Great experience! When my wifes Galaxy S9 got smashed, every other phone repair ship told me that without a functioning screen, there was no way to salvage the gigabytes of data from it. I was panicking. But when I called Cellular Sales Smartphone Repair, they instantly set my mind at ease. They salvaged everything we needed, and were helpful and professional at every turn.

I took my Samsung Note 10+ in for repair. I am satisfied with the service and repair. Adrian was very helpful and explained everything that would be involved with the repair. Made sure my phone had been backed up. Explained warranty and answered my questions. Excellent Customer Service! There is a cost, but I like my phone and didnt want to have to buy a new one.

My phone was going through so many issues and Adrian really took care of me. The process took a few days but he was very responsive, helpful, professional and extremely nice! He made the experience so pleasant and you can tell he really loves what he does. He made sure that everything was right for me from beginning to the end! I highly recommend this place and Adrian!

I dropped my phone and broke the glass. I first took it to the Verizon down the street and they recommended the store at Culver and University. I thought about maybe upgrading to the iPhone 12 but decided to get the screen fixed. Grant was so helpful and friendly and told me the cost and to come back in an hour and it would be fixed. I did and there it was. He also helped pick out a new case and recommended a Gorilla Glass that i could get on Amazon since they were all out. He also told me he’d put the Gorilla glass on free if i had trouble. Thanks Grant for excellent customer service!

Absolutely great experience in every way. My iPhone needed a new battery (no big deal, true, but...) - rather than having to drive to heck and gone out to Eastview Mall to go to the Apple Store (and get charged ye-gods-knows-what...), I could walk over to Cellular Sales, drop off my phone, go to the gym, and return to have it waiting for me, good (maybe better!) than new. :) The people who work there are friendly, personable, know their stuff. They’re efficient but not rush-y, and they don’t talk down to you (even if you’re a kooky old woman). And not just me; I witnessed the way they interacted with a few other folks, and really liked what I saw/heard. I just wish they did laptops too! LOLSeriously, this place is great. Your phone needs something, go there.

I had an issue where the bottom half of my iPhone 7 Plus screen stopped working. I took it in and they had my phone back up and running as good as new the next morning. The staff is knowledgable, extremely polite and very forthcoming about potential problems and costs associated with your repair. Their estimates and repairs have been spot on each time. I have dealt with Grant in my two visits (a shattered screen last summer) and he has been really great to work with. At the current rising costs of new phones, a great phone repair spot in a rare and invaluable resource to have, and this is the one place that I trust for honest, reliable work, and a great experience. Theyre on par with finding a great mechanic these days.You have to walk through a Verizon store full of suits to get to it, but its well worth that gauntlet.

I experienced courteous and prompt service. There was an appointment available the same day, and the service took a couple hours at most. I had my phone battery replaced, and I am pleased with the improvement in battery life. The customer service deserves 5 stars. Removing the screen and reinstalling resulted in some minor cosmetic damage to the chassis, as well as a small bit of visible adhesive residue. However, I will take that as a trade off for being able to get more mileage out of my 4 year old phone. The price was fair. Overall, 4.5 stars, so I rounded up.

I was happy until yesterday. I had an iPhone screen replaced in August. Service quick and friendly. I dropped my phone yesterday-it had otter box case. Picked it up, dead. Went to another place in Henrietta as close by. The serviceman opened phone, it was NOT properly put back together or sealed. He quickly repaired. NO charge. Never again.

Great repair techs. Thought the issue my phone had was a lot worse than it was. They diagnosed it and were able to fix it really quick. I was thinking it was going to be a more costly repair but they were straight up and honest about the issue.

My Iphone 8+ was working sub-par, the battery needed to be charged 2x day and the lighting connector was not responding, I was unable to use Apple Car Play in my Honda. I called in the shop last Thursday inquiring about their services, I the vibe was friendly, welcoming and competent.Last Saturday, I finally got around to bringing in my phone. I met with Grant, friendly and ready to fix my phone. Told him about the two issues, then takes his tweezers, goes into the lighting connector and pulls out two 1cm lint buggers (sorry best word i could find), tests the phone and states all is well.He then assessed the battery and determined it was close for a replacement. The battery was at 83% and he said they normally change the battery when its at 80%, I was ready for a new battery and told him to replace it.Grant had the whole thing done in about 2 hours, he exceeded my expectations since he was alone and 3 other jobs were before mine. All went well and my phone is working like new, feels great to use Apple Car Play again.Last but not least, in this world of COVID-19, Grant and the other people in the store wore masks, and used social distancing. Only one customer at a time was allowed into the service center.

I finally found a local company that can fix phones. The techs are very knowledgeable and seem to be well skilled. I took 2 iPhones to get repaired. The first they took care of but couldnt fix the second. They tried a few things that didnt fix it but it pointed to an internal board issue. They pointed me to a final option for repair but I choose to just let it go. They didnt charge me for the attempted work on the second phone even though they did quite a bit off testing. I am very pleased with the work they did and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was stressed out about my Galaxy glitching out and dying on me, so I stopped in and in a matter of just a couple minutes they diagnosed it as a fried battery. In under an hour they replaced the battery and re-sealed the phone. What a relief! Great job, reasonable timeframe, and reasonable cost.

The LCD broke on our iP7, and for a while I entertained completing the repairs myself. After a little Googling and finding the store, I was able to make an appointment through their website and have the repairs completed the same day. Parts were in stock, and the repair took less than an hour. This was much less frustrating than attempting it myself. Any possible issues were explained before work started (the phone was bent a bit, too).Would go back again for any phone repair issues.

Fixed my phone. But honestly, it had many more problems after they fixed it. It was obvious they were issues from the phone being opened but not reassembled properly. To be fair, the offered to fix it, but I dont live anywhere near there and I would have had to mail them my phone for a week. I just couldnt do that.

Very trustworthy. When my Google pixels chargeport and loud speaker stopped working, he said that he would see what repairs needed to be done and if he needed to replace the parts, which would be $150 total. When i called two hours later he said that some sort of wire and just come unglued, and all he had done was replace that wire and reglued it. Charged me $50 for the part and service, but he could have told me he had replaced the chargeport and speaker and charged me the 150 and i would have never known.
