I originally had a much more eloquent review written, but in hindsight, I decided to keep it simple:1.) We were given a trade in estimate from their own website of $8,500 for rough to $10,000 for very good condition. The finance manager even called to confirm this offer. The salesman admitted that it’s a “real clean car” but the best the manager would do was $8,000, $500 below the “rough condition” estimate verified on the phone.2.) The overall sales experience was very unpleasant from the outdated facilities to the atmosphere in the place to the salesman. We put a deposit down for a vehicle that wouldn’t arrive for 6-8 weeks and didn’t have a firm number to work with.3.) We shopped around and found a MUCH better experience elsewhere, a firm deal on a slightly better vehicle that arrives in a couple of weeks.2 stars for giving me the refund without a hassle.

I purchased my 2018 Tuscon from Vision of Henrietta was very pleased with it referred my boyfriend a year later bought a used 2018 under the impression it was from a trade in sales team was great, but failed to tell us it was a fleet vehicle. On 10/8/21 vehicle breaks down on 490 around 11:30 pm he was not able to get any assistance with Vision Roadside Asistance at that time. He calls during business hours to get the run around no one has answer the original sales man now is to busy to take the calls goes to a female who asks questions to put you on hold then the call gets disconnected. Call back and speak with someone else that states he will put the correct name in so we can get roadside assistance s We call road side assistance and the information again does not match up. Speak with someone with roadside assistance to get the information that there was recall and it would take up to four weeks but still now answers from Vision. The 2018 vehicles s sits in 490 and still no answers from Vision’. We will never go through this dealer ship ever again… And hope someone higher up will reach out to us to address this matter and the poor services that we received today via phone. It one person that took our call had answers or could direct us to someone who had the correct answers. Great people skills Vision of Henrietta. Kiddos to all. Buyers be aware. My ratings went from 5 star to 0 if I could give them a 0 . Thanks Billy for all your help!!!!

I brought my Santa Fe in for them to check and replace a belt that was making noise. After a an hour and a half, they told me they didnt hear a noise (when it was a very obvious rattling) and proceeded to list off $481 of other services they suggested. They are very unfriendly over the phone at the service center and treat you like a nuisance every time you ask a question. Had the belt replaced somewhere else and guess what?!!! NO MORE NOISE!!! Definitely will not be bringing my car back to this location if I can help it.

My son and I bought a new car here its been a disappointing experience from the start .Upon getting home we saw a scratch on the car we got a run around in terms of fixing it. We showed up and had an appointment canceled. So a drive for nothing. When it was fixed it didnt look good and we got no explanation. And it was left muddy. We were promised a full yank of gas for our trouble. Never got done. When we returned to have someone look at it, we didnt get what we were told we would. Why male promises and not keep them ?They lost my business today. Some may have good experiences. I most certainly did not

I wish I could give a good review. I spoke by phone to the GM about a new vehicle and told him what I was looking for. He was going to search his inventory and get back to me. No returned call so I reached out to one of the sales persons by email. He returned my call and unfortunately that went to voicemail. I called back to see if there was any clarification needed on what I was shopping for. Again, no call back, no email, no response. If youre in a business that relies on strong customer service you really need to provide strong customer service.

Everything was incredibly efficient. Basically all I had to do was walk in, choose a deal and after 2 days and around 3 hours I drove away with a new, amazing car. All the paperwork and bank and DMV stuff were taken care of. The staff is very friendly and informative but not too pushy. I highly recommend this dealership

We previously bought a 2013 Elantra from your dealership. I have been very happy with the service I have received and was considering buying a new car from you. However, my son purchased a used car in mid-March from you and was told the loan would be through Five Star Bank. My son has made multiple calls to your dealership as he has not received any payment information from Five Star Bank. Every time he called he was told that they were busy and couldn’t assist him. My husband, a co-signer on the loan, received a letter from another bank thanking him for choosing them for the auto loan. When my husband called Vision he was again told the loan was through Five Star. My son was quite anxious about his loan payment and called Five Star and was told they had no record of this car loan. My husband called the other bank and was told that they indeed were handling the loan. By this time, the loan payment had been over a week late. Luckily upon hearing the circumstances, no penalties were imposed. We feel that Vision brushed us off and was unwilling to help us in any way. I will not be buying another vehicle from your dealership.I would like to thank Dan Edwards, owner of Vision Hyundai, for his concern. We appreciate that he took the time to personally call us with his apologies.

The oil change i went in for went fine i believe, vehicle drives well enough. what makes them lose a star is the overselling while it is in for a simple free oil change. i get a call every time to see if i want them to change the air filter and wiper blades and other small stuff for a massive amount of money. $128? i buy these parts from WalMart for $20 all day.

We were car shopping for an electric or hybrid car. Our first stop was Dorschel but scant inventoty on their lot forced us to look elsewhere. We ended up at Vision and were watmly greeted by Tony as we walked toward the row of electric cars. He was pretty cool in his manner & dress. But more than that, he was extremely knowledgeable, patient and promised there would be no surprises. Well, the biggest surprise was the great deal we got. We are leasing an electric Kona, fully loaded! Imagine that, our first lease and all the features you dream of. Too good to be true? No, except we only had 4 colors to choose from and we settled for one that was not on the top of our list. Oh well, a new car and an electric one at that! It doesnt get better than that, now does it. So I bought my wife a 2016 jeep renegade (latitude) with 24,000 miles on it when pulling off the lot I heard air coming from the brakes brought it back asked them about it & they told me it was normal for jeep vehicles not even having the car 9 months I had to replace brakes, rotors, and all 4 tires ($2300) than less than a few weeks had to replace brake boosters ($900) & now the service engine is on who knows what that will cost. I called them up twice to see if they could help with some service cost because obviously they knew they sold me a lemon & they wouldnt even return my calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I PROMISE YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU DID. I mean the car doesnt even have 34,000 miles on it & I had to change all 4 tires to get it inspected??!!

I brought my 2015 Elantra in for engine repair under extended warranty. The service team was courteous, attentive and knowledgeable. They provided a loaner. The engine was replaced in less than 2 days, and the car now runs like new. While everyone was professional, I want to particularly thank Cameron, who patiently answered all my questions, and made sure everything was to my satisfaction.

Unprofessional, dishonest and disrespectful. After finding a vehicle online I called the dealership to see if the vehicle was still available; I gave the stock number so there was no confusion. I spoke to Angela and she told me it was available along with many other vehicles like it. I confirmed the price and discounts listed online and Angela confirmed it and told me there were even more discounts to be had for “cash deals”. Since the vehicle was for my boyfriend, he then called and spoke to Angela to set up a time to see and drive the vehicle. Once on his way to the dealership (an hour away), my boyfriend wanted an email with written confirmation of the specific vehicle and price so there was no funny business when he arrived. At that point a male sales associate informed him that the vehicle he wanted wasn’t available and they only had one of that particular vehicle left in a different color and the price was higher than advertised. When my boyfriend expressed his disappointment in the unprofessional manner things were handled and the time we had wasted, the salesman simply laughed.

This place is absolutely horrible! In the essence of the current issues thats going on, I cant help to think that this place does not support people of color. I came in and spoke with Matthew priest regarding a car. Whole experience was mishandled. When discussing about a car, paperwork was never showed and after her offered me worst deal he can get I told him numerous times that I politely decline and you refund me my money. Which he never did. When I called there to speak to someone, I was completely ignored, when I finally went there to speak to somebody, I had to speak to 3 different people about what was going on THEN I finally spoke to the manager who was completely nice to me and offered me a good deal. I decline because it took for me to go through all of this to finally get a good deal. I told him Matthew priest messed up because he let me walk out the door without offering me that same deal and I just want my refund.

I would give them zero stars if it would let me.. Terrible customer service. Ill never buy a car here again. I bought a new Kona here 6 months ago. When I came to pick it up a few days later I found they had not prepped the car yet and had to wait 2 hours for it. When I got home I discovered that the drivers door would not lock electronically. I found it to be sporadic. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it wouldnt. I took it in for service. As you would expect it worked while it was there. They told me there was no problem and sent me on my way. They would not diagnose the problem.. So I went to Matthews Hyundai. They believed me and diagnosed a problem with a junction block under the dash. They were great and even gave me a few free oil changes for my inconvenience. Vision also does deceptive advertising. I recently got a scratch mailing that implied I had won $5000. When I went to claim it I learned the scratch had no meaning. Had to match up some confirmation code and I did not win. Just a trick to get you in the store. I am going to Matthews for my service and my next new Hyundai. Never again Vision Hyundai.

I have been fortunate that my oil changes were free in with my last two cars from Hyundai. However, the service was included for two years on repairs. The only problem I had was the salesman continued to tell me the car was under warranty, as soon as I sealed the deal and bought the car however, the car turns out to NOT be under warranty....The car is great and I am really happy with my purchase, however, that was the only stint that bothered me.

One time in my life I’ve ever had to replace a signal bulb…a few years back Vision did it when I was getting other service done. Now about 10 years later it’s time to do it again. Unfortunately, what is a 5 minute job that anyone can do has turned into an ordeal because those jerks stripped the screw. Nothing but problems with them in recent history…I don’t even bother with their free oil changes anymore.

The salesman had no idea about the particulars of the vehicle he was trying to sell me. Then when we sat down to discuss numbers, it seemed like he was making them up out of thin air and kept trying to pressure me into agreeing to these made-up prices. When I brought up the advertised prices online, at first he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. But then when I threatened to leave, he got up to talk to his manager and when he came back apologized and acknowledged that he was mistaken. By that point, I was at my wits end and could not shake the feeling that this salesman was trying to win one over on me. Will never go back to that place again

It’s a shame I have to give this even one star.Awful salesmen, awful service department, awful management. Tries to take advantage of you at every step of the way. Was promised SiriusXM in the car, nope. Was promised the paint chips would be fixed, salesman dodged my call for two weeks. Was promised floor mats, only got them when I showed up in person and talked to the manager myself, and the salesman refused to come out of his office. Said he’d call back on the paint chips, but never heard back.Now we take the car in to fix a severe vibration, only to be charged $115 for a 15 minute diagnosis of “your music is too loud”.Oh, and the icing on the cake! My buddy was in there earlier this week looking at a car he saw online. He showed them the ad, and they said “our prices online are IT errors” and that the actual prices were $3-$4k more. Refused to honor their advertised prices. Then they agreed to a deal on a car, had an understanding he’d be back the next day to finalize, only to find out the next day that they’d sold it out from under him. Slimey.I’ve dealt with awful dealerships, but my lord, this one takes the cake.

After researching the internet, my husband found that Vision Hyundai in Henrietta had one car that was everything we wanted, so we traveled to Henrietta to look at it. I received a “match the symbols” and you won such prize flyer in the mail from vision Hyundai. I won a $10 Walmart gift card and free oil change. Sounds great right? Well that part was nice. Who doesn’t like to win a prize? What is promoting this poor review is the less than ideal experience given by sales associate Josh Matz. I honestly am not in the market for a new car, but my girlfriend who was with me is. She stated she may be interested in a Sonata. She described the features she desired in a new vehicle. Josh unfortunately gave us a sonata booklet and seemed to be bothered by assisting us. I am in sales. I wouldn’t be a successful salesman If I treated my customers with such lack of interest as this salesman did. We left there feeling our questions were a burden to him and that he had better things to do. Too bad Josh. Her business went to Nissan.

If I could, I’d give this place less than 1 star I would. First off the salesman I was working kept taking his mask off throughout my time with him. Secondly he left me Sitting there at his desk for 15-20 minutes while he talked to his buddies instead of helping me as if my time wasn’t valued. Kept calling me “hunny” throughout the experience instead of calling me by my name. Tried to sell me a car based on a monthly payment instead of how much I wanted to spend total.

The staff was very efficient in servicing my car. Everyone wore masks and kept the required six foot distance. They had me put my keys in a plastic baggie and made sure I used a clean pen when I payed. Also the waiting area was not crowded and customers were really good about social distancing. I had an oil change, tire rotation and factory recall done and was out in less than an hour. It was a very comfortable experience.

The folks at Vision Hyundai in Rochester NY really came through for me this week. On Jan 11 my son and I were driving his newish Santa Fe from Boston MA to Cincinnati OH so he could take it back to college with him. As we were driving on the NY Throughway, we experienced sudden engine failure on the highway. It was about 2:30 in the afternoon on a Sat and we had a car full of gear heading back for the semester. We were very fortunate that we were about 15 min from Vision. We had the car towed there and we were met by Pete in service who was able to quickly diagnosis the issue. Knowing we needed major work, we immediately planned for options - renting a car and making arrangements to get my son to school and me back to Boston. Pete reassured me that based on the situation that Hyundai would warranty the work, and also reimburse me for my out of pocket expenses since this was a known problem and was completely covered under the warranty. Pete called once we got home and walked me through the process, putting me in touch with the Hyundai Corp folks who took over the reimbursement process while Pete took care of my car. A professional and a gentleman, Pete and his team have repaired over 300 of this exact type of fix. I was very reassured that we would have no further worries! Came here for routine service (oil and filter change) thinking I had an appointment - I didnt (my bad). Nevertheless, they took me in right away and got me out quickly. Staff was great, waiting area nice (and social distancing appropriate). Highly recommend!

Salesperson Dale advised that the final monthly payment on our current vehicle would be covered by the dealership. Essentially theyd pay the last payment and wed pay a few dollars extra per month on the new lease to cover that. They did not do this, we received a collection call for the final payment from a separate entity weeks later. Deliberately misleading, somehow both pushy and negligent at the same time. Felt like I needed a shower after, not only because of slimy tactics but that the majority of the staff neglected to wear masks in the midst of a pandemic. Avoid this place at all costs.

Ive been a customer for 2 years now and the service is always great. I like that I see familiar faces and theres coffee for me in the waiting room. They always tell me what work I need done to keep my car in good shape.
