We have had our sons used car in a few times now. They have been wonderful with their work and help with with our sometimes numerous questions. We wanted to find a repair facility that could work on his Infiniti without paying an arm and a leg at the dealer. All work has been completed quickly and I feel they are very honest. Up next may be some body work and we will be back!

Overall had a good experience with these guys. Good quality work and good quality parts. One thing I did not like was that they tried to upsell me some services I know my car did not need. I put in a K&N cabin air filter about one month ago and they wanted to change it for some ridiculous price. And fuel injector cleaning when I have had no issues with carbon buildup in my port injection motor lol. The work they did do was high quality and was done well. Just dont fall for some of these unnecessary services that are offered. Definitely coming back next time my car needs something.

I happened upon this shop in a frantic search because my car wasn’t starting and didn’t want to deal with the cost of the dealership. They were so professional and accommodating that it completely eased my nerves bc of my fear of all the bs other shops tried to shove down my throat. Action One did a great job repairing my vehicle and even had a loaner car for me so I could still get to work!! Very satisfied with the work they performed, but overall seemed a bit pricey for my budget. For example, they offered to do an oil change on my vehicle and their starting price for that was $80! I can get it for half that price somewhere else.

I was referred here by a friend that is picky about who he uses. From the first visit to take care of a small repair on my Lexus, I knew I liked Action One, Saad, Chester, and the whole crew. That visit, and others after have been fair, reasonably priced, and top tier service. The work that has been performed has been fantastic. My car is 10 years old, so I thought I needed an entire new braking system (calipers, rotors, pads, and maybe new brake lines) to improve my braking ability to levels Id be happy with. It turns out I didnt. After looking at everything, Saad explained that replacing the pads, slightly upgraded rotors, and a brake flush would probably give me what I needed/wanted. He was right! I like things to be perfect and was being Captain Overkill. It drives better than new and stops on a dime. This is only one of many of the same type of experiences. Ive been going to Action One for a few years now, for both my cars. These guys know my desired levels of perfection and they dont take advantage of that. Theyre honest and have integrity. I trust them. Prices are extremely fair. Quality is very high. Ive had some very expensive cars in my life. In the past it has been hard for me to trust almost anyone working on my car. Fortunately, Action One melted those concerns...quickly. I trust Saad, Chester, and his crew and have no intentions of going anywhere else.

Owner is unfriendly and unreasonable, very unprofessional. Saad (owner) try to intimidate, and lie to get customer to spend more money than they should and when you say no he get aggressive. Other people on here say same thing, and when owner get negative review they claim these people dont exist and have never been here. We exist!

Saad and Chester are the best when it comes to anything car related. I drive over 30 minutes just because of their knowledge and honesty. They are cool guys too ! Not as good looking as me but very smart and relatable. The service is fast too. They don’t screw around or waste your time. Shop is super cool and comfortable waiting area. Only shop I would take my foreign jaguar and domestic truck. Thanks guys.

Not to mention the work he did on my car lasted and he would check in with me to make sure I was maintaining it correctly. They really go the extra mile! I have a 2006 BMW getting up in miles. Action 1 provides a prompt diagnosis, service, and they take the time to explain what they are doing or have done. I know enough about what is going on under the hood (just dont have the time or special tools to do the work myself) to understand the issues. They do good work and reasonably priced vs. a BMW dealership (however, with BMWs nothing is cheap).I would certainly recommend Action 1 to others and will go back myself - just hopefully not too soon . . .

Im writing this on behalf of my wife. We took her 03 Ford Mustang with a 103K miles to Action1 Automotive for a squeaky noise coming from under the hood. Turned out it was an issue with the belt and pulley assembly and certain major components had to be replaced. They took the car in and fixed up everything while we sat back and relaxed.The fair pricing along with a friendly team was the combination that we were looking for and we found it here.We recommend this place because of the honest team, fair pricing and a hassle free experience.

Not just for luxury and exotic cars!They work on domestics at a fair cost and are more convenient and faster than dealerships.They did all of the maintenance and repairs on my BMW after the warranty ran out.Honest and reputable shop. They performed a repair at less than half of the cost that the BMW dealer quoted.They stand behind their work with a warranty (theyve re-repaired something for me when the replacement part failed which wasnt their fault).I really cant say enough about how straightforward they are; they wont try to talk you into unnecessary repairs. If your car does need something fixed their estimates are thorough and accurate.

Some background. It was the nastiest day of the year in 2018 when my 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee decided to freeze. Turned out to be a combination of issues (water pump, some regulator/timing thing.) Serious problems. Action 1, Chester, got my vehicle towed and fixed in 36 hours. Keep in mind I was stuck at 3 PM on a Tuesday and was driving myself home kn Thursday. I waited 90 days to post this review to see if their work was solid. To this day, that 20 year old Jeep has never run better. Im a believer. Cool location they have too. Thanks crew!

Saad and his whole crew are awesome. Ive never had an issue. Super friendly! I drive an old beater truck and he has diagnosed for me and I did the work myself. Hes shown me how to fix some stuff for myself, and all the work hes done on my truck has been perfect. Go see these guys!

A solid 5. To me, a solid 5 is never earned without getting the full experience; the ups as well as the downs. Ive trusted Saad with my familys cars for well over a decade, maybe 2 decades, and he manages the ups and downs like family. Much appreciated, highly recommended, but like family, never off the hook!

My Odyssey was hit in the back by another car which resulted in a big damage. Action One repaired my mini van. Except for that the repairing time is a little longer than I expected, the work conducted is very professional. Also the price is in a reasonable range, I am happy with their great job and will recommend this body shop. I will go there again for any repairing.

After $3000 and 3 visits to Action 1 Auto I ended up with a vehicle in worse condition. Repeatedly told the engine was in perfect condition. After stalling out again pulling into traffic and a semi headed right at me I got 2 additional opinions. This led to being told that either Action 1 did not know what they were doing or intentional scammed me. Not to mention Action One called me a lier and hung up on me.

As a female, I have so many GOLD STARS to give this auto repair shop!!! After moving here from Georgia in January/2018 -- my 650 BMW barely cranked over during my first week in Michigan as the temps were NEGATIVE degrees. Being impressed by the abundance of very happy customers I choose ACTION 1! After obtaining the repair pricing I had them speak with my trusted mechanic in Georgia and he agreed youre in good hands. Thankfully, ACTION 1 has become my Michigan auto.heros. Even refused to let me take an Uber back to my hotel -- personally dropped me off. I also use them on my second vehicle (Toyota) and they continue servicing both of my car.babies as their own.

Pretty great bunch, were polite to me even when I didnt quite understand what was going on. Very good pricing (beat the quote I got from another shop by 50%) Will likely go there again with car issues but hopefully that will be in the far future.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Action 1. I brought my mustang in for a new master cylinder. It worked great for a while, but developed a slow leak. Saad had it fixed it for free, and eventually replaced it with a new master cylinder at no charge to me. If all mechanics were as accommodating as Saad, there would be a lot less new cars on the road.Thanks Action 1!

I went to get my brakes repaired because of the stupidity of the dealer from where I got the car. Action 1 automotive did a great job along with giving me some discount on labor charge.

Saad told me not to come back to his shop...lied to me about tire pressure...asked to help me with number plate...Never took care of the plate...lied to me that he didnt find the plate..when I had given specific instructions over phone...looks like just want to make make over volumes....Never go this shop...
