Very nice place to go for your tech needs. Staff was very helpful and professional with getting my mom and I set up with new phones. Everything was done easily and efficiently and we were out in less than an hour. Great Verizon location when lots of them are sub par.

Great costumer service. Anthony Petruzzo was very helpful when we ran into a few issues when upgrading to new phones. He went above and beyond to make sure we got a good deal. All the employees were kind and knowledgeable; they took the time to make sure we were well taken care of.

Go to a verizon store not wireless zone.Walked into this store. I bought a new phone. Javon j was the sales person he seemed pretty knowledgeable (seemed). I asked if the promotion for $200 was still valid. He said yes you will not get the $200 gift card but it will be a bill credit to your Verizon account. So I bought $800 phone. The work I do requires good internet service so. He grabbed a hum plus and told me I would have a wifi hotspot in my car and the device is free ( but I was charged $54 unknowingly).After he came to my car to show me where I need to plug it in. He plugged it in. I asked him how can I see if I am connected and he said I need to set it up online. I go back a week later not even realizing the device does not have the hotspot option. And I ask him about the $200 bill credit. He said you will see the bill credit in one to two billing cycles. I asked do you have any information showing me what your saying is true he said no you will see it online. I went back home and found out online the hum plus does not have wifi option... it is the hum x that has the wifi option Javon is the one who grabbed it off the shelf and told me about it. So the next day I went in. (David k) manager said I would need to pay restocking fee.He refunded me $54 and he did not make me pay restocking fee. $200 bill credit was discussed he told me to go home give him a call about it because he was busy. I called him up I spent 27 mins on the phone just for him to find out the $200 offer was expired 4 days before I even purchased the phone. He transferred me to Javon the sales associate. He 1st denied that he told me that then I said I just asked you the other day and you said 1 to two billing cycles I would get it. Then he apologized and said Im sorry I will take full responsibility for this. I said what does that mean? I said you should pay me $200 for your mistake because thats what it cost me. He said Im sorry thats not how this works. This incident happened 1 year ago from today and I got screwed bc this guys mistakes. So dont believe the reply comment from the area manager or wireless zone manager underneath this negative comment. They need to reply so they still look good but nothing was taken care of except the hum refund. I will attach a screenshot showing my time on the phone with wireless zone so people will not think i am exaggerating or bsing about this incident. Go to a Verizon store not here. This review was made possible because of the corona virus I normally would have better things to do then write a review. Thats why it took me 1 year.

Waited half an hour for the worker to help someone who came in after us. Only one person was working during a trade in promotion.When we spoke up we were told we were in the wrong. We left without buying anything. Go somewhere else and dont waste your time.

Once again Verizon in Chili has always been patience and helpful to all my Samsung phone and iPad questions. Tony helped me through some issues with signing on to Zoom & Message today. He was professional and friendly. Glad to hear Verizon is moving just across the street and not closing. Great service always.

GO TO ACTUAL VERIZON STORE NOT THIS AUTHORIZED USER!!!My fiancé worked with Anthony Louis Petruzzo (and I include his middle name because he childishly told me to “be sure you get that” when I said I would be following up on my concern) to buy an Apple Watch. There were so many unauthorized charges to the account (i.e. Disney Plus, total protection plan) that we went in to speak with Anthony who advised we speak with Verizon as he “didn’t know why”. In speaking with Verizon, they said the store was only an authorized user and not A cooperate store therefore they couldn’t assist. We called and spoke with Anthony who was of no assist, he was unprofessional and rude beyond measure. He was of no help.Thankfully (eventually) Verizon Cooperate was able to clean up Anthony’s mess.Complaint pending with BBB.Also, not all employees wore mask.

Totally scammed me, I had issues with my Samsung Galaxy 8+ took it in they looked at it told me it was not repairable! Sold me a lower model phone that wasnt compatible with my medical devices! After I expressed the need for that, took my new phone home did 2 minutes of research on YouTube that I couldnt do with my Samsung Galaxy because the phone went black, found out it was fixable!! With very little difficulty plus the new phone couldnt be transferred over completely so all photos were gone! Just contact info was transferred! So I brought back the new phone the very nexted day and the manager still charged me the unboxing fee of after taxes $60+ !! In fact I called and told the store the very same day honestly 20 minutes after leaving the store! Scam scam scam plus lies lies lies I will NEVER shop there again EVER

Wish I could drop 10 stars. Dave kuntz is the best service representative I’ve ever dealt with. Professional, informative, and helpful. Dave’s attitude is the embodiment of “how can I help you”. I highly recommend this location, remember to call ahead and ask for Dave. Shopping at this location is convenient and Dave solves any problems related to your phone, plan, accessories, etc.

Went here to upgrade 2 phones on my plan, and was then met with over $100 in fees on my next bill that was not told to me, and the person working signed up both devices for a $15/month protection plan, without even mentioning it. The person working there was very nice and helpful other than them not mentioning the flurry of fees on my next bill and signing me up for a service and not saying anything.

As much as I hate having to go get a new phone this was as pleasant an experience as you can possibly get. The gentleman who helped me was fun to talk to and very informed on his product. Im sure he upsold me a bit but I cant blame him for that. He was able to transfer all my info from one phone to the other...even copied the background photo I have.

I want to thank Nick so very much for his incredible help when I came in at the end of a very busy day at the Verizon store. My phone had frozen on the same day that I was dealing with the death of a close family member and being without communication was terrible. Nick was very respectful, kind, and helpful as he guided me in choosing a new phone and dealing with all the troubles my old phone and transfers presented. His patience and empathetic attitude as he stayed late to help me was appreciated beyond what words can express. Ive been very happy with the phone he helped me choose and how its worked for me even during this stressful time.

Great service, very down to earth employee. I think this store gets hate because the employees (at least the one I dealt with) doesnt act like a robot Lile at other stores. This dude was pretty chill and acted like an actual person. Very helpful and fixed my weird problem with my phone.

This store frustrated me so I left a poor review. I wish to change that. Theyre great at selling, if you need a new phone theyre informative and kind. Theyll get you set up and ready to go. So why did I leave a one star review? Its because when I had a problem with my phone a week later they werent interested in helping. To despite the fact I payed for the insurance they attempted to tell me it would do me no good. They tried to convince me that I should buy yet another new phone. And it worked, I was convinced I needed a new phone and wasted money on the insurance. Luckily I didnt have enough money for a new phone that day so I called Verizon to activate an old back up phone I had. The Verizon representative informed me that I had insurance on the phone and could get a whole new one at a fraction of the cost. When I told them the people at the Verizon store had said that it would cost just as much the Verizon representative informed me about how notoriously shady Verizon franchise stores are. He then advised me to never deal with one again. And I havent since. Im sure theyre good people and they do know their tech. But in my experience, and from what Ive come to understand from Verizon itself, they have no interest nor training when it comes to helping you beyond selling you the latest phone and accessories.

The Wireless Zone representative, Chris, who helped me was very knowledgeable about the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and Google Pixel 3 XL smartphones. With his help, I made the decision to purchase the Google Pixel 3 XL and the Black Friday Accessory Package. He quickly transferred my information from my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 to the new Google Pixel 3 XL. Everything transferred without issue except my Calendar. This was due to the fact that the Calendar app on the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 was proprietary to that phone. Other than that small inconvenience, the transaction went without a hitch. I am thrilled with the purchase of the new Google Pixel 3 XL and am certain that the Wireless Zone will be there for my future needs.

Bought multiple phones from this store about a year ago. I asked for insurance on my phone and my receipt showed that I was enrolled in the insurance plan. Today the screen on my phone broke. When I called to get the phone replaced I was told I did not have insurance. I called the store and was told that it was their mistake because they never got the insurance on the phones even though the invoice said I had asked for insurance. I talked with the manager who kept apologizing but refused to help me out. I am having to pay out of pocket to get me screen fixed. Never going back to this store again.
