Don’t make a reservation for a balloon ride unless you’re very very flexible on when you can do it. The planets have to align for the weather to be right before they’ll go up. I tried for a week to fly and even got told to drive to Rochester from La Crosse, wait around for a little over an hour and then told we couldn’t do it that day after all. Unless you live in Rochester or close to it, prepare to waste some time driving back and forth. I asked for my money back. Don’t waste yours.

Set up a hot air balloon trip several years ago and it was too windy on the days we were available. We paid in advance to hold our spot. We tried to reschedule several times but they could not make it work. Tried again the following two years to call and set something up but they never followed up to get us on their schedule.
