Even though I enjoyed the experience of shopping there at Ocean State Job Lot because they do have a lot to pick from, I was a bit disgruntled leaving the store and noticing on my receipt I was overcharged on something. I immediately walked over to the service desk and the woman there said I had to get back in line which there were at least six people in line to get my couple of bucks back, instead of calling for a supervisor to take care of the situation. I just said never mind, because I had to get back to work but dont like the fact that I lost out on my own cash back.

I like Ocean Job lot in both in Rochester and Portsmouth. I particularly like the registering your phone number for a frequent customer reward and it also helps with exchanges and returns.Ill give it 4 out of 5.

Everytime I come here I end up buying way more than what I plan on buying. That have a little bit of everything and with the prices and the perks you get having their reward card you cant go wrong. If you shop here definitely sign up for their rewards program. Some of the deals are crazy!!

It was excellent shopping 🛍 there plus ➕ a 40% discount. Found every thing I was looking for for less than Wal-Mart.

People talk up this OSJL a lot and it was just fine. I like the one in Stratham better myself.

Laid back environment,basic find it yourself store.If you dont like being haggled while shopping a deff go for it.Sometimes see things you may not even think you know you need for cheap so worth a quick walk up and down the aisles to see what catches your eye

I only needed to pick up envelopes but ended up leaving with several items. The sale prices were great and they had plenty of them items. Adrian was extremely helpful as well.

While the store was a bit crowded, we waded through wearing masks and looking like holiday bandits. It was clean and well managed. Price of the day seemed to range $12-20 so very affordable. Big shout out for their donation project to our local food bank. Checkout well managed with social distancing. Great experience!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I had received while shopping their Rochester, nh location. I came in to purchase some large furniture that I needed to pick up the following day which the assistant manager, Candace was fine with. When I came the next day they loaded everything into my truck hiding a huge dent. It wasnt until I got home that I had noticed. I called and asked them to have one waiting for me. I spoke with Candace once again. All she had to say is it will be UK p front. When I got there I was told by a clerk its over there. I didnt receive any apology, no manager came to speak to me, not anything. They didnt ever bring it out to my car. Absolutely the worst customer service. I will make sure others know

Went to the store looking for a specific item and cashier was able to help me just as I entered the store. Didnt have to search all over creation. Very friendly cashier.

A list. Four items. Found 20. However, the 40% return in the form of a gift card, simply tops the list!

I have never been to an Ocean State Jib Lots. I knew what to expect but was still impressed with the lay out and selection. Not everything was off brand. They are really responsive to the new way of shopping in the Covid era.

Hits a hit or miss kind of store but I always check for a change to save some. But if you see something today get it because tomorrow it may be gone and they have no way to know when more will come in

This store is absolutely amazing. I went in to go find rubber gloves because I am a personal care assistant homeaid worker, the company I work for did not have gloves to give to the workers so I went out in search of gloves and I was able to buy 5 boxes Im gloves a huge thing of hand sanitizer that cost me $80 and I also got a hazmat suit for $5!!!!!!
