Fiancé and I invested in an amazing UGG KING COMFORTER it’s like sleeping in the clouds! I usually love this place. I don’t know if it’s the pandemic or if they are closing but they didn’t have as many cool things that they usually have. They didn’t have neat gift ideas or very much towels, bedding they had empty shelves. I was thinking it’s because stores are struggling to get products in because people won’t go back to work. That just makes me sad! 😔

Good supplies of most things though the pandemic has thinned some of their shelves. Maybe that’s for the best they always had too much stuff to look at.

Service is terrible. management is RUDE as can be! better off emailing the DM Matt Lamont call another store in the cities to get the email address

Management was rude and unhelpful with registry exchange. We had some items we wanted to exchange from our registry (even had gift receipts for some) and they wouldnt help as they said it was past the return period. I had just recieved the gifts within the past week due to COVID delaying our wedding. Completely regret registering at bed bath and beyond!

I found a Veggetti that Ive been wanting for awhile, lower priced than other stores and with a coupon it was a great deal!Staff was attentive.Check out was smooth.Prices are reasonable.The only thing holding back from 5 Stars is the store is crowded...so much stuff, stacked so high.

The associate Janice was extremely helpful when I was looking at the towels. I saw the dinosaur sprinkler, and couldnt help myself. It is really cool!

The employee went out of his way to help find me an UGG body pillow cover instead of just the regular one. Im not a name brand girl it was just a really soft body pillow cover! He rocks!

Was approached by staff within a couple minutes to ask if I needed any help. Now, its spendy here but, when they have a sale or markdown items it makes it totally worth wile.

Frustrating working with this company! I ordered an item that was supposed to be received at my house in 3 days. The item didn’t come on time. When I called to ask the store when I could expect my item. All I got for an answer is “ I don’t know” I explained the delivery date was supposed to be between 11/17&11/18 the sales associate reiterated that is an “estimated “ delivery date even though the delivery date on the paper work states it should be between 11/17-11/18 she states there are no guarantee. The sale associate proceeded to tell me she order a lamp and it took 5 weeks! REALLY! Do you think that’s what I want to hear !NOPE!

Can be a little hard to find some things. Store associates are great....if you can find them!

We went in wanting to exchange a wedding gift (still new in box) and they would not allow us to do so since it was past 90 days and the price had changed. We called corporate who understood our situation and was willing to do the exchange. They called the store to facilitate the exchange with the item in stock and the store STILL REFUSED to do the exchange. We had to return the item to the store for store credit and call corporate back to get the item shipped to us for the same price. We were also looking to buy a $600 pots and pan set while we were there. Certainly not now! No wonder Bed Bath and Beyond are closing stores.

We were welcomed with a warm smile as we entered the store. The staff was very helpful and immediate in locating the item we were searching for. We ended up not buying the product due to price but I was very pleased to find it in several different options. Over all great customer service at this store.

A bit disappointed as the store was not stocked as usual with lots of bare shelves. I also found same items (same brand) at another store considerably cheaper.

Had everything we wanted in the store. Very helpful staff, especially the cashier. Wed never used coupons electronically from the phone before. But, had to since were travehlling and had no access to a printer. The cashier was happy to show us how to use it. Fast friendly & helpful staff made spending and saving a pleasure.

The selection there is decent; some disappointing customer service. Feel bad for the co-workers who have to deal with Jill - who was rude to both customer and co-workers alike.

Very friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional staff. There is a large selection of merchandise that is typical for a Bed Bath and Beyond. The store is easily seen and accessible from South Broadway and there is plenty of parking available.

Lots of stuff, only.... A very, very small section of the store dedicated to bathrooms. Ya know..... the word right in the middle of the company name?.

My favorite store, hands down. They have everything one could ever need and its very neatly organized. Employees are always making sure youre able to find what your looking for.

Small store compared to a standard size Bed Bath and beyond. Everything is a little overpriced, but if you need something quick I guess this is the place to go. Otherwise order your stuff online. This is one example why brick and mortar stores are dying.

We mainly go to get kitchen wares. Today we went to get a second springform pan. I have never been disappointed in any purchase from Bed Bath and Beyond. Their pots, pans, bakeware and other small appliances and utensils are sturdy and easy to care for. I do the cooking and hubby does the baking (his gourmet cheesecakes are out of the world good), we always go to Bed Bath and Beyond first if we need anything for the kitchen!

The store is clean and totally uses all space available to display their merchandise. Staff are friendly and helpful. Ample free parking.

My advice is, find your things on your own and dont ask for the staff help. They dont have enough staff and even when you ask one of the staff, he/she doesnt know what you are talking about and you end up finding the stuff that you want on your own. Therefore, save some time and dont ask for help. Lol

Ive found that I just cant ask questions of staff. Every time I do, the vast majority of employees just roll their eyes at you as though helping me is the worst possible thing they could do that day. Love the brand, but Rochester staff I could do without.

Rich and Martha, the only employees that werent rude and crabby. Theres a reason i shop online, i couldnt with this purchase. Dont put someone behind the service counter that crabs at people who come over to it. I dont care if it wasnt her day, probably wasnt for the rest of us either. Richs smile and laugh went a long way to making it a slightly better experience.

I was in the store looking for bathroom supplies and had to find a sales person to help me. I finally went to the office and saw the Manager at her desk. When I asked for assistance she pointed her finger in the direction I needed to go. I finally found a Somilian assistant who knew absolutely nothing about the store. I left and went to Walmart.

There are several sizes of cups, my catagories are, traditional English tea cup, American coffee cup, and finally Ima gonna be honest size coffee cups ( 20oz ish ). I was looking for an honest coffee/tea cup, so I went here, sure enough, they understand some of their customer base. I got a couple of properly sized coffee cups here 8)

Meh, a lot of stuff, but a somewhat limited selection of twin size bedding in floral colors. I guess gray is in. Which is okay by me. Someone else was looking for a maroon floral design, but I like gray, or black, sometimes blue, and go with a solid over a pattern...just sayin 😏 and the help was nice too. 👍

Very friendly worker helped me with looking at coffee maker options. He even offered to go and grab a tape measure, and measured the height of one of the coffee makers on display for me.

Was in line for 20 minutes. I was the next person in line. The manager helped everyonr but mr and the person behind me. The other employee left quickly to do her floor duties. Was not impressed with the customer service. The worker in the line i was in was sincere and apologized. The manager then returned after i complained about the service. He finally invited me to his line after a total of 30 minutes of waiting until the door. 1st in 1st out. I see 3. Next in line. Etc...

Dont have a bed bath and beyond close to me. The nearest one to where I live is Rochester, Mn. Prices were ridiculously high for what I want to get. The products they sell are nice though. Went to use the restroom and there was no paper towel, no toilet paper, no hand soap. Had to ask the lady in the stall to me to give me toilet paper. I was embarassed. Wont go back to this store.

One of my favorite stores in Rochester. I buy lots of candles here and stuff I dont really need. They have lots of handy gadgets.

I love this store! Its clean and well stocked!! It has so many different things to look at!!! I have to travel two houses to the nearest store but its worth it!!

The cashier messed up my order, returned everything and it was less than what was originally charged then she had to rering up everything again messing up what she had scanned with what needed to be scanned, scanning what she had already scanned twice and then, after 20 minutes if returning and reringing things was finally able to give me a refund for the 20% off coupon! Thats why I rarely go to bath and body!!

I walked in and a young man said can I help you sir, and he did. Thats how you get 5 stars from me.

Sent Bridal gifts from registry and got gift wrapping. Why bother Wrapping gift when Bed Bath and Beyond puts the gift receipt with WHAT THE GIFT IS right ON the wrapped box??Will not use again.

There is usually not a lot of stuff here. But great place to find homeware or a great place for a wedding registry!

Nice store for anything for the home. Especially the cooking utensils, huge selection. I usually buy my bedding here even though the prices can be high. Use the 20% off coupon in the mail.

Meh..I feel like things are pretty overpriced here...as they expect everyone to Google the coupon and take 20% off their most expensive item. Even so, things still most often cheaper on Amazon.
