We had some other overhead music service for our offices in Rochester ( Merchants Bank) and it was NOT working for us. The station selection was just awful. We called Sound and Media Solutions to help us get that switched, and they were great! It was a very simple, quick, process for us and they handled it all. The music stations are easy to control through an online site. And the selections of music stations are good, there is something for everyone. It really adds to the ambiance of the office, both our customers and employees appreciate.We would highly recommend this local company, the customer service is wonderful.
