Loved our buying experience at Kuehn Motor this past weekend. After a long drive to the cities looking at cars and dealing with pushy salespeople, we decided to just take another look at Kuehn. My husband and I have worked with Tom Dawson before (bought our first Jeep from him back in 2006) and really love his laid back no pressure sales demeanor. Called up Tom to ask about the car and he had it washed and ready to go by the time we pulled in the lot. Purchased a ‘new to me’ Dodge Ram 2500 from Kuehn with the help of Tom ‘Mr. Awesome’ Dawson. The process took a couple weeks and visits (on my part, nothing Tom or Kuehn did) but was very smooth. And that is considering that I am a profoundly deaf man. No hearing whatsoever. Kindness and patience are not words I think of when buying a vehicle but they are the added bonus when buying from Mr. Awesome.

My husband Shane and I were in a bind trying to find a car quickly after ours died. Jay and Tony were awesome to work with. They were informative, super helpful, friendly and timely. They got us into the car we wanted and we couldn’t be happier. We can’t thank them enough and would recommend Kuehn through and through.

Kuehn was able to get my car in quickly to look at the noise it was making. With in an hour they had found the issue. Even had the part in stock and squeezed my car in the same day. They even offered a loaner car, which wasnt needed since we have another vehicle. When I told them that they then offered me a ride home! I was pleasantly surprised to get a call a few hours later that my car was done. Even more surprised to find my car had been washed! Will most definitely be coming back for future repair needs.

We had been looking for some time for a good used pickup and not having a lot of success in our local area. We had purchased a vehicle from Kuehn Motors twelve years ago and were well pleased with that and decided to check their inventory out. As we live 100 miles away from the Rochester location we went online and found some trucks that appealed to us and we decided to make the trip. Surprisingly, Jay Ruud, the sales representative we came in contact with was same person we worked with twelve years ago. Jay did a great job of showing what was available and for the two that we test drove told us of a lower traffic route to use. We negotiated a deal with Jay and with in house financing drove home a very nice 2012 Ford F-150 the same day. Overall very pleased with everyone we came in contact with the dealership and will recommend Kuehn Motors.

First review but thought I should share encase it helps your decision. Spoke to a salesman @ Kuehn last night regarding a truck advertised on markerplace for $49,000, I advised him that I would be driving 3 hours to preview the truck first thing in the am. 30 minutes away from the dealership I get a call advising me that the truck is now $10,000 more. The most shameful thing is that the salesperson said facebook changed the amount and that it has happened to other salespersons in the past. Im not sure what the moral of the situation is, but Kuehn motor company definately lived up to the used car salesman reputation today. Wasted money, time and a days vacation for two people without a single appology because facebook is changing their prices on them.

I recently went in and purchased a vehicle. Within 24 hours I started having problems with the vehicle. They fixed one of the issues. I asked if I could return the vehicle because I did not feel like it was for me. The salesman said, only way I’d be able to return is if I bought another vehicle from the lot. So I just kept it.

I had been searching the Web looking for a used F-250 4x4 and after a long dry spell there was what I was looking for. I went to the Branch and got there 10 minutes before closing. Jay Ruud met me and let me take a quick test drive and we made an appointment to continue working the deal the next day as the test drive was great. The price was fair, their service department was competitive on the running boards and bed cover so they are doing that. The financing was within a dollar per/mo from their estimate. The day before we came here we made the mistake of going to Rochester Toyota, where the salesman was creepy, pushy, and made both my husband and I uncomfortable. He spent an hour just preaching at us about how ethical Toyota is. They were unable to get the vehicle we wanted in stock... that is until we walked out the door. Then all of a sudden they were able to find one for us. By that point we were done with the whole situation. In two hours we saw one vehicle, which we were only permitted to drive for 10 minutes, and it was just a dreadful experience all around. They knew because we had totaled our car that we needed a new one, and it was clear they were trying to take advantage of it.Come to Kuehn and it was a whole different world. Jim was so kind and helpful, and the entire experience was honestly incredibly relaxed. Very much a if you buy a car, great! But Im not going to pressure you kind of vibe. Every staff member we worked with was fabulous. We walked away that day with a vehicle that we love and a payment plan we were comfortable with. Tony is great and moves at about 100mph to try to get you the best deal possible!My husband and I will certainly come here again! And we cannot recommend it highly enough!

Car wasn’t exactly as advertised.Tires were bald even though the records show that the tires had been replaced under 1,000 miles ago.Needed a severe alignment.It did not have a 2nd key.Onstar module was removed from the vehicle.I needed to spend thousands to remedy the hidden issues with the car.
