Just got a simple oil change but they did it right and took the time to review how many miles my car specifically needed before another oil change. Or as other places just assumed 3000 miles even though my car is newer.

I had to get my lease fixed up before i handed it back in. They fixed the dents, the deep scratches, had my tints taken off, and replaced a door all in a week. My car looks amazing and saved me money by not having to go through the dealership. Shanley and Alan have a life long customer!

TL:DRIf you want to go to this place make sure to research how to do quality control on a vehicle repair as they clearly wont. Also be ready to call them to check on things because they never will.Also minor point but consider getting a N95 because clearly they missed the NY memo about masking and infection control during all of this.Timeline:1. Given a rough time-frame at the start2. A day or two after this given time I called for an update and was given that they accidentally scratched the bumper and would need to repaint. Not an issue because they were fixing it, given that it would be the next day3. Call again the day after the next day near the end of day for an update, given that it would be the next day.4. Wait the full weekend and finally given that it is ready5. Arrive and find that the bumper is not fully attached to my car and is coming away from the lights6. Raise this as an issue, and they agree that it is not correct and say they will have it fixed by the next day7. Contact them near the end of day the next day and given that they did not have the OEM yet8.Next day said now it needed re-painting9. Another full weekend passes and again given that it is ready after calling10. Find a random large piece of plastic in the backseat11. It is the engine cover which they have not attached12. Get it attached same day and finally leave13. Two days later try and use the windshield wipers and they dont work14. Filled the fluid and same issue15. Found they have very clearly not re-connected the tubing16. Reconnect it and it still doesnt work17. Bring it back again, and was given that it had cracked and they fixed it same dayThe repair looks good but my major issues are:They apparently do not do any form of quality control, as they returned the car multiple times with very glaring issuesAll forms of contact and timing were through me, they only contacted me once throughout this whole processThere was no sense of urgency/sense that they made a mistakeWhile the car aesthetically looks good I am now still concerned that they didnt miss something else

Very nice and had great conversations. Had my calipers painted blue here for a reasonable price. They didnt have the color I wanted, but went out of their way to get the color I wanted for my calipers anyway, and didnt charge me extra. They even ceramic coated my calipers for free. Definitely going back in the future.

It took them 2 months to fix engine not because it was a lot of work but because they knew there was nothing else I could do then they put in a used engine with a bad head gasket and now are backing out of the warranty they put in the engine and won’t fix the head gasket

I had a wonderful experience here. After I crashed my car I was extremely stressed out. When I called these guys to see if they had room to take my car in they seemed eager and happy to help. They sent paperwork and updates to my email address and made the experience really easy. When I got my car back (way earlier than they originally estimated too) they had even cleaned the inside! I had no idea they were going to do that and when I got inside my car I was absolutely floored. Ill definitely be coming back here, hopefully this time not because I crashed my car 😬.

Absolutely excellent local repair shop. They are always quick, courteous and professional. I needed my new license plates installed and they were happy to do it. Ive also gotten my bumper repaired here and some other work done. Cannot recommend the place enough!

Austin-Spencer Collision turned two unfortunate recent experiences into great experiences. Both of my vehicles were involved in accidents in the past year - with me not being in either one of them at the time of the accidents!The first - involving my 2014 truck - occurred when the truck was backed into / side swiped while parked. The rear door and quarter panel needed to be replaced and the entire side of the vehicle needed to be painted. I should note that I know more than a little bit about collision repair and thats why I brought the truck to Austin-Spencer and no place else.To say that the crew at Austin-Spencer met and exceeded my high expectations would be an understatement. The fit and finish of all of the panels was absolutely perfect. The paint was an exact color and texture match. Try as I might, I couldnt find any evidence of the truck being repaired - and I knew what had been repaired and replaced!The second incident involved a family member swerving to avoid a deer in my car. Well, the deer got lucky. My car - not so much. The front bumper cover, one headlight, front fender, both doors had to be replaced and the rear quarter panel was damaged from hitting a guard rail. Worse yet, the A-pillar was slightly bent. And again, the entire side of the vehicle needed to be painted. This one was going to be trickier though because the car was silver - which is a bear to match.Just as with my truck, the crew at Austin-Spencer took my favorite vehicle and lovingly brought it back to like new condition. I was especially concerned about the bent A-pillar because that was true structural damage. I was also concerned about the quarter panel because where it was damaged had a series of compound curves that would need some real finesse to repair and not leave any visible scars. In both cases, they truly nailed it. And when it came to paint, not only did they match the color almost perfectly, they matched the factory paint in surface texture / gloss too. As I mentioned earlier, thats a pretty tall order even when the paint is not silver!I would highly recommend Austin-Spencer Collision to anybody truly interested in having their vehicle repaired correctly. And if youre picky like me, all you have to do is talk to Helene or Alan and you will instantly find that they feel your pain and will do everything in their power to make bring your prized possession back to like new condition.

These guys are tops! Since I know very little about cars I’m always skeptical about whether I’m getting an accurate diagnosis and quote, but I never worry with these guys! They’re honest, dependable, and professional. They’ll give you options and their opinion of what’s best, but they’re never pushy and never try to up-sell you just to make a buck.I had my tires replaced during my last service and it wasn’t until a few weeks later that I took it on the Thruway and noticed a slight imbalance at high speeds. They took the car in the next day and fixed it promptly. No fuss, no charge. Past experiences with other mechanics prepared me for an arguement, but not with Austin Spencer. Their customer service is the best! I won’t take my car anywhere else from now on.

The latch on my drivers side door got frozen in the wrong position this morning when I was trying to leave for work. I called and they had me swing by right away so they could help. They got it functional to get me to work and had me follow up in the afternoon to make sure it was actually working and the cold was the only problem. They thawed it out, got the latch working, and washed my car before sending me on my way! The customer service was excellent and everyone was polite. They treated me like family and made sure Id be safe. Ill definitely be back with any issues I have in the future.

Austin-Spencer Collision Repair Centers is the best in the business. They are conveniently located, always do great work, and above all else, offer the best customer service. They are really great with people and work really hard to get your car fixed fast. If there is ever an issue with getting parts in on time, they are great about letting you hang on to a loaner car until yours is ready. I absolutely recommend Austin-Spencer.

I like Allan & Helene (hope Im not misspelling their names) at Austin Spencer. Ive had body work done, oil changes and new tires and each time I felt that they were honest and fair. Allan is a nice guy who tries hard to keep his customers happy. Ive never had good experiences with mechanics because I always feel like theyre trying to rip me off. I just dont get that feeling with them. Havent had any problems either with the work theyve done.

These are some of the MOST HONEST car mechanics you can ever find! While getting quotes for $4K at Monroe Muffler for suspension replacement. Austin - Spencer determined that the squeaky sound was just a little bit of rust! NO CHARGE! PROBLEM SOLVED! Hows that for honesty!?!? Great staff! Quality workmanship! And most importantly HONEST!Update: Took my RAV4 to Hoselton Dealership for inspection! They quoted $1,700 for brakes and rotors in order to pass inspection. Austin Spencer checked everything out and determined no brake change was required! Inspection passed!!! Not a penny more than the inspection was actually needed! Shame on Hoselton Dealership for being so dishonest!
