Exceptional customer service, unmatched quality of work. I brought my BMW from Binghamton as West Herr collision is the only BMW certified collision center in the Region and it was well worth it. My service advisor Charles kept me updated along the way and ensured the vehicle was repaired to OEM specifications, which was not the case at the other two non certified BMW dealers, professional and quality work. Could not be happier.

Not what expected understaffed most likely due to covid . no lids for soft drinks no straws? Some staff members have negative attitude. hopefully fright night will be better experience.

Terrible communication always waiting. was told multiple times i’d be gotten back to or have my vehicle back but they take their time. they’re not waiting for anything the car is completed and i was ready to pick it up but they never called and just closed the shop. never having my work done there again. also you gotta really suck for me to have to go leave a bad review because i only leave really good ones or bad ones for those who deserve it.

Replaced my cruise control on off button and I have to push 10 times before it turns on now before it was 3to5 times.They replaced manifold gasket to stop ticking noise but I still have ticking noise so things didnt go so great.Also told me I would have it back Friday or Saturday the itwas next Tuesday or Wednesday so Wednesday i call he says its done just gotta clean it up and hell text me in 1 hrs to come get it.3hrs later no call so I start driving there and half way there he calls and tells me the manifold is off and they will have back together first thing Thursday morning. So I call at 1:30 pm to see if the truck is ready and leave a message. He texted at 2:05pm and says truck is ready.Theres more but to much to type

They got my work truck in within 48 hours when all other dealers in the area were telling me 10 to 14 days until I would get it in. No small business can survive 10 days without a truck! Just picked up my jeep today after being rear ended back in November.I am SO PLEASED with the customer service I received from Kaylee at the front desk. I had been back and forth with the insurance company until the end of December and they werent answering the questions I had. Kaylee went out of her way to make sure I understood the process! PLUS- When I went to pick up my car, IT WAS SPOTLESS! The outside & Inside were completely detailed. I am SO happy and will continue you take my jeep there in the future! Highly recommend!

Brought car and they never even called to see how the car was then a week later had to get breaks plus they lied to me my bank is esl the said that cnb was a better interest rate found out that was lie they give me cnbv for the kick backs Ill never go there again wish I could take it back

This companies service department took a “look” at my car and decided that it was not necessary to warrant fully covered products because they didn’t see the need to do so. A broken seat on the side of my chair because of faulty clips not being warranted is just wrong. The part is under warranty and they won’t fix it. Buyer beware, we will tell this West Herr story for years to come. We are very disappointed

I had a great experience with the collision shop after my F150 limited was rear ended. The finished the job earlier than they said they would. Kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and my truck looks amazing.

Bought my car at West Herr with Nico a year ago! Take it there for oil changes and the customer service and price is always excellent!

John and Will did a great job with my wifes jeep. Repairs only took a week and it was sparkling clean when we picked it up!

I was told parts would be on in in a week or two. I called on the fourth week and the parts werent even ordered yet.

Called for days, left voicemails due to issues with car after repair with no response or call back. Not recommended

John furey was so rude to me. He must have been having a bad day but he made me sit in the waiting room to have my car looked at, for almos 1 hours and 45min, there was deffinetly belongings stolen from my vehicle as well. I would not recommend west herr too ANY of my close friends or family.

Bad customer service. Will continually try to pass any blame. Youll find yourself having to bring your vehicle back multiple times. Would not recommend. Tried to tell me leaves scratch your car.
