I went in to the shop and had no idea what ball to purchase The pro in there helped me choose the perfect ball “pun intended”. After he watched me roll the ball for a mere 3 games he suggested the ball that I threw a 300 w right out of the box. Great customer service. Rich will be there person drilling all of my equipment going forward! I used to get bad calluses all the time when drilled by other people. Now the ball comes off my hand clean with no after effects of having bowled. Rich is also quite knowledgeable about my shot and the equipment I use.
