I had a flat tire. There was not one in stock, but it came in the next day. I didnt have an appointment, but when I went back, the new tire was put on right away. I want to thank Mark J. for his excellent service! He is kind, friendly and knowledgeable. He kept me informed the whole time.
Friday 9/10/2021 I had originally booked a test drive for the 2021 Rouge SV for Saturday 09/11/2021. I decided to quickly change my mind. I called Vision Nissan and changed the appointment with Ryan M. Mroszczak. When I arrived at Vision Nissan, I noticed how clean the exterior of the build was. I went inside and was greeted by Ryan Mroszczak. I asked him to allow me to test drive the Rouge SV. Before we test drove the SUV. Ryan went over all of the exterior features and the interior features. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. During the Test drive Ryan showed me all of the bells and whistles of the vehicle operations such as the way Cruise control with Driver assist and lane assist functioned. He showed me all the awesome features that are in the Infotainment system.After the test drive. Ryan asked me if I was interested in purchasing or leasing the vehicle. This really caught me by surprise. Never before was I asked if I would like to make the purchase or lease. Ryan Mroszczak not once forced me to make the purchase or put pressure on me and let me make the decision without push back. Ryan is an example salesperson.I had been to plenty of other dealerships and had been pressured to make purchase decisions that in the end were a curse. I did not get this feeling from this transaction. I do believe that this vehicle is going to be a blessing regardless. The company is supplying my vehicle free of charge with Ziebart undercoating. This small gesture really made my experience much more memorable.Now for the vehicle. The SUV is the 2021 Nissan Rouge SV. It comes with lots of safety features that I never knew I actually needed. The vehicle is priced properly (31,500ish) for the amount of features the vehicle comes with. The drive acceleration is adaptive and smooth. The headlamps are super bright on low and extremely bright on high. I could see in the rain without a worry if I was still in lane. I feel much safer in this vehicle than that of my Chrysler 200 Limited. At time of purchase the Rouge SV had 15 miles on it. I am the first owner. The infotainment center is easy to use and has plenty of customization especially when using Apple Carplay or Android Auto. The vehicle has great exterior noise cancellation. The Tire to Road contact is smooth. The vehicle gets great gas mileage. I also get free oil changes for life of vehicle. There is plenty of storage space in the rear of the vehicle and there is also plenty of room for passenger head to toe in both front and back seat.The end of transaction: After I signed the documents and added the Vehicle to my insurance, Ryan M. Mroszczak had a tablet with videos I could watch to more familiarize myself with the details and features of the SUV. Ryan took me around the shop and introduced me to some of the staff members at the welcoming desk and in the mechanic shop. After that we headed back to my new SUV where Ryan showed me one last time all of the core functions of the vehicle to ensure I had safe travels. I highly recommend people to Ryan M. Mroszczak at Vision Nissan for his professionalism, Charisma and knowledge. He will be my go to Salesperson for my future vehicle purchases.

Everything was fine. My only complaint/comment was that I had a coupon for my oil change which I informed them of when I dropped off the vehicle. When I picked up my car the charge was $10.00 more than the cost listed on the coupon. I was told this was additional charge was for the type of oil that needed to be used. I feel I should have been informed of the up charge prior to the service being performed.

Do not buy a car or have service done at this location. Customer service is awful. They never return a phone call/message. Car buying process took forever!! Had transmission issues immediately. They stated it would take 1-2 days to fix and it took more than a week. I was never given updates as to my vehicles status and it was returned to me filthy/greasy on the inside door and floor on the drivers side (even stained the rug!). When I spoke with management they did nothing to address the issues I was facing. I wont even go back for my free oil changes I was given at purchase time. Stay away!

Needed a new key fob (lost) and a new tire (bulge in sidewall) Both items covered under a insurance contract purchased at time of lease. Vision handled all the details such as contacting the insurer, sending pictures, paperwork, etc. Vision, also, completed a recall that was, still, open. Had the vehicle back the next day. Completely satisfied with the service and communication by the service department.

Went in to lease an Altima and was met by Patrick DiFlorio who did a great job with helping me get exactly what I was looking for and within the budget I came in looking to hit. I knew my numbers and they didnt make me waste a lot of time going back and forth, they just made those numbers work. Patrick was professional and didnt use a lot of the normal car salesman tactics and really treated me like an old neighborhood customer. Very happy with him, the payment structure and most of all the car has been great!

Service writer Nick was excellent. Only draw back is usually when my car is serviced they detail it before it’s returned. This was the only disappointment.

On 8/19/2021, I bought my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation and a noise coming from the driver front, anytime I turn left. I had this issue before. The oil change and the tire rotation were done without issue.I bring my car in for regular service since purchased. On the 3rd year, the brake shim began hitting the rotor, creating a unwarranted sound. After the service for that day, the necessary repair was completed, so I thought. Just recently, the noise came back. I waited for my normal service appointment, and reported that the noise had returned. To my shock, the agent stated that he did not have in his system, or recording of the previous repair, and that the charge to make the repair of the brake shim would be $130.00. I found this to be absurd, and refused to pay for the repair. At this time, I believe that Vision Nissan does makeshift repairs (Just to get by) when vehickles are still under warranty. I paid cash for my vehicle in 2016, brand new, and I also sent another customer who purchased a vehicle and so at this time I am disappointed in Vision/Bob Johnson Nissan. Regular maintenance inlcudes filters, oil changes, tire rotations, and brake jobs.

I am scheduled for surgery and need to have this resolved I contacted Colton who was able to accommodate my schedule so that I can have my vehicle back when I return to work. Brought my 2018 Nissan Rogue in for routine oil change and tire rotation. Although I have had the oil changed twice the last two times in Florida, I received a call from Colton Battaglini that the oil drain plug was a NON-OEM Part! I contacted the mechanic in Florida who sent pictures of the most prevalent plug used and another, (mine supposedly the second one) both Nissan OEM parts. I emailed Mark Jenkins, Service Manager. Mark replied to my email with a phone call this morning and invited me in to see the part for myself. He and Michael spent time to show me the part on my vehicle (I did purchase it used from a rental car agency and not through a dealer) and it did not match any of the Nissan parts I researched. They both took the time to insure I understood what was indeed under my vehicle and to just keep an eye out for leaks. They did not try to sell me a new oil pan with a Nissan OEM plug at this time. Do not ever buy a car at this location! I purchased a 2020 Nissan Rogue and was told by the salesman Dylan that they would fix the paint scratch on the rear bumper that I had inquired about at the time of purchase back in October. I have inquired several times since and here we are in April and still nothing. I have been told that “they never would have let the car leave like that”. Well they did. I asked about it the rainy day I took it home and was assured they’d fix it, but because Dylan never wrote it up in my paperwork now they don’t want to do anything. I’m beyond livid and so extremely frustrated. Please whatever you do do not waste your time or money here.

Service station was very well mannered and prompt with my oil change. Nick was quick to answer all my questions about when I should do other maintenence on my new to me car. I felt very relaxed and comfortable while I waited for my car to be serviced. I like having the peace of mind to knowing that you wil have a certified expert performing maintenence on your car. Unlike the other places you go and have 5 kids doing an oil change on your car and pulling stuff on and off trying to oversell me stuff I know is fine. This place defines professionalism.

I went there to investigate the possibility of trading in my old car for a lease. I ended up getting a great deal that included a very fair trade-in credit and a very affordable payment on a fairly well loaded Nissan Sentra.
Never will they have the business of me of my family again. Poor quality of faithful car sales. Pitch and pull method in full effect at this dealership. Sold a car with a rear bumper gouged and paint removed. And when the vehicle was taken in for the repairs they said they would honor tried saying they didnt sell it like that. How ironic.

I was approve for an Auto loan for a new or used vehicle from an auto finance company so the company referred me to 4000 w ridge road and when i get there to speak with one out of the two men the finance company referred me to. well that didnt go well the guys did not want to speak with me nobody came out to greet me the guy that took my appointment did not want to deal with me i did not get the right service or person i was there for them guys are lazy or i was a victim of discrimination cause of the color of my skin

Well my appointment was at 10:30am, came wayyyy before my time. For an inspection they came and give me a whole different price, and there service is very slow, its now 12:12pm and Im still waiting..
Went in for an oil change left with a nissan frontier,lol sat down with Ryan my sales guy went over my options to pay off my murano and lease the frontier went as smooth as my first sale with him,definitely dealing with him in the future,he was friendly and knowledgeable and easy to work with!!
Horrible service, we got a used car from you guys and not even two weeks with it the brakes were squeaking and the car needed to be aligned. we got an appointment for brakes and alignment at 10am and it took them 5 hours to finish . Never again
Overall great experience. Had been having some trouble with my altima for a couple months. Other shops were telling me incorrect info. Finally brought it over to Vision Nissan and they found the problems within a couple of hours. Superior work done when completed. Only con is I dropped my car on a Thursday and it wasn’t ready until Tuesday due to the Parts taking several days to arrive at the location. But that isn’t the locations fault. Great experience overall and will definitely be returning for maintenance upkeep in the future.

Also he has sent me a hand written holiday card for every holiday even 4 years after buying the car and it really shows something about his personality. Great dude. I brought this car on New Years Eve. And since then I had nothing but problems with it. The guy who sold me the car Anthony (I believe his name was) was very nice and made me feel comfortable. He even mafe this who process easy. Well until I found out he was lying to customers about the vehicles he was selling. So a deal breaker with me was I need a car with cruise control I drive for work makes it easier. Well on the car I brought it says I have it but I really dont and when I question there service department i was told thsre is nothing they can do. So now thats strike 1. STRIKE 2. MY car is making a funny noise and there service department claims they cant look at my car for at least a week and they would have to keep it and they dont have a rental to provide me with. So I take it some where else they fix it in a couple of hours. So when I took my car from the lot that day, my timming chain wasnt tighten properly and I could of had a bad accident and hurt who ever was in my car. So I had to pay to get that fix. If i would of waited for them I would of messed up my vehicle. Now strike 3. I call in the begining of July for a problem im having. I cant get the car to them before August due to me having to work and them having No vehicle to give me. The reason I was told they had no rental available was because of covid and that there employees need the cars to get back and forth so they let them use all there rentals. Either way I leave my car. I get it back Bout a week in half later. I take it home and not more than 10 days later my car is back in there shop. Yet with no rental and no answers as to whats going on or when my cat will be ready again. This is sad and I fell like this dealership will lie and take advantage of you ever chance they get especially if your a female. And if you speak up for your SELF and stand your ground their service people tell you to clam down and be rude. Yes, they have my car now. But once i get it back I will not be going to them NO MORE. They are the worse.... I would not recommend you buy a car from them or have them work on your vehicle. All they do is send it out. Its not like they actually doing the work another place is. Dont buy from here save yourself some stress and the headache. Its not worth itI brought my car a 2016 Trax with 28,000 miles on it, and Im only at 39,100 miles and every issues has not been from wear and tear. They should of fixed all they and sold me a car that ran properly and with eveything I asked for and not lied to me about itAGAIN DONT BUY FROM THEM ITS A SCAMYes, Im filing a complaint with the BBB and FTC. Ive also called their corporate office in Tennessee and filed a formal complaint.Im not a satisfied or happy customer and I pay way to much money for me not to have my car or another car. This is not right nor fair
