an error, but made it right. This is customer service. Errors happen--but acknowledge and fix them. This is why I go to Fox for my VWs.Thanks!!!

Came in there for a misfiring issue. They told me it was my spark plugs even though I put in new ones 5 days earlier. But they couldnt move forward with find what was the problem unless they changed them. Cost me 200 for something I could do for 10 dollars. Currently waiting to find out what the real issue is. They try to squeeze any money out of me even though Im a college student with very little money. Typical dealership stuff, making their money off of repairs that are unnecessary. Only getting 2 stars because my shuttle driver was amazing. Would give 5 stars just for him. Other than that, they try to squeeze money out me that I dont have. Currently getting involved with corporate, so we will see how this goes. If this doesnt get resolved the right way. Thats it for Volkswagen from me.
Overall my experience was pretty amazing. And it all started with a porter out in the parking lot that said “Hello!” He asked me if I needed Help, and he asked what I was Looking for. He offered to take me in to meet one of the salesman. I was Running late for work as I just Did a quick drop in to look at a few cars. He took my name and number and gave it to Brendan my salesman.Brendan was Awesome! He let me test drive all the cars I was Looking at, went over specs, different features, and pricing. He was thorough and you can tell he loves his job. He had passion for the cars, and it showed. I ended up going with a VW Atlas. The car is awesome! When I went In the next business day to pick it Up, everyone was super helpful and was super diligent in getting the car detailed, and getting the car interior and paint sealed and stain proofed. The day after Brendan reached out to see how my first day with the car was, if I had Any questions and let me know if I need Service to reach out to him.By far the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. I will Definitely be coming back for my next vehicle. Is it possible to give 10 🌟 🤔

I had a fantastic experience with Joe from the service department. My Golf TDI 6 speed had blown apart its transmission and was towed to the shop. Joe called me the following morning with a diagnosis. Everything was done in a timely manner. This car had a CPO warranty and Joe was able to assure me it was all covered under the warranty. Upon receiving the car, it drove great and I had no issues. This was a very positive dealership service experience.

Sales person, Dan, worked hard to set up the deal and brought everyone together to discuss a reasonable trade in amount. Not pushy but persistent. Dealership was willing to negotiate an agreement that was fair for all. Very clean and comfortable environment to visit. Everyone there was very friendly and you could tell they liked working there. I Vegas a low pressure light on my car and was concerned that it was a sensor issue. Was able to get it in looked at and on my way in a very short time. was treated very well and the issue was resolved quickly

Great service. They conveniently can drop you off at your work location while the car is being serviced. They often offer a loaner if the repair would take more than 8h.Unfortunately I have spent much more than I would like on parts, but that has nothing to do with the garage.
Got VW Atlas from Fox Volkswagen last Sat. It was a very smooth experience. Brendan Stokes really made the entire process a breeze for us. I am really impressed with his professionalism! He deserves ten on ten for his service and help!
While my salesperson (Dan) was superb the rest of the staff was downright rude. Dan could not be there for delivery and another salesperson took over how was less then helpful in getting my floating plate over to my new VW. It was almost as if he was upset that I was there, literally had to ask him if there was a problem between us and walked away from the sale. I am extremely happy with Dan and with my vehicle but cannot say I would return to the dealership unless I knew for fact he was the only person I would deal with.
Rolf was always available to answer questions and get the ball rolling for me with all the paperwork- found me the best deal available for me and spent the time to show me all the features of my new car! Other dealers have made me feel stuck with a certain payment or model but I never felt that way here. Will definitely lease or buy from Fox again ☺️

Listened carefully to understand the nature of the issues I experienced with my car. Gave a detailed report of all the issues and did not pressure me which issues to fix.Good experience, car runs like new but could have looked for me and let me know they pulled up the car. Found my car in the parking lot after waiting 20 minutes with the engine running.

I just leased my 2nd VW and I got the Tiguan 4motion SE. I only got it for 4 days and Im loving it! The process was smooth and hassle free despite the recent pandemic. They followed the guidelines and made sure that everyones safety is their priority. Brendan assisted me a lot and tried his best to give the best price and option for me. They saw me coming. Single woman While I was happy that they were able to open my car without a key, order a new key fob and program it very quickly, I also asked for them to diagnosis the check engine light. Service also knew that I needed this car back before they closed on a Saturday. They stated they would call me but couldn’t guarantee that they would be able to do the diagnosis. I never received a call and after calling up there, the person who answered told me they all left for the day. Upon waiting 2 more days and spending $350.00, I received the car back in worse condition than it arrived in. It never made the noises it makes now nor did I have such bad “bogging” of the engine. Just performing the diagnosis made it so much worse. On top of that, the estimates to have work done to fix the issues are astronomical and incredibly high! I will never go to this service/dealership ever again!1/21/19. UPDATE. The manager Jim Ross even called me stating they wanted me to return the car so they could make things right. He stated even if I decide not to bring it back, he would credit me my diagnostic fee of $90. I didnt return the car and i have never seen my credit. Actually another service shop stated several sensor were never reconnected.

I called to schedule a time to test drive a car for purchase. They have 3 consecutive automated recordings advising this call may be recorded for quality before you get to dial the selection for sales. When the receptionist answers, she hung up on me the first time after what i assume was not hearing anything after uttering one hello.I called back and had to listen to everything again. Receptionist comes on again and Im not sure if she hears me, no response, no acknowledgement, just a grumpy monolith. Every time they put you on hold you have to listen to this smug guy talk about baseball, not so bad if I learn something about the sport. But its the same Ta-dah! enthusiasm about the same baseball trivia question and after the 7th time on hold it gets stolid. After two phone calls, I havent even been to the place, but Im prepared for a super contrived ambiance that has me with my guard at max force. Im already on the Yuck side of the scale.I did gently bring this feedback to the very professional and warm sales person when I got to them. But there was no, thanks for the info, thats helpful feedback, and Ill make sure to pass it up the food chain so we can create a better customer experience. Instead the response was an awkward moment of silence followed by re-direction to the matter at hand, the vehicle in question. Teach your salespeople how to acknowledge without slithering on the floor with apologies (wasnt done thank God) or completely ignoring the feedback. And please change your hold recording, its stolid and leads to avoidance.

As always my experience at Fox was friendly and thorough. A shuttle was available which was a great help and the driver was very courteous. If I could give a 10 star I would!! I leased a VW Atlas with Rolf. I went to another VW dealership before I stopped here and wasn’t thrilled with their service and pricing seemed a bit high. I was given immediate attention, great and competitive pricing and fast and sufficient service. Rolf made this the best experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and worked hard to get me the right deal and suv! He literally had the Atlas in my hands in less than 24 hours! Communication and friendly service is everything for me. I appreciate their business.I did used Fox service couple times and recommended to my friends. They were honest and friendly. I am very disappointed that they ruined my trust. They overcharged me and didnt completed all services needs to be done.
Update - Worst service department, bought a new car and since day one it has a rattle noise. They fixed the original noise but when I got the car back there was a new noise. Three months after I’m still driving with no solution to the noise. I have to visit the place every week, call all the time to make appointments just a waist of time.Sales department is great but don’t go back when you have a problem look for a different dealership.
Outstanding service department. I have never such knowledgeable staff. Customer service is obviously a priority for them. If you are in the Metro Detroit Area I highly recommend bring your vehicle here for service. Mike Wilhelm is the best of the best. I wish more service managers out there were like this guy.

Before the change of location/construction the eta of an oil change was less than 1hr same goes for most of their service. I waited two hrs today for an oil change and it didnt even seem packed. If there were people that dropped off, then prioritize the people that are waiting there next time. Made me late for my schedule.
They took me in without an appointment and got me out in 45 minutes. Great service and great price with a free car wash too. Thanks for an awesome experience.
