My boyfriend went in for me and automatically was disrespected and judged. Just like many others in the reviews. He was framed to make it look like he was a fraud, and wanted cash up front which is not what happened at all. This place has NO integrity OR customer service skills. These are consignment shops that are ruining the resell businesses. Never again will we try coming here again. Mind you- I had ALL the paper work and ALL the boxes, duster bags, receipts that PROVES my bags are 100% AUTHENTIC. NO FAKES OVER HERE! Take this and learn from it. This business will not go far the way they act toward customers and product. Good luck to who ever tries to go in next! I would give negative stars if I could! And even if the associate was putting up a window banner, they should always continue to exceed the customers expectations and stop what they’re doing to make money and connections with anyone walking through their door. Pathetic. We’ll take our business elsewhere that’s more deserving!

Best vintage shop in the city. Her fashion week runway show was full of high end designers.

Went in for information on consignment for bags for my girlfriend. Wasn’t allowed in the front door. Assumed the bags were fake. Very Judgmental. Avoid if you are not an older women.

Panache offers a curated mix of higher-end designer items, smaller European brands and a small corner of true vintage gems. The gals that run Panache have great taste and cater to seasonal shopping needs. As with most consignment shops, sizes vary and a selection of items go on sale at the end of the season. Great spot for belt-aficionados.Big-name designer accessories and bags sell out quickly, so if you spot that item, take it home or someone else will.

If youd like to get a judgmental up-and-down look, this place would be prefect for you. They were dismissive when I expressed my interest in selling my designer brand bags and shoes. I was raised up in a cosmopolitan area and tend to be overdressed in Rochester. As usual, I was well dressed when I visited the store. I wasnt sure if they were dismissive because of my skin color.

Really cool consignment shop. Never really seen anything similar to this. Everything here is either vintage or designer. The only thing is some of the vintage clothes is not *quite* old enough the be fashionable again. I nearly gagged at the sight of those 90s square toe strappy heels, but some of the other pieces were so pretty!

Such a gem! Prices are so reasonable and I love that the inventory is always changing (but that also means you need to act fast if you fine something you love!) Theres a great mix of vintage furniture and modern new home furnishings. I wish I had more room in my house so I could buy all the gorgeous end tables and sideboards!

Young lady with blond hair was very young in age but I really ENJOYED her service. She is a doll and very amazing to her customers. Very impressed!

I feel like I’m the only client in the shop when I’m there. Small businesses should take a lesson from Joan and her successes that resonate with each visit. The staff knows their clients and styles them. No hard sell. Just plan honesty. If it doesn’t suit you it’s unlikely you are leaving with it! I have shopped and sold at Panache since it opened and have loved the recognition when I walk through the door by name, greeted with a hug and a warm welcome.Trilogy has dressed me with current and classic fashion trends and knows my taste.Panache Home is another experience that has helped me let go of some treasures and acquire the “wow” I need to accessorize and transform a room. Be cautious when using the consignment. Specifically wanted a certain price on something that was agreed on and signed. Then changed the price to something i did not sign off on. I would have loved to give a better review. Based on not even trying to make the customer happy I would be cautious. I would never let a customer walk knowing they had a bad experience. Especially when I wanted to bring in more items to sell.

This store is fantastic and caters to the unique. The ladies there also know how to put together one fabulous look!! When I want that perfect something. This is the store I go to!!

Panache always has the best selection of consignment and vintage apparel. I love to accent my wardrobe with vintage pieces and I always find something good here when I have the shopping itch. Plus Joan and her staff are just a dream.

You’re not going to find another place like this in Rochester.Pricing is based on quality and unique-ness of each garment. Nothing in this store looks pre-owned. NOT for the thrifter who is trying to bargain hunt.
