The staff at this metro location are always so friendly and helpful. It’s great to be serviced by someone who acts like their happy to be at work! I work construction and keep my phone in my pocket at times. Unbeknownst to me my battery port was cluttered with debris and stopped my phone from charging. Instead of being a sales man and offer me a new charger cord or something like that, the gentleman clean my phone for me plugged it in and BAM! Like magic! Thank you so much Metro Staff!!!

Bought a phone, rep bent it, trying to put it on... It didnt fit right now, called they offered to replace it for free when ever I come in. Ill be going in probably tomorrow.

I am sitting at this metro pcs right now. I got jere at 8:50 because its suppose to open at 9. Its 9:33 and still no one is in there. I suggest if your going in the morning call nefore you go. Hopefully google will update the hours i suggested.
