We purchased a 2021 Yamaha Jet Boat from River Valley Marine. Andrew, our salesman, was so knowledgeable and friendly to work with. He even gave us his personal number, if we had questions later on our new boat. He thoroughly went through all the details on operating and maintaining the boat. Make sure to ask for Andrew when you’re boat shopping but I’m sure the entire sale staff is great. The dealership was very accommodating to us and even delivered it to our home, which is over an hour away. We’re eager to get it on the water. We just purchased a 2005 Mariah SX18 from Andrew. We are so excited! The buying process was simple and mostly hassle free. One small mechanical defect from previous owner. Had to wait about 2 weeks for service, which wasnt terrible considering its the beginning of boating season and Memorial Day Weekend. Boat was out of the shop a day earlier than promised as well!

Actually Zero Stars in my opinion. Down payment on a new Yamaha boat was given in Jan of 2021 with the communication we had the “last” one coming from the factory. I was told we would have a Vin# by March and boat would arrive in May. The receipt for the down payment was very vague and nothing solid in writing which didn’t give us a warm and fuzzy. Lack of communication on their part and every-time I reached out for an update my sales person was always out of the office and unable to provide concrete info. Always stated he would call me back once he was back in the office which never happened. Arrival date has now been changed to mid July and we said enough. We get it there are a lot of ever changing events (Covid,Texas Freeze etc). Just be honest and communicate that. Additionally they are taking deposits for 2022 boats that haven’t even been produced yet. Do your research and join some yamaha boat clubs on Facebook. Everyone is experiencing the same junk. Still waiting on our refund and no communication back. There are other locations that are more transparent. Good luck moving forward with this location.

Decent selection. However, we were shopping for a new pontoon and motor on 12-18-2020. We were the only customers in the store but no one made much effort to help us. Once we were helped it was a mediocre sales effort at best. Just asking if they sold used pontoon trailers since it is only used twice a season seemed to touch a nerve with the sales guy. A simple No we dont, but this is what we carry. would suffice. No effort before a sale does not bode well for how things might go once the purchase is made. We will be purchasing a boat this week, but it will be elsewhere. UPDATE: Bought a new boat, new motor, and trailer ELSEWHERE a week later. Mgmt: if I owned the place Id can everyone working that day. They cost you $40k. Got the new boat, new motor, trailer, and receipts to prove it.

Had the bunks replaced on our pontoon trailer as they had all rotted. We dropped it off on Monday and they had it all repaired by Tuesday morning. They did a good job & the labor was reasonable.

Looking at purchasing a new yamaha boat. They are 7000 dollars more than several other dealers. Because the yamaha manufacture is closed they are taking advantage of this. Make sure you look at other dealers before you purchase anything from them.
