We changed to AT&T due to the reason that we had T-Mobile and had no coverage whenever we traveled. The folks at the store were extremely friendly and very helpful we went to the store at Ridge cover Plaza not crowded which is a real plus

I have never had such a great experience with service in my life. Over the course of many visits in the past few days, I delt with 3 different people and they were all extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and patient and I tested there patience with my lack of understanding.They deserve a big recognition from AT&T.A BIG THANK YOU TO SOME GREAT PEOPLE 👍

Yesterday was the first great experience I ever had at AT&T her name was Sarah she was sooo sweet and very patient with all her customers and made sure she helped everyone fast but got the problems solve she was amazing!

Thinking of upgrading and the person I spoke to gave me options and explained how to go about it.

I recently went to this store to get a new phone. Darren helped me with everything I needed. Answered all my questions. And gave me a great deal.Darren was also patient and helpful. He setup my new phone. Even let me go run an errand because the process was a bit more tedious. But he did everything.I also watched his associate help a person who knew little English. Darren’s associate was also extremely patient and helpful. Answered all the new customers questions with a positive attitude. Never once seemed frustrated or annoyed.Would definitely recommend checking this store out!

Carlton over at AT&T in Irondequoit is amazing. Very helpful and INFORMATIVE. He’s a quick thinker. He was also very kind and patient with my mother after having to come in multiple times over a course of a week or more. Definitely ask for Carlton when you stop in!

There aren’t any phones on display. Not even a list of available phones. The store clerks does not list the options of phones they have. The service took longer then it should have. The chairs are highly uncomfortable for the amount of time that it takes. Too many unnecessary fees.

I needed a new updated phone (to replace a flip phone) but did not want one with bells and whistles I would not use. Michael sold me one that would suit my needs without trying to push a more expensive model. Both employees were very pleasant and helpful. I recommend this location very highly.

I had a very bad experience at the ATT Store in Culver Ridge Plaza. Staff members were unfriendly and hanging around talking. The Manager of the store, Carlton was so rude and unhelpful that he ordered me out of the store and I was told never to return or he would call the police on me for trespassing. I have been with ATT for 20 years and never experienced such harassment and inexperienced young workers! Will never go back to that store. Also reported him to Corporate office and had to call the police because Carlton was walking towards me to kick me out of the store. I’m 60 years old and to be treated this way was unacceptable!

Antonio gave me the BEST service from AT&T I have EVER experienced! And his manager Michael was also knowledgeable and conscientious and SO helpful! I don’t know how I have EVER managed until today, they were AMAZING and I could not recommend these employees anymore. They changed my whole life :)

Poor customer service, after years of service and several upgrades was pushed off and told because my current month bill wasn’t current I couldn’t upgrade when upgrade was put in a month earlier on preorder which was never put in as a preorder because they had no recollection of it, called a month later and was told will receive call back in 10 mins never received call back I called several hours later was told sorry will call back mgr was busy never got call back stopped into store same day was told sorry because your current bill isn’t current we can’t place preorder that was placed a month ago

Not a great selection of phones, needs a little updating and cleaning but staff was nice. Ended up ordering a new phone online to get the one I wanted cause I wasnt in a rush. Way cheeper as well.

I am very dissatisfied with this outlet. I bought my new iPhone 11 there last November on the strength of their telling me I would have a lower monthly charge which turned out not to be true. I am also dissatisfied with AT&T and as soon as things get back to normal will be changing my carrier. At the moment I am not getting the internet service I am paying for. On my third trip to the store in the last three weeks to discover why I am not getting internet service they finally told me I need unlimited data - which of course they had not told me when I got the phone. They then said I should call 611. I did and was told that I had used up my 2 GIG data allotment for the month but that it would be replenished yesterday for the new pay period. That has turned out not to be true. I am still getting no service. You might want to look into this . . .

I had worked a long day and walked in at 7:45. The sales associate was already taking care of 4 other people and stayed late to help me get a new phone and get all set up. He got everyone out of the store within a timely fashion and I reccomend this store 100%.

The entire team was great. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to help me with my phones and I signed up for this awesome Directv service which I love. The manager there was awesome as well and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Definitely shopping there again

I had such a great experience with this store! All of the staff were super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They took their time with me and explained the answers to any question I had in a way to where I actually felt like I learned something new about my phone! I would definitely be going back to this AT&T when I need something and recommend others to do the same :)

Literally just walked in with my husband to upgrade our phones while some employee dressed like hes hungover was somewhat politely disagreeing with a customer and a customer service representative via speaker phone. The weather is pretty bad so we werent surprised we were the only other ones in there. Clearly the employee couldnt wrap his head around it though because we werent acknowledged once. After about ten minutes we decided wed rather just drive out to the Webster store in the middle of a snow storm than deal with this location.

Came here after dealing with problems at the Dewey location. I was helped by a woman named Carli. She took care of my problem in about 5 minutes was very understanding and patient with me. Great worker. Will be coming to the location ONLY from now on. Its worth the drive. Thanks

My grandmother went in to the store because her phone died and she needed a new one asap because she has a lot of medical conditions including she wears an oxygen tank at all times. They gave her a hard time because she had a payment arrangement toward the bill and would not work out a deal to get a phone. The customer service here is horrible!

Let me start by saying I hate shopping and hate shopping for phones even more. However after lsst friday, This is now the only store I will go to or recommend to anyone looking for a phone. My sales rep was a guy who had only been there for 3 days after coming from the Greece store and he went above and beyond to help us get the best deals and phones, he even stayed an hour late to help us and never complained once! Between our sales rep and the assistant manager I could of asked for a better team. Thank you for everything guys! Sincerely, Tomah & Annie
