I cant thank Jody, Tom and the whole team at Rochester Collision Center enough. I dropped my Subaru off on a Tuesday and they gave me a call Friday telling me that its all set and ready to come home. After being hit while my car was parked, they made the fix stress-free and as easy as possible on my end. There were no delays and the job that they did was perfect. Great to talk to and informative about what they were going to do for me and they came through. Really a great job.

Mike was great to work with, had a lot of work done, did a great job explaining what needs to be done, very professional, will be recommending this shop to everyone I know, they do great work!!

I was there this morning for a CARCO inspection and the person behind the desk was rude and was upset at me for showing up. He said “your better have your insurance card because I don’t have time for this” and then continued to rant about how he’s too busy. I would never go to this place again. I have already notified my insurance company and CARCO of their attitude.

You need an appointment to go there. If you come without one there is no telling if you’d get help within 30 minutes. If you are insured by GEICO, just go directly to the source and you’d be done in 5 minutes. Just a 5 minute drive away.
