Ive been to plenty of car places.Ive always paid out so much just to have tires done let alone any other work. Its daunting.When I called Dallas was very professional and kind and was able to get me in the following day! And it only cost me 50$... FIFTY DOLLARS to get two tires changed. I was quoted 80$ for two at other places!!!I wont go anywhere else. These guys know what theyre doing, theyre polite and friendly, theyre efficient, and you cant beat the service or cost.Absolutely hands down recommend going to the Rochester location for all your needs.

Was quoted $80 at other places to have two tires mounted and balanced called up Dallas at VIP in Rochester New Hampshire and got the two tires mounted and balanced for $50 first these guys are kind considerate and courteous and know what theyre doing and dont try to pull the wool over your eyes all in all very honest mechanics

I have to be honest, my first experience I did have a small issue but come to find out they were training someone who has since worked on my vehicle and is now one of their best. Tyler has always been great to me, and also my girlfriend. Normally we used to swing by prompto for our oil changes, but have been going to VIP since. Ive gotten tires, tire rods, alignments, you name it. Had a small mixup once, but was promptly fixed. Will not be going elsewhere for our work. Thanks!

Ive been a longtime customer but no longer. I went in for my yearly inspection sticker which I was told would be free since my son was in the service but then was told my car didnt pass because of a small evap leak. Took the car back for a diagnostic which ended up costing 140.00 and they couldnt find the leak. I took it to my son-in-laws mechanic and lo and behold he found the problem, someone had put a zip tie around the evap line! Funny no one has looked at the car for a year and it passed inspection last year...guess they dont really want to give out military discounts and figured out how to make a little more revenue to boot...crooks. I had to give one star to post this but really is zero.Thanks to John at the Sanford vip who contacted me and kindly fixed this situation for me and was very professional about it, will be switching to sanford from now on, Thank you!

There was a little misunderstanding after my second visit but Tyler( you are the man) uses his good managerial skills to fix the problem. I had a good deal for four brand new tires with a very wonderful service. My nightmare problems of vibrating steering wheel is completely over . I called CODY this morning about 10:00 AM to mount and balance 2 tires and to see if I could make a appointment the same day. After a brief conversationwith CODY, he told me that I could bring my vehicle in at 1 PM. I arrived at 12:50, checked in and at 1 PM my vehicle was in the bay. I had read many reviews about this business and, like most of us that have waited hours after our scheduled appointment, I still reflected on the positive reviews. I could not believe my vehicle was done in 25 minutes. I thanked CODY again and he was very appreciative of my thoughts of my experience. Went there this morning to check out and possibly purchase four truck tires for my GMC 2500. They provided me with a great quote, and got the tires put on right away with no wait. When I picked up the truck I noticed that my hubcaps one of them was missing, so I called he said it was probably there so I went back. They did not find it, I believe that the tech that placed my tires on Broke the hubcap and instead of being honest with me he lied right to my face. will not be using again.

I needed tires for my SUV. It was fairly late in the afternoon but they got my vehicle right in and had the new tires installed, balanced and a front wheel alignment done in just over an hour. The salesman was courteous, explained warranties clearly and treated me as if I was the first customer of the day and not the last! I would recommend VIP/Rochester for tires.

Terrific staff that provided courteous and fast service when I was a walk-in hoping to get my car inspected!I absolutely dreaded having to undergo the inspection process after having had a horrible experience at another local location last year (it took that other place an hour and fifteen minutes for a simple inspection, and they openly ridiculed me when I declined to do optional work they had suggested).It was the complete opposite at VIP - in and out in about twenty minutes, no pitches, upselling, or other pressure, and a nice, clean waiting area with an open view of the garage.I had some work done at the Tilton VIP location in the past, and had a similarly positive experience there. Great company, and I appreciate the quick work this time around as well!

I got one from VIP in Rochester that invited me to a FREE oil change and thought it was too good to be true! I called them immediately because I actually was overdue for my oil change, and a very nice man named Dallas assured me that this deal was legit. I was able to schedule my appointment for that very day and guess what? It was absolutely FREE! I got exceptional service. I believe this is going to be a great place to do my future car business. Absolutely wonderful experience I had taken my car to Rochester Toyota and they had told me that there was a bubble in the tire I went to VIP to get my tires replaced for cheaper since it is an all wheel drive would have had to replace all four around $850 which I was already prepared to pay they looked at my tire and found that I was lied to at Rochester Toyota and that my tire was fine very much appreciate the honesty cuz they could have easily made a tire sale But they save me $850 which is amazing definitely amazing people and quality work

Took my car in to get a new tire last minute after popping one the night before. Staff was friendly and efficient. I knew I really needed to replace all my tires, but the staff directed me towards which were worse, and which could go another month or two while I save the money. Didnt try to push me into anything I didnt need. And they were pretty quick to replace my tires especially with no appointment during all of this Covid stuff.

Just wanted to comment on the excellent fast service I received at the Rochester VIP. I called their office at 4.50 PM having just finished my route, I had a screw in one tire which was losing pressure and another tire losing pressure. They said yes bring it in. I got there. Discovered that my tires were shot, all the wear was on the inside so I hadnt seen it. We priced 3 new tires and they are doing a great deal buy 3 get one free. Got a front wheel alignment and was out of there by 6. Bear in mind that they closed at 5.30. I would recommend using VIP in Rochester

5 stars all day! Great service and great tires Ive been going there for the past 5 years.

We scheduled an appointment for my daughters car to get an inspection for Saturday. We show up and wait 35 minutes for them to get it in. When we scheduled it, we told the manager there was a clicking noise from the steering wheel, he said it may be a cv joint or something, but it may not affect the inspection. SO, we bring the car in. After being there for an hour and 27 minutes, they come out and say the car failed inspection because of our State issued/authorized plate. I show him the paperwork online saying its authorized for the front plate until 12/31/2020. He then says the steering clicking needs to be checked and we could schedule an appointment to bring the car back to diagnose and fix it, then they will pass it. What concerned me most was what he said next. He told us that the air bag sensor was loose and we need to drive very carefully until we can get it back to be fixed, that he couldnt do it then. He said if we hit a pot hole or something, it could accidentally inflate the airbags and cause injury to my daughter (its her car). So I get freaked out and call the dealership, who first asks why they didnt disconnect it or tie it up if they were that concerned. They told me to get it there by 2 and they could look at it. We drive, very carefully, thinking that the airbags could deploy at any time. The manager at VIP was like we can schedule a time to get started on all this stuff to pass inspection. I said we will call back after we go to the dealership to get the airbag done. He asked why we would bring it there, I told him since you said it could go off anytime. He asked me for $35 and we were on our way. We get it to the dealership, and you know what, it wasnt an airbag sensor, it was a FOG LIGHT wire that was loose. The mechanics checked all the air bag sensors, NONE loose. So they checked the clicking, it was the motor for the power steering making noise, but nothing that would fail the inspection and they documented through the testing zero steering looseness, which VIP stated was there. It passed with zero items corrected, but VIP wanted hundreds of dollars to fix and also misdiagnosed a loose Air Bag Sensor with a loose fog light sensor. We have bought thousands of dollars worth of tires and parts not only for us, but for our business through VIP and I can assure you, that fraudulent $35 spent this Saturday will be the last. The mechanic at the dealership knew the clicking right off and knew it wasnt anything to do with the steering. You would have thought the mechanic at VIP with 30+ years experience would know the same. They fail your car for not true reasons, tell you to bring it back for the work and then they reinspect. Anything to get more money, when it wasnt needed! They will try to steal money from young kids who dont know better!

Went to find out what the check engine light was on for. They couldn’t re create my cold start, so they didn’t charge me anything for the diagnostics. Also they can always fit me in so fast. Appreciate my dudes

I recently started working as a driver for dominos and found out one night that my tires were dry rotted and about to burst. Needless to say, I needed tires immediately so I bought a set at Lamberts. Checked a few places in town and nobody could get them done until Thursday that week (it was Monday) which definitely didnt work for me. I headed over to VIP and Matt managed to fit me in the schedule within an hour. Before dark I was on my way home with fresh tires and a sense of relief. I cant thank Matt enough for his candor, accommodation and politeness toward me who must have seemed like a stressed out lunatic at the time. Everyone there was extremely professional and courteous.

They were able to get me in quickly and were very professional. I like that there are so many VIPs in New England, including near my home. The crew was amazing, we needed 4 tires on our Audi and get an alignment. We started out with a stripped stud, (which they replaced for free). And it continued on from there, after finding out a pr fix was negligent to be nice, they explained our options, fixed the problem to the best of their ability, and when my chipped card wouldnt read they let me take my car to bank to get the cash. Will be going to them from now on... thanks again guys!!!Oh yeah... I got a free oil change for my next visit. HIGHLY 3.

Nothing but positive experiences at VIP in Rochester. From buying new tires, oil changes, swapping out fluids, it has all been great. I also appreciate them keeping an eye out for items that need routine maintenance during my oil changes and letting me know. They also gave great advice and insight on fixing the catalytic converter on our car which ultimately ended in a recall and saving us A LOT of $.

After moving to Rochester, I wasnt sure where to get my inspection completed, but I wasnt disappointed. It was quick and everyone I spoke to was polite and informative. Easy and inexpensive.

I had done my research using Consumer Reports to choose the tires I needed. I spoke with Tyler, he took the time to look them up, check the size I needed, gave me a quote and remained just as friendly when I said I was still searching for a purse friendly quote. Two days later I went in and spoke with Matt, he ordered my tires, arranged an appointment and fully explained pricing and a maintenance package in a friendly and informative way. When I made a call back the next day with additional questions, he remained just as friendly and helpful.We had great conversation with other customers. Without a doubt the best full service garage Ive been to. Theyre always friendly and accommodating. They tend to be pretty quick as well when you need your car serviced. Their location (near target, walmart, and home depot, plus a couple eateries) makes them convenient. If you need parts, oil, or really anything for your car--they have it. Prices are very reasonable. They even have a sizable lounge to wait on comfy chairs and drink some coffee or watch tv.I use them exclusively!

Went there this morning for my inspection sticker! Everyone was very nice! I made an appointment online, which was very convenient. Was in and out in about 25 minutes! I come here every year for my inspection. Highly recommend, just for the customer service alone!

Usually when I have to get my car inspected it takes a whole afternoon at the dealership. We came to VIP and about 10 min later they came up to us saying it was done. We were baffled at how quick a state inspection was! They were honest and knew what they were doing. We found our new favorite place!

Brought in a car for inspection. They insisted it needed tires to pass. Tried to sell us a service warranty for the tires at $20 extra dollars a piece, no thanks. SO They put the tires on wrong. One went flat & had to be re-mounted. Too far away to bring it to a VIP. They RIPPED US OFF because we needed the inspection. Dont go here. VIP in Dover NH has normal, honest service people. * NOTE: Mechanic that fixed the flat said it was mounted incorrectly. VIP - You are a tire place.

I walked in without an appointment and the attendant was able to schedule me quickly for a short time after my arrival. I was able to do a quick errand and return for my appt. The oil change was fast, convenient and the attendant was courteous and had a smile. I recommend VIP.

The manager seemed friendly and knowledgeable. I had an alternator replaced about a month ago.As I drove my vehicle out of their lot, my battery light was on, indicating battery still not being charged.While it was an inconvenience to bring the vehicle back and have them hold it for another day or so, they did fix it. I did not get charged again for the labor or the new part. I appreciated that they made it right by installing a new alternator.However, I doubt the technician that drove the car around didnt notice the battery light was still on.EDIT: Ive decided to update my review to 5 stars and give VIP AUTO another chance. I appreciate the genuine concern from their management and public relations person. They have proven to me that they really care and want every customer to feel like a VIP.

I brought my car in on short notice for an issue with the steering. I was asked to leave my car overnight which wasn’t a problem. The next day I received a call informing me that the repairs were being made...I then asked if they wouldn’t mind replacing my worn tires. They may have been busy but they took care of my needs right away. To me that says a lot

I stopped in today to inquire about having my headlight replaced. I had been told by a local Chevy dealer that it would take 90 minutes due to all the different things that would have to be removed before they could access the lamp. The young man at VIP followed me outside, asked me to pop the hood, removed two simple bolts, and had the bulb replaced in five minutes. I will come back here with all of my future automotive needs. After calling every store in the area (literally) due to an unfamiliar and awful sound my vehicle was making, Tyler, with no hesitation and no notice, told me to come in. Bad experiences overall. Had to personally installed the tire myself right outside the store cause they are closing at 6pm and i got there at 5.30pm. I was charged for 84.50$which include mounting and balancing but i told the minutes at 6pm that i had to install the tire myself. Worst of all the bathroom was out of services. Please fix the only coed bathroom you guys have. If it wasnt for the bathroom issue, the whole experiences would is been a huge differences. At least they are able to help me mount on a new tire and balance it.

Ive been taking my vehicle here for years. Youre gonna pay for any certified mechanic but these guys have always been honest, friendly and they do a fantastic job.They even gave me a ride home because my car was going to be in the shop for most of the day.Highly recommended!
