The service is really good and the cookie decorating is world class. The cookies are baked fresh daily onsite, and all cookie cakes are hand decorated. If you go, ask for Tim or Tielyer Trybus. She is Rochesters very own Cookie Cake Boss.

This was the first time I have every purchased anything from this place. They did an excellent job on the cookie cake theme that was requested. Very talented decorators. The frosting used on the cookie cakes is delicious. I will be back again for sure.

I love cookies from here. I never had a problem with staff. The girls are always nice. Pricey for a cookie which is why 4 stars but doesnt deter me from not going back for that colossal m&m cookie. 😊🍪

A little pricey but they have a buy 5 get one free special,which i always buy, that make it more reasonable..I want to especially say what a great job yesterday by Jim the manager i believe as he is always there ...I am in a wheelchair and also have a difficult time communicating but he was extremely patience with me yesterday even through he had a difficult time figuring out what i was pointing to ...Looking forward already to my next trip to the mall.Mary

Was there yesterday night. Double chocolate cookie tasted off, was slightly stale. Oatmeal raisin cookie was better. Older employee was not very friendly, was rushing our checkout even though no one else was waiting. We won’t be back.

Absolutely amazing decorating skills by Tielyer! She does such a fantastic job. My kids are always thrilled with their cookie cakes& all our guests are impressed. They’re affordable, tasty, and gorgeous. Tielyer is very pleasant to talk to& has tackled special requests (like an erupting volcano, mosasaurus, or jack skellington!) with a smile. I have went here two years in a row for a sheet cookie cake for my sons birthday. The cookie is delicious! The characters(last year Minecraft, this year Pokemon) they draw have been wonderful. The Pokemon character was amazing and they will draw anything as long as they can google it.The mall was closed during normal hours because of a storm and they called me and had us go in a difference entertance. Im so glad they still made it for us.

Bad customer service they refuse to make my wifes cake for our niece party smh... Dont go!!.. This is one of the stores that need to remove from the mall... 4 GOOD 👍

Made the cookie cake the wrong color, manager was unsympathetic about the situation and told me to try Wegmans next time.
