Accurate appointment times. I did not feel like they were trying to sell me anything. The price of any additional testing was discussed beforehand. Dr. Presley was clear and concise and took her time to explain everything.

I was having issues with my eyes and they sent me to a really great dr to have cataracts removed! couldn’t believe how much that helped!

I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. The staff is condescending and dismissive, they just dont care. Made my appointment two months early, was told they take my insurance. The night before I get a call saying they dont. During the appointment (it was for my 4yo) they got his eye drops in, told us it would take about 40minutes to dilate and to wait in the waiting area. He was dilated within 20 minute but I still had to wait an hour and a half with a 4yo and 2yo while the reception staff gave me dirty looks. Never again.

Made our (mine and my 7yo son) appointments 8 months ago for the same day back-to-back. I work so I made sure to get appointments later in the day. They called a couple weeks ago to reschedule because the doctor wouldnt be in that day. Best they could do before school starts was 2:30... Ok, whatever. It is what it is. Our appointments are next week. I get a call today saying that another parent needs to come to be with my son because hes under 10yo and our appointments are back-to-back. Really? Youve known how old he is for MONTHS! You are the ones who rescheduled! Forget it.... Ill go somewhere else where the office personnel has common sense.

BEWARE!!! Everyone that works here is completely incompetent. I am baffled that the doctors here are able to practice medicine. I have filed a complaint with the State Board of NH due to their failure to deliver. I visited their office for the first time, and they gave me the wrong prescription. As I was driving away from their office, I called the explain that I could not see with the new prescription they gave me (they gave me a different prescription when mine hadnt changed for years) I was told I was wrong and they did nothing to resolve my inability to see. These people do not care about their patients and actually enjoyed making my life more difficult as I attempted to resolve an issue they created. They do not respect their patients and they are liars. My contact order was processed incorrectly and sent to the wrong address, when I called to explain, they hung up on me, several times. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE PERIOD, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Had another great appointment. My son was seen quickly and we were able to pick out new glasses and get them ordered without any issues. Very pleasant staff to work with.

I have been a patient of Dr Clark for many years. I think they are awesome!! Very thorough with the exams. Also Desire, helped me pick out new frames for my new prescription and she was awesome!! She was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. I do have one comment I have to make though. The one lady that initially set me up for Dr Clark was not very personable like the rest of the staff. She was all business and when she asked questions she sounded “rehearsed”.Thank you for caring enough about my experience with this business!

Called to see if they were accepting new patients. Was left on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back and the immediately were available to help my call. They couldnt get me in same day..which was fine. But was barely sorry about keeping me on hold.

The front of house employees are very friendly. this is my 3rd visit with these folk and now I can finally say I am not a fan of this practice. The eye doctor is condescending and rude as is the technician. Find someplace else that uses more modern technology and actually takes the time to explain whats going on. I had contacts that did not fit for a year and my explanation was I had an optic shift with no explanation so I inquired about a more descriptive response and was met with the same answer you had an optic shift as he walked out the door.

I find the staff at Rochester Eye Care Assoc. to be very friendly, know their job well and get you through your appointment in a very timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

Staff was pleasant. Facility was clean. I was in and out acceptably.

Love my sons eye doctor she is amazing!!!
