Highly recommend. I would recommend this small dealership any day, they are so kind and honest. They let us take the vehicle to our mechanic. They gave us time to look the car over and talk about it.The sales ladies were very sweet, they offered us drinks and even told us we can stay for lunch. I am so happy to have finally found a good car and proud to have bought it from a family owned dealership.

Buyer beware! Im beyond disappointed with this dealership. Repulsed is a better term. My son and I drove down to look at what was described as clean, and very good condition 2000 Pontiac Bonneville with only 75k miles Probably best the country as the sales lady said upon arrival. Lies!!!!! Yes, the body was in immaculate shape per the photos, and the interior was well above average for a 20 going on 21 yer old car. That is were the truth stopped. They claimed that the car had been inspected prior to being put on the lot, yet they couldnt provide any paper work showing that, the tires had dry rot, brake pads, rotors, and brake lines were all in need of imediate work, the back windows did not roll down, coolant reservoir had sludge on the sides, and was well below the cold level mark, even after idling for 20 minutes. Also zero change after the test drive of another 20 minutes. The oil pressure gauge also had a severe drop in pressure when coming to a complete stop. There was also a pool of oil under the engine cover. Best guess from the three mechanic friends I phoned and sent photos to was a bad gasket on the intake or valve covers. That being said all of these wouldve still been acceptable if they were honest, and had not priced this car $800 above the highest value that facebook estimates this car being worth in perfect condition. $600-700 for tires, $400-$500 for breaks, $300-$500 for gasket work, $75-$150 to fix the windows. The last straw was while on the phone with my mechanic they deployed once the oldest tricks in the book. A lady came out of the office and asked the sales lady if we were serious buyers, because they had someone else on the phone interested. I said we can leave now, no no no no she responds we just need to know what to tell the person on the phone. Bull SH*T!!!! Any decent car salesman would tell them someone is looking at it right now, if they pass ill give you a call. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!! Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We came with cash in hand to buy this car, but because of their shifty tactics, and dishonesty we walked. We did however buy from a more reputable dealer that same day. One with integrity, and paper work to back up their claims. Shame on you guys.

The employee was very nice great service but the van I bought needs a transmission I feel like she knew that already Ill post again and let yall no what they do about it Monday cuz it was closed Sunday I bought the van Saturday I feel so stupidWell I went back to Mirza the people bent over to help with problem I was having so now Im taking a long trip lets how goesI was told I could go anywhere in the us so Im testing it out

**Updated my review after response from owner** June 5, 2021...We bought a 2010 Subaru Legacy for our 16-year-old son here in September, 2020. We put more money into fixing this car than we paid for the car. My husband and I both spoke to them personally about the issues, but since the cars are sold AS IS, there wasn’t anything they could do. It was our mistake that we didn’t take it to a mechanic to look it over first, but unfortunately I trusted these people because they are a small, family-owned business, and I took their word for it that the car was in good, working condition. We paid well over 2K than they paid for it, which was close to 5K, and we paid an additional $6,557 more in issue after issue with this vehicle. We put the money into it, because we didn’t want to turn around and sell it to someone else knowing it had all of these mechanical issues. I’ve NEVER had so many issues with any car I’ve owned in the past. So maddening. I understand that it’s the luck of the draw sometimes when you’re buying a used vehicle, but I would never personally buy a vehicle from here again because like I said previously, I’ve NEVER had THIS MANY issues with a used vehicle before, and I’ve owned many in my 50 years on this earth. It’s also very unfortunate that my son has to pay us back monthly for this vehicle. What a terrible first car for him this one turned out to be.

I was looking for a Ford Escape, or a Mercury Mariner, which is the same vehicle with a different trim package. I checked out dozens of cars, from dozens of different dealerships, as well as private parties. A lot of other used car dealerships were trying to scam me with either a doctored up carfax, or collision that was not reported, or an odometer that was set back, all kinds of stuff. When I showed up at Mirza I was a little skeptical at first but I took the Ford Escape I purchased on a test drive, and looked it over carefully and it was in really great shape. Also they had the carfax report out so I could inspect that as well. Im really happy with my purchase, and really happy that I could help support this great family owned business. I brought my teenage son here to buy his 1st car he had saved up for. This was probably the 5th dealership we had ended up at in our search amid a currently very-fast-moving used-car market!We had a wonderful and delightful experience at Mirza Auto, working with Mr. Mirza and Shireene, all the way from the initial warm & cheeful greeting until the final minute sale details. They were always helpful but never pushy, were accomodating, knowledgeable, and patient. It was clear too that they believe in doing the right thing, being fair, and taking pride in working reputably through the used car process. Honest, down-to-earth, authentic. ❤️They encouraged us to have it inspected by a mechanic of our choice, as we all know that second-hand vehicles unfortunately always have a little something wrong with them. Something was discovered, and they made it right. 👍🏼 🤝Dont come expecting fancy and lots of frills - more importantly it is friendly, clean, quaint, and pleasant! Its a nice little shop, and the CARS on the lot were clean too - my son & I had previously come across some SUPER scuzzy & barely-cleaned interiors at some other dealerships. Not here. 👍🏼Shireene had everything all lined up and made the paperwork-process tremendously easy, and it was fun talking with the lovely Mirza family while the details and signatures and documents were all worked through.Next time Im in the market for a used vehicle, Ill be back here. I was a bout to purchase a vehicle from this auto dealership. I am in the cities I was willing to drive out of my way to Rochester to take a look at one of their vehicles in inventory since the vehicle I was looking at was a good price. I called in I spoke to a lady who was very rude. I had a few questions regarding the vehicle and she was very short with me unkind. She told me they dont offer carfax reports on their vehicles which is a red flag. She then hung up the phone on me...SO glad I called in before I made a trip!

Fraud! Last week they sold my 16 year old daughter her first car and we got sick driving it home from exhaust leaks. We were from 2 hours away and when my BF went to test drive it the engine light came on. Was told it was a O2 sensor by THEIR guy who worked there and it was a $30.00 part after plugging it in. When I brought it to their attention yesterday via messenger they went and deleted the post completely and never responded. They told my BF I should have let my mechanic look at it and too bad. Their mechanic looked at it! They lied and sold a dangerous car to my daughter! We were half way home when lights and bells started going crazy on it. The few times we drove it after we got sick. I understand it was used but a dangerous car should never have been sold without informing the buyer what was wrong. Our mechanic said they covered up the damage enough to drive it off lot. Please look at what the estimate says and know this is what you are getting. I need to now hire a auto lawyer now because this car could have knocked us out while driving it! Stay away from this dishonest dealership.Update: The response is so false and so disappointing. I have screened shot our entire conversation where they accepted my offer before driving there and was never offered a discount after THEIR cleared code came back up. I have now had 2 mechanics that have looked at it and have said work was done, codes were cleared to sell this car and it never should never have been sold and to get a lawyer. Good thing too since there response to us was to get a lawyer and that they will not deal with us. I have never ever had experiences such a crooked, dishonest and lying dealership before. They told my 16 year old daughter congratulations and shook our hands before leaving. When they stated their mechanics are not legit or certified mechanics they are right! The ones who look at their cars should never be allowed to offer up any sort of service advice. Horrible and I advise you all to search elsewhere. This is such a sad first car experience for my daughter and the guilt I feel is tremendous yet they have none!Also what a coincidence several reviews after this one that suddenly popped up with great experiences. Terrible service, they told me the car worked perfect but turns out there is an exhaust leak, broken strut, needs ball joints and a co2 sensor. They refuse to fix the car or help pay for it! I will never come back.

Bought my wife a GMC from Mirza and his daughter about 3 weeks ago and found out it was leaking coolant a week later, I called and they got back to me the next day and had their mechanic look at it and replace the hose and clamp- THEY DIDNT HAVE TO BUT THEY DID IT!!! I couldnt be happier with my purchase!!! I highly recommend working with this family because honestly everytime I call or email them i get nothing but a welcoming voice and always asking me to stop by and say hi when im in town and I WILL everytime Im in Rochester!!

Family owned business went completely out of there way and took time away from family to make sure mine was taken care of. Easily worked out a price on a great car would recommend and buy again anytime, even if that means driving out of state again.
