I picked up a nail and needed a new tire. I called Ridgeway in the morning with the tire size and brand, they ordered and scheduled me in right away and had me drop off the rim to mount and balance prior to my arrival to decrease my wait time. Im sitting in my car about to leave, but I wanted to leave this review first. I called for a photo inspection at 8:15 am and within an hour of calling, I am all done. The process was quick and painless and the service was very professional. I believe TJ was the technician that performed the inspection, if so, then thank you! Had front brakes installed by Ridgeway Sunoco and very happy with their work, professionalism and price. Also had a loud squeak on my rears after they were installed by a different garage. Nick and his garage took the time to clean the pads & rotors and troubleshoot the noise. These guys are thorough and extremely trust worthy. A+ garage!

Very clean on the inside but the prices where very high in my opinion. Im on the road constantly and ALWAYS stopping into gas stations but man Inflation bust be on the rise.

Because I asked them for a tow truck and after 1 hour and 40 minutes they never showed up so I called them back to tell them where was the truck and they said that triple a comes first thats their contract and thats their business after an hour and 40 minutes of waiting thats very bad business bad bad never ever will I ever call them again

They truly came to my rescue! I was stranded at work and they were prompt in coming to get my car, and looking at it to tell me what was wrong. Their existing reputation of honesty saved me from spending unnecessary $1200. Even though it meant they didnt get to do the full service. They really are honest good people. I will continue to work with them with my repairs and towing.

I am a AAA member and had an issue with part of my exhaust system falling off the car. I chose to have my car towed to Ridgeway Sunoco. I was concerned because the car was recently purchased and the dealer had ordered a catalytic converter which is on back order. I requested Jason install a sleeve to hold me over until I could get it repaired and he called back and said he could. Most dealer will not do that and are only concerned about making the big buck Thank you Jason and Ridgeway Sunoco for caring about your customers. I have never been a customer prior to this but will be in the near future whenever I need work performed.
