Who doesnt love bath and body works. Love the sales and fragrances are so nice. I get so many compliments when I wear the lotion.

I always get the foam soaps, wallflowers and antibacterial gel. I love that they have sprays now!!! The greeter was friendly. The cashier was very manilla but whatever.

I am a Canadian, but we have family in the Rochester area. When we visited, they still carry a brand of soaps I can never find in Canada (c.o. bigelow)! So awesome! The staff were really friendly and helped me throughout the visit.Guess who broke the bank buying all the peppermint scrubby soap bars she could carry...this minty fresh girl.

Love my bath and body works. They have different kinds of fragrances and there are a few that I just love because they are very mild and smell oh so good. I have allergys so I have to watch what I buy. Little costly but it lasts long time and they have buy two get one free. The store look so pretty when you go in and smell so good. They sell candles and others things. When I first went in this store they had one at Greece ridge mall and the store wasnt big at all and it was super packed. Women was buying like crazy and I was too. I dont know what I would do if they ever closed

Just called the Westgate location and spoke with some rude little girl (I was caught so off guard i didnt catch her name). I was looking for a specific scent to save myself an unnecessary trip, expecting the associate on the other end to put me on hold and check for it. Instead got the response we have a lot of specific scents and that I would need to come in and check myself. Disappointing as I love the location and have never had an issue at this location. Must be a new employee.

I ordered Forever Red the set, Moonlight Path the set, and Cashmere Glow Lotion. They have a great Sale going on this month. Love the deals.

They had a Black Friday sale buy 3 get 3 free it made it very easy to buy what I needed for my raffle...

Staff was helpful. The issue I had was that the fact that they had the 3 wick candles on sale for $8.95 with a limit of 15 per customer and they bent the rules for one woman. She told someone behind her that she had 200 candles in the back and had another 42 in front of her and she was going to be a while. She was also doing all separate transactions and had coupons as well. By doing so she shut down a lane for check out when there was 3. That left 2 registers open with a line of customers going out the door. When an employee said there was another lane open I told her what was going on and she laughed it off. I dont think it was fair for that woman to be allowed to bend the rules that way in the middle of a busy sale day when the store was already congested as it was. She should have been the first or last customer of the day of she was going to do something like that.

EMPLOYEE WAS VERY RUDE SHE WAS GIVING ME DIRTY LOOKS AND SHE LOOKED AT THE OTHER EMPLOYEE MAKING A FACE JUST BECAUSE I WAS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH MY CARD..SHE SAID MY CARD DECLINED AND THAT I WASNT CHARGED SO I USED A DIFFERENT CARD AND THEN AFTER LEAVING THE STORE I NOTICED I WAS CHARGED ON BOTH CARDS! SO I HAD TO GO BACK TO THE STORE THE NEXT DAY TO GET A REFUND ON MY FIRST CARD I USED SO I TOLD THE GIRL AT THE REGISTER THAT I WAS CHARGED ON BOTH CARDS AND DID MENTION THE EMPLOYEE WAS BEING RUDE SHE SAID SORRY ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED SHE WAS NICE AND WHILE I WAS TALKING TO HER THE MANAGER WAS RIGHT THERE SHE DIDNT CARE SHE DIDNT EVEN BOTHER SAYING ANYTHING??!! I DONT KNOW WHO PUT HER THERE AS A MANAGER BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY SHE ISNT ACTING LIKE A MANAGER SHOULD ANYWAYS THE GIRL AT THE REGISTER TOLD ME I HAD TO CALL THE COMPANY AND SO ON IT TOOK ME LIKE TWO WEEKS TO GET MY MONEY BACK!! I AM NOT SHOPPING FROM THIS LOCATION EVER AGAINNNNN!!!
