If you do anything in the Rochester area you need to stop by Dinos!!! Its not just the Cookie Dough/ Ice Cream combo that you will adore but also the care the staff takes with each customer. My family and I stopped into Dinos tonight for a quick sweet treat, little did we know a massive storm was going to hit as soon as we walked in. We live close by so we happened to walk there. All of sudden a tornado warning was announced. The staff was calm and pleasant. They gave us all waters and provided some great stories to comfort us. This made my family feel so safe until the storm passed. This small comfort has made me a dedicated customer for life. Thank you for all that you do!
Stopped in today and got the double fudge and coconut cream flavors. They were so delicious!
Been excited to try it, paid $4 for one scoop and it literally is just a sweet ball of butter and crisco. Im so sad
I cannot say enough good things about this place or the people running it! The cookie dough is AMAZING and they are so friendly. I drive over an hour, from Toledo just to visit Dinos. Thank you Barb, Dino and Creighton for always being so friendly and helpful.
Really disappointed. My husband and I both got funfetti cookie dough and the texture was strange, similar to soft butter. I am an avid fan of cookie dough, I have found many favourite places in the past, none of which served their cookie dough with this texture. The flavour was also not good. Neither of us could even eat more than a few spoonfuls. Went back to get ice cream and still was not good at all. I felt really bad throwing away so much food :(
Absolutely fantastic! Amazing customer service and yummy cookie dough! We drive from Ohio specifically for it! I love the funfetti the most.
ZeRO stars if we could. Half way through the cone I was licking someones hair. It wasnt mine. When I called, there was not any apology when I let them know (after a tip) that they may want to throw away the tub of strawberry ice cream. Our first time and our last. GROSS!
Cute place in Downtown Rochester. You can easily grab your treat and enjoy the town. The concept of the dessert here is cool. They sell edible cookie dough and ice cream. Pricing is by the scoop, plus additional charge for any additinol toppings. I ordered one scoop of each. The ice cream balanced out the room temp of the cookie and was really great together. There are plenty of flavors to choose from!
Delicious, very friendly, great variety, and the service was quick. I go here all the time and highly recommend it :)
As you walk in, you are welcomed by smiling, and happy employees. I felt very welcomed, but a little underwhelmed. It reminded me of getting ice cream at a small mom and pop shop. They didnt have a ton of topping options, there arent any fun decorations or anything up, and its not interactive at all. I think you should be able to apply your own toppings, they should have a blender to make shakes, and bring in some decorations. The cookie dough however was creamy and amazing. I drove from over an hour away to get it, and enjoyed it on my way home. Its very rich, so one scoop will do, but youll be wishing you got two!*I do understand this business has recently opened, so I will update my review in a few months to see if theyve made any changes.
I love the cookie dough here!! It’s delicious. And the milkshakes are also great :)
NEEDS MILK. WHO EATS COOKIES / COOKIE DOUGH WITHOUT MILK?Edit:In response to the owner-Thats not the reason I gave 3 stars. I gave three stars because the first time I came in there was milk available- which I would expect at any non-vegan food establishment in general but yes, especially at a place that sells cookie dough especially as cookies are traditionally eaten with milk in America. So naturally, I expected milk to be available. I can tell you that the first time I came in I happened to ask for it but an employee should have offered. Upselling at the register by asking for an add on Would you like some milk with your cookie dough? is a basic part of running a profitable business. When there was milk originally it was these big bottles of milk. Itd make sense to just have a gallon or two and paper cups with straws for $1 or whatever. Thats cut back waste significantly and provide a complimentary item to the featured product. No milk -1☆ for me.The other reason I gave less stars was because the staff was a bit rude. They just seemed irritated the entire time I was there. -1☆I can see by the owners response to my review and the other critical reviews that youre just rude in general and so I wont be returning since you clearly dont want my business. -1☆Photos attached is owner being rude to other reviewers.
It was great, and there was so many different flavors!
Great place to bring the family. Awesome cookie dough and ice cream. The owners are great and passionate about their business and customers. I would give them an extra star for cleanliness. We will definitely be back soon!
My daughter saw this today as we drove by and yelled, “Mom! We have to try it!!” We haven’t been going in many places due to COVID but we masked up and went in. The people working were so patient and kind, the cookie dough was ridiculously delicious and this place was SPOTLESS! Cleanest food service establishment I’ve seen maybe ever. Good job guys!
Love this place!!! The Crazy Greek inside is the BEST!!!!
My boyfriend and I always walk in and stop here. We love the cookie dough! Also, the owner has never been rude to us. Probably because we never give him a hard time and actually read the menu/prices. Hes always smiling and waving at us if he sees us walk past the store. The prices are great considering how much product you get.Ignore the bad reviews. These people are unhappy at a cookie dough bar...they will never be happy no matter where they go.
Came with a group, we all ordered single sizes, but some of us got very different portions . Didnt feel like a good value for the price.
Dino is a a great guy, and the edible cookie dough, ice cream and food are second-to-none. This is a great place to take the family for food and sweets. Exceptionally clean, neat, and modern restaurant, and I highly recommend!
The cookie dough was good, however a friend and I each paid nearly $5 for a single scoop and what we received was shockingly small. Without exaggerating, it was hardly more than a tablespoon. Ridiculously steep for $5. Its a shame because I was extremely excited to try this place as I live in the area and unfortunately, I wont be returning.
Awesome! Best ice cream ever !
Made us pay for spoons and was asking us to leave one of the 2 tables and we would have not sat their if their was someone waiting for the seatHorrible service, would not recommend
We stumbled onto this gem while in Rochester and we loved it. Of course I am like most people and love cookie dough, so it was a no brainer. Everything looked clean and inviting and we had a nice conversation with the owner. We had 3 different flavors and they were all excellent. Looking forward to a return visit.
Friendly and helpful staff that is very knowledgeable about the safety of their product. Everything my husband and I tried was delicious. I look forward to returning, I know quite a few kids jealous of the treats we had without them.Tips: Great prices, so go for multiple scoops. With so many great flavors it’s hard to choose. But if we have to, the coconut cream cheese was our favorite, with monster as a close second. If you don’t have left over, you’ll be sorry. I’ve enjoyed sneaking a few bites here and there out the fridge for a few days.So fun!! And if you were wondering, they have ice cream as well, some fun and unique flavors.
This place is awesome. There’s not too many cookie dough places around. The dough had good texture, a nice buttery taste and wasn’t overly sweet. All of the Karens on here complaining are cracking me up lol. We had a pleasant experience and will definitely be back.
The ice cream and the cookie dough are so good! Every time I go I have great service! I don’t live that close to the place, but when I’m craving something for dessert this is where my mind and heart take me. Love the idea and the real place! Yum yum yum
The homemade cookie dough was wonderful. The service was as great as the cookie dough. The best cookie dough place I have ever been to. If you havent been there to try it, you are missing out.
Delicious cookie dough, it’s definitely a treat! Love all the flavors and that they have vegan and Keto options!! My interactions with the staff and owner have always been great! They were super helpful and nice.Great place to go with friends and family. Really cute decor as well!
Super good! I really hope they bring back the white chocolate macadamia nut cookie dough!
Very good! Quick service and nice selection of flavors.
This place is so cool! Family owned and operated, Dino’s Cookie Dough Bar is a business that’s easy to get behind and root for. The cookie dough, the ice cream, the service—it’s all world class. They even carry a KETO-friendly cacao nib cookie dough that is out of this world! Great job to Dino and the family. It’s places like this that make Rochester such a special place to call home. Highly recommend!
I am surprised this establishment is still in business. I would warn potential patrons to be ready to be insulted and treated rudely by Dino, the owner. As I read through the other reviews, I realized my experience wasn’t unique. In this day and age, it is truly surprising that a PAYING customer could be treated so rudely. I have never in my life felt so devalued as a paying customer. I made the horrific mistake of asking for an additional spoon...after I already paid for the grossly overpriced cookie dough. I was told that I didn’t need 3 spoons for 3 people. I didn’t realize that they were expensive, considering other restaurants give them away at will. Save yourself some grief and buy some cookie dough at Kroger. Dino, take note of your reviews and realize that you need to improve upon your customer service skills or you will find yourself out of business.
The sample policy is absurd. But, if you’re the boss. You make the rules. After spending $38 in the place I made the mistake of asking for an empty cup for my 2 year old. I was planning on putting a small amount of my $38 order into that cup so my toddler can enjoy it. Well. Apparently cups are very rare in Rochester and was told I needed to purchase it separately.
This place is awesome. Ignore the negative reviews. They will let you sample any cookie dough you want. I havent tried the ice cream, but all the cookie doughs are amazing. They always have two gluten free flavors. Staff is always friendly and the store is always clean. Will be back again and again.
Amazing cookie dough! Paired mine with ice cream and it was fantastic. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cant wait to try the rest of the flavors!
The cookie dough is really good! And the service is always friendly!! I would love to go more but it’s so far!!
HIGHLY disappointing.Response to owner 12/1:My initial intent of having a vague review was to spare your reviews from my honest opinion. Since you ask, my friend and I each ordered 1 scoop of chocolate chip cookie dough. Almost $9 for 2 scoops seemed steep but we looked past it, eager to try the cookie dough. At room temperature, the cookie doughs consistency was awful. When putting a spoonful in your mouth, the dough melts into a floury baby food mush. It tasted too sweet and left a bad after-taste. The need for water was mandatory after the rich dough, but water only came at a cost. The service was good, but we left highly disappointed. Soon after leaving, both of us began feeling unwell. Our stomachs ached and my friend even felt like he was going to throw up. Needless to say but we both ended up needing to use the restroom. The owners quick response prompted me to look through the other reviews, and what we experienced seems to be a very common theme. Many people are leaving here feeling unwell, which makes me believe there is a lapse in the process of making the cookie dough. It also seems very common that the owner is rude to people leaving constructive criticism and honest opinions on here. The owner challenges peoples experiences rather than accepting the constructive criticism and trying to make the situation right. My advice to anyone looking to eat here: save your money, time, and stomach and go somewhere else. An owner who doesnt seem to appreciate his customers and a product not worth the expensive price should be reason enough for anyone to not go to Dinos Cookie Dough Bar.
Dont read into the bad reviews. Everything is very delicious. Prices are fair and the service was great. The owner took time to explain what goes into the cookie dough which went a long way.
A great place to experience a change up in your normal dessert craving. The cookie dough was smooth, creamy, and absolutely delicious. The staff was extremely cordial, greeting us, and talked with us during our visit, including the owner of the establishment. If you read through the bad reviews, most of these people with their bad reviews are nonsense. They’re complaining about the price or taste.Take a moment and think your decision through, if you like cookie dough and ice cream, this is the place for you. If you want to act like the other bonehead reviewer that wants to go buy “a sheet of cookie dough” for $3.99, go ahead and get sick from salmonella. The owner explained the dough process to us and what goes into making the dough edible. Now that you’ve read this, go on and get you a delicious $3 (fair priced) scoop of this dough
We were able to sample flavors of the cookie dough before buying. My friends and I were accidentally overcharged - we let them know and the issue was quickly fixed. The manager (possibly owner?) was patient and explained to the staff member what she had done that caused the inaccurate charges in a calm manner, which I was so happy to see. Everyone makes mistakes and it was used as a learning opportunity to continue to provide great service . The staff was polite and friendly. The cookie dough was yummy - I enjoyed the flavors I chose (monster was my favorite). It is very sweet/filling though - luckily it will keep in the refrigerator for later! 4 stars because the parking situation is confusing, but I’m not sure that’s anything the owners can control.
I was excited to try this place. I LOVE cookie dough, however my husband and I both ended up getting sick. I got chocolate chip and my husband got the macadamia nut. Mine tasted like eggs and his was too sweet. It was a great experience and the place is bright, however a one time thing for me.
The service was really good. Wish I got the girls name that helped us, she was so sweet and patient with us. Really good ice cream, wish I would have been more adventurous with the cookie dough, but the 2 I tired were delicious!
Dino is the best he loves his customers and we love him
As much as I want to love this place because I love eating cookie dough, I got very sick after eating here yesterday. I do not intend to do harm to this business as theyre all very nice people. They still deserve a good rating despite my experience.
Amazing cookie dough selection! Very tasty! Prices could be a lil better; however, completely worth every penny!
First, I would like to say that I am not here to de-value the establishment and would like to note that I am a repeat PAYING customer. I do enjoy the cookie dough and ice cream here. I have never been sick from the product so not sure why there are many reviews stating that. I have found this establishment to be very clean and well kept..However, It makes me really really sad to see the owner, Dino, on here responding to constructive criticism in a very aggressive manner.I can say that the customer service here for the most part has been decent. I have never had an issue with any of the employees being rude to me during a visit. I can however note that the energy of the establishment seems somewhat uncomfortable. The sample policy clearly seems to be a recurring theme causing issues. For the price of a scoop of cookie dough, you should be able to at least sample 2-3 different types before selecting your choice. Im not even saying we need a full spoon, just a taste? I understand the “people know what ice cream is like” argument for sampling the ice cream products, however there are so many establishments that I can count in the area allowing samples of ice cream products with no fuss or issues. Not even saying you need to allow ice cream samples but clearly we repeat customers would like to see something change here!Another issue I have had here is asking for an extra cup (without product) in it. An employee was kind enough to give me a cup (I purchased 3 scoops of cookie dough and a cup of ice cream) only to then hear Dino reprimand the employee for giving me a cup and not charging me for it? I don’t mean to use harsh terms but the feel of that is just “stingy” or “cheap” to me. ESPECIALLY in an area like this...Regardless, I do enjoy the product that Dino and his family provide and the experience they bring to the area. Cookie dough is an uncommon experience so I love to see the variety this place brings. Dino - please..as a frequent customer hear my words from a place of positivity. I want to see you stick around and create a good buzz in the community. Thank you.
Great place to go with friends and get some edible cookie dough. Such a cool concept. I had the cookie dough and it was amazing. Just like licking the bowl at home!
Disappointing.......My kids and I have attempted to visit this place 3 times. The first time they said they were open until 9PM. We arrived at 8:30PM, just in time to see the employees heading to their cars so clearly they werent open until 9 like they said. The second time, we actually made it while they were still open and enjoyed our experience. The third time we wanted to take my nephew with us to try it out. It said they were open until 8PM (It was a Saturday night). We arrived at 7PM to experience a locked door. There were a few customers inside, however, the girl working the counter told us they were closed. So clearly the people that were inside were the final people they were serving for the day. Again.....why are you closing before the posted time? We headed to the Cupcake Station down the road for our treat and I hesitate to ever return to this place again since they are never open when they say they are. I recommend calling ahead before you actually go just to be sure they are really open. Doesnt seem like a good way to run a business, especially a new one looking to establish itself in the community.
So yummy! Seriously. And great, friendly service. Not a chain. Would definitely recommend.
The employees and owners are friendly. The cookie dough and ice cream are yummy. Nice picnic tables to eat at on the side of the building.
I mean, how American can it get? Scoops of actual cookie dough? I only stopped because my daughter wanted to try it. Clean place, clean bathrooms. Thus is one of those fad places that you try once and never go back.
My two daughters were allowed to sample an ice cream flavor. When I asked a different lady for a sample for me, she said no we don’t allow samples. Ice cream parlor or not, you can’t have a variety of ice cream flavors and not let customers sample. Rochester rent plus this kind of service- just a matter of time before another place will fold
Extremely disappointed I did not look at the reviews before coming. My wife has been extremely sick all night with food poisoning and this was the only place we ate at yesterday evening. About the time we got home she got very sick. Neither of us had eaten since lunch and were fine up until we ate here. Thankfully, I got the Michigan pothole ice cream and had no issues. The customer service was great and the workers were friendly, but this place needs to seriously reevaluate their product.Edit for response to owners: Getting sick 30 minutes after consuming your food and vomiting for the entire night while crying over a toilet bowl is absolutely food poisoning. The fact that half of your reviews are of other people having the exact same complaints makes it pretty obvious that your product or process has inherent flaws and should not be sold to the public. Your cavalier attitude in brushing off the fact you made someone severely ill is pretty disgusting. Fix your product.
Crazy delicious! Ive been to the cookie dough place in NYC and have tried store bought edible cookie dough. NOTHING touches the cookie dough from here. It taste exactly like cookie dough youd make at home! Its not overly sugary or grainy like other cookie dough places are like.
Great cookie dough that you cant get anywhere else? Our family is hooked! The place is cute and spotless clean and the service is great!
Great ice cream & cookie dough! plenty of selection
I’m not sure I really get this place. The cookie dough is good, but it’s just cookie dough. They have some ice cream, but again noting crazy. I feel they need to do something different with their cookie dough, otherwise I can just go buy some at Kroger.
Drove almost a half hour to try this place and was not happy about my experience. Walked in and there were two ladies working and when we walked in neither of them said one word to us. They just stood there and stared at us until I actually asked them a question. For the prices they charge you think they would be able to hire some people who are friendly to make the experience better for first timers.
Don’t listen to the one star review on spoons. I was a customer in the store at the same time. They bought one scoop for $4 for 5 people and asked for 5 spoons. They were only charged 50 cents for 5 extra spoons. I couldn’t sit at a picnic table outside because they bought pizza from a pizza place and ate it at Dino’s. Very rude. UGH!!!
Awesome. Never seen a cookie dough parlor before. For a cookie dough lover as myself. I was in heaven. Lol. The dough was very smooth, creamy, and delicious. Cant wait to go back
I have to say, the cookie dough was delicious. Two scoops was just the right amount. Super cute place as well!
Its a little odd...it seems like itll be like ice cream but its not. They have ice cream also and I guess I prefer it! They did offer a keto option which I appreciated.
I know this is kind of an odd thing to say, but jeez this stuff was way too sweet! The price is high too for something I could just go buy from the grocery store. I like to support local businesses but I dont think I will come back here. The atmosphere in here was very uncomfortable as well, I felt like people did not want me to be there.EDIT: In response to the owner, I can go purchase an entire sheet of cookie dough for 3.99. I think your response was rather immature as well to dismiss my experience. I will certainly not be recommending you to anyone. Im lowering the stars as well. Wow.
I thought the cookie dough here was delicious. I was very impressed that they offered both keto and Vegan cookie dough options and were willing to educate people regarding the keto diet.I would for sure come back to try again.
Too sweet - don’t even start with the whole “cookie dough is sWeET” argument. At least give a cup of water to balance it out.Experience felt cold and impersonal...EDIT: in response to the owner, no I wasn’t expecting entertainment - but I was expecting a smile, greeting, or something. And instead of trying to devalue our experiences (which is a common theme...) please just take it as constructive criticism.
My family and I went in after having dinner in Rochester. We walked in and were stared at by someone we assumed was the owner. A man with a mustache. No greeting, no smile, nothing. We picked our cookie dough, paid, and left. No goodbye, no thank you. When we walked out we saw a hand written sign that said the closing time was 8pm. Supposed to be 9pm. It was 8pm. That’s why we were treated so rudely. We were still paying customers and deserved better. Our family is in the restaurant business, and we would never have treated customers like that. We won’t be back. The place was bright and cheery, the cookie dough mediocre.
I usually go here atleast once a week, me and my girlfriend love it, never had any issues with dino or anyone that works at the establishment. Id suggest trying the milky way icecream with the confetti cookie dough 👌
Great tasting cookie dough but the owner is very rude. Gets an attitude when you ask for samples. The cookie dough kinda melts after a few minutes so different flavors have to be in different cups, but if you ask for 2 scoops in separate cups he charges you for 2 1 scoop cups instead of the 2 scoop deal.
Was excited to try this place, cookie dough is the best thing in the world! Not very impressed. I would prefer to risk it and eat cookie dough at home. The flavors are ok, we tried chocolate chip, mint chip, and peanut butter. Love the idea though.
The cookie dough is super delicious. Theres so many options, its hard to choose. The staff was super friendly.
Average.... cookie dough was warm. 4 dollars for one scoop. not really worth it if you ask me
Excellent place for a family treat!! Friendly faces ready to serve up your choice of dessert. Very clean. Everything was delicious! Highly recommended!!!
I love cookie dough. So they have something like 15 different kinds, all amazing. If your not interested in cookie dough, they have ice cream too.
My husband and daughter loved the cookie dough. I thought everyone was friendly. Great service.
Good product, terrible serving size. Smallest single scoop Ive ever had at a desert place.
Great service and quality. More space than some other local places.
One of the best little hidden gems in Rochester. Cheap prices and great selection, it is shocking that there isnt a Dinos in every city in America.
3 bucks for a single scoop which is really good and plenty for a taste and very filling. Cute place nothing fancy just a small shop. All the cry babies in the comments must be over pampered Rochester yuppies who think they live in Bloomfield Hills. Well...you dont...stop taking it out on the simple ice cream and cookie dough place. Say if you liked it or not and would try again or not. For me I definitely will when im in dt Rochester again...thanks guys!
Got chocolate chip, and peanutbutter flavor, and to my surprise, I liked the peanutbutter flavor better. Absolutely tasted like cookie doe to me; even better than cookies.
Ignore the haters. Dino is good people with a safe product. As for those complaining about price, you go to any ice cream shop and you expect to pay $5 per person. Cmon now. Its in Rochester not a food truck in the ghetto!
The cookie dough was very delicious. We tried double chocolate and peanut butter. It was a great combination and i highly recommend it!
Everything about this place was exceptional. Nice building, friendly staff, A LOT of options, a very tasty dessert!
I got super sick following my experience at Dinos. The place was nice and the ice cream tasted good but I spent the next 18 hours with my head in the toilet. And then I read the reviews and found that lots of people are getting sick after eating here. How disappointing.
I was not impressed with this place. We walked in and were the only ones in there. Didn’t think the owner/workers were very friendly, in fact I don’t think we were even greeted with a hello. When I asked if we could try an ice cream flavor, they said they don’t do samples. Really? I’ve never heard of an ice cream establishment that doesn’t let you try before you buy. Same thing with the cookie dough, no sampling! Not sure what their reasoning is for that but if it’s cost related, I would recommend maybe just setting a 2 sample limit instead so that new customers, who have never tried the product before, can at least try it first to see if they even like it.
Great idea! Wish we had one nearby. Delicious!
Great little place for scoops of ice cream and cookie dough. Great variety, good prices, and the people are amazing, definitely would recommend other people to check out this little local sweet crave
Very smart business cookie dough I wanted Krazy Greek back. No hard feeling Dino
Very bad customer service! When the sales person was good enough trying to explain the flavor while trying to fill the 6$ cup, the manager or owner jumped in to say no more samples. Very rude and was stalled by the behavior.Would never visit this place.
This place is AMAZING! The prices are fair, they use a MI ice cream brand, and it ALL tastes amazing!!! My daughter and I are hooked!
READ THE COMMENTS!!!Dino said we couldnt use a coupon. Rly poor customer service if you ask me. Wont be bringing my family here again. Dino needs to be nicer to his customers or stay out of his store. Not even any parking. We came in with 3 coupons cause there were extra given out and was gonna buy the 4th. God help me if my sister in law falls in love with a place cause we would go back all the time. Just gonna stick to Yates and brainfreeze.Reply: w/e dino a bad experience is a bad experience, its your loss :P
The cookie dough was way to sweet. The service was ok, but it felt like I was being rushed. It was a cool one time thing but I would not go back.
Delicious cookie dough and ice cream, big TV with cartoons and colorful tables and chairs. The kids like it.
And to think I would have been a paying customer. Even after the owner being so rude!!! Lost a paying repeat customer cause of itAweful and Has no respect for anyonesthoughts just jumps the gun with what he assumes is right!!!! Read comments before going here !!!! And was rude and had wrong information on a review my brother in law made! Saying we were in there looking for just free stuff and say well you didnt even say thank you!... well one you were rude to me and my husband in front of my son and I wasnt rude to you and I wasnt in for just somthing free!!!! I intended I also buy not just get a free scoop !!! I WILL SAY IT AGIAN ME AND MY BROTHER IN LAW HAD ALL INTENDT TO BUY !!!! ONE SCOOP IS NEVER ENOUGH. I WASNT THERE TO JUST USE SOME 1 VERY SMALL FREE SCOOP COUPON. YOU HAVE BEEN VERY RUDE AND UNKIND TO ME MY BROTHER IN LAW MY SON AND MY HUSBAND FOR NO REASON CAUSE YOU ASUME WE WANTED SOMTHING FOR JUST FREE WELL LET ME TELL YOU WHAT BUDDY YOU WERE WRONG !!!!!! I WAS READY TO SPEAD SPEAD SPEAD !!!!! YATES HERE I COME AND FROYO. AND I DID LEFT THERE AND TOOK MY FAT FOOD LOVIN BUTT TO YATES. WHERE THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND CIDER IN COLD AND THE SCOOPS ARE LARGEso I had been into Dinos before with my sister in law. And at first I thought it was an ok place. The lady who had helped up was only a little rude and I did not see the owner dino that night and then I wanted another shot at it and the school had sent us free coupons and I plan to take my husband and my son out to use these coupons and get them hooked so I can go like EVERYDAY. But when we got there and tryed to use the coupons the school sent home we were told by the OWNER himself that the school messed up and should not have done that the coupons were for students only although it did NOT say that on the coupon all it said was one free scoop. And he was really rude to me when I wasnt even trying to be rude to him all I said and very calmly I dont understand why I cant use them when then school sent it home he didnt just take the school gave to us. As I allowed my son to pick somthing out he kept running his rude mouth for no reason I wasnt being rude to him or saying anything else. so instead of desiding to buy somthing I desided to just leave. when I was told no I was still going to buy untill I was verbally attack for no reason seemed just like cause he was crabby the OWNER. .. well as Im reading reviews I see hes been like this to alot of people and its sad cause when I get hook Im there everyday and I spend big bucks and bring friends and make reviews and walking billboards. its sad I so wanted to like it !!!!!!!!!! but who wants to returned when you are talked to that badly by the OWNER DINO HIMSELF !!!! when I wasnt rude to him I didnt raise my voice I just let my son order and tryied to ignore his rude comments. And was going to get cookie dough anyways. but no desided I would take my business else where since he was so unkind and cold.I really wanted to get some cookie dough:(
Delicious choices for both cookie dough and ice cream. Great service
Very nice, bright, clean establishment. Tried the chocolate chip cookie dough, which was quite tasty.
